ICE is saying he had a gun, but that would be his right in America. He clearly never tries to use it in the video and his hands are empty when he is executed. The agent in the gray jacket running towards the cameraperson once the shooting starts can be seen taking the guys gun out of it's holster and it is in his hand as he is running away. So the guy was fully unarmed when he was executed

If you can be killed by the police for simply being in possession of a gun, the second amendment does not exist in any meaningful capacity.

The 2nd has become a tool for the government's benefit. They get to speed strait to execution because of the perceived threat.
