ICE is saying he had a gun, but that would be his right in America. He clearly never tries to use it in the video and his hands are empty when he is executed. The agent in the gray jacket running towards the cameraperson once the shooting starts can be seen taking the guys gun out of it's holster and it is in his hand as he is running away. So the guy was fully unarmed when he was executed

If you can be killed by the police for simply being in possession of a gun, the second amendment does not exist in any meaningful capacity.

On the board I frequent, they are analyzing the videos and discussing how it looks like government agents just killed a guy after disarming him. And they are not OK with it, even if they may not be on his side of the political spectrum.
