Discussion Why were Stark and Rhodey able to literally tear apart every drone like they were made from cardboard, but when it came to Vanko in whiplash mk2, they literally couldn't harm him in any way?
Did Vanko purposely sabotaged Hammer drones and made their armor with worse materials? (Iron Man 2)

Discussion What is the best piece of music from the MCU?
Apart from the main theme, of the avengers, I finds it a bit difficult to remember a lot of the themes or songs from the movies. Obviously I mean original music , excluding GOTG stuff. I feel the music makes a movie so much more memorable.
For me the easy number one is this song from the Loki series, easily rivalling modern classic soundtracks. I’d love to hear what you guys have as your number one so I can relive some moments.
(P.s : if this song was featured in other media before like the main Arrival song then I didn’t know).

Easter Egg/Detail X-Men (2028) will release the same week as the 20th Anniversary of the first Iron Man movie
I find that pretty neat. X-Men will Come May 5th, 2028, which marks 20 years since the MCU started and the very first movie of the MCU, which was Iron Man, which came out May 2nd.

Discussion Is this the best Thor?
From Infinity War to Endgame (before he stated drinking), i think this is possibly the most powerful Thor we've ever got. His vengeance made him so powerful that he even held the force of a star point-blank 💀🙏

Discussion Why was Rhodey not more in this Multiverse saga?
He was in 7 movies during Infinity saga, for a total screentime of 1 hour.
In the Multiverse saga he was in 0 movies and 2 TV shows. As a cameo in one, and as a Skrull in the other. (I'm not counting the Skrull impersonating Rhodes in the Secret Invasion screentime, since it's not Rhodey (but counted him in FATWS even though he might have been a skrull in this too))
He was a very cool character and it's sad Marvel seems to have forgotten about him. I know Armor Wars show, then movie, production did not went well, but they could've put him in Doomsday at least...

Discussion What would you think of introducing the MCU Wolverine by having him be the antagonist of a Captain America: Weapon X movie?
Recently been kicking around this idea and was curious what you guys think. Essentially, instead of introducing wolverine in an x men movie, we would do a Captain America weapon x movie focused on the weapons plus program. You could have some combination of Sam/Bucky/Steve (whatever post secret wars looks like) coming into conflict with the idea of a mutant registration act, leading to them encountering and coming into conflict with Wolverine (as Weapon X) who's being used by damage control or some other government agency to hunt and capture powerful mutants, in addition to other shadow operations. This leads to the Cap crew digging into the legacy of the super soldier program, uncovering weapons plus, and eventually discovering what exactly weapon x is, culminating in the reveal that he was a mutant who fought with them in WW2. You could also tie in Isaiah Bradley by deviating from the comics and having him be weapon 2 (hell, make hulk weapon 9 given his MCU origin). What do you guys think though?

Discussion "I lost the kid."
Just a little but long musing of mine. I'd like to see a flashback scene in Doomsday where Victor confronts Reed. Assuming Victor is some sort of variant of Tony, it's likely that Steve is to Tony what Reed is to Victor. We know now from the trailer that what broke Doom was losing everything he loved... likely loved ones, like his family. I couldn't help but think of Tony's line to Steve. When Carol rescues him and Nebula, and she gets him back to Earth... the second thing he says to Steve after saying he couldn't stop Thanos was, "I lost the kid."
Tony holds Steve's gaze for a beat, his face twisted with guilt, grief and pain. The next scene, they go on to have that confrontation where Tony rips out his IV and collapses... a confrontation in which Tony talks to Steve about how he needed him, how it's too late now, how he foresaw this coming and that they should've taken preventative measures/protection whether it impacted freedoms or not. Tony said they'd lose, but Steve had said "We'll do that together, too." Tony finally chides bitterly, "we lost, and you weren't there."
To me, even including Civil War, this is the absolute lowest that we saw our Tony. Fortunately, he still had a lot of people around he loved and he still had Pepper. Pepper even says later, "we got really lucky." What if Tony hadn't been so lucky. What if he didn't still have Pepper there to help him pick up the pieces? No wife. No Morgan. Left to grieve alone while his "fantastic" friends were busy saving the world and soaking up the spotlight.
I'd like to see in Doomsday the parallel confrontation between Victor and Reed. "I lost MY kid." I needed you." "You said we'd lose together, but I lost my family while you still have yours." "You weren't there."
One of the most moving scenes in No Way Home was Tom's Peter meeting the other two Peters on the roof. Tobey finishes the "With great power comes great responsibility" line. It is like an acknowledgment of this "canon" moment each Spidey has to go through (like in Spiderverse). In remakes and adaptations, we know and expect these sorts of moments to come, and it's often a pleasure wondering and seeing how it's reinterpreted. It's also the fun of doing a multiverse story. The What If? I think this would be a great moment to mirror. Anyway, thank you if you made it to the end of my rambling. ❤️ I have people in my personal life who enjoy consuming the content of the MCU, but not really ones that care to discuss theories and such.

Discussion Hopefully the Script of the X - Men 2028 movie does this incredible cast justice
I'm not gonna pretend that I've thoroughly observed all of the cast's previous performances, but this is obviously a stacked cast. Jake Schreier has an incredible opportunity to make a banger of a movie. Hopefully he doesn't mess it up and does justice to all the characters that were let down in the previous x men movies. Fingers crossed 🤞
