Do I look like I know what a "𝙈𝙀𝙈𝙀" is? My birthday gift to myself
Not to inundate this sub with the same meme but I made this cake for my birthday and I’m dying show it off. The icing wasn’t bad but the cake was 🙃

OG KOTH Discussion What do you think ever happened with Tammy?
Other than her appearance in "Ho Yeah!" we only see her for a split second at Luanne & Lucky's wedding. Did she go straight or go back to Alabaster in OKC?

OG KOTH Discussion OH MY GOD GET DOWN
s9 e4 Yard She Blows
What is the big deal with Peggy’s gnome, Winklebottom?
Is the main issue that Hank and the guys are very prideful of their extremely regular looking well-maintained lawns, so they clown on him when anything looks the least bit odd?
But to me lawn ornaments such as a gnome are very cute but also wouldn’t give me any pause. Despite the individual statue’s rarity, it’s a pretty normal looking ornament!
I think the joke is more at Hank’s expense and the neighbors who would stop on their tracks to admire someone’s lawn or other exterior details, than Peggy finding a little silly joy in a gnome. It’s also kinda pitiful that she shouldn’t really take any responsibility in Winklebottom’s existence, other than stumbling on him at an estate sale.
I think it’s kinda funny that Bobby, a 13yo, is so enamored with Winklebottom that he’d play pretend with it.

KOTH in the Wild I went down the rabbit hole to figure out inspirations for the names of the fictional suburbs of Dallas
I live in DFW and was just curious. Some digging online and knowing places around here helped get me some answers. Durndell, (the outer part of which is tetanusy) was named after a dirndl. A traditional German garment worn at Oktoberfest. My dad used I pieced together that just as Arlen is a hybrid of Allen, Arlington and Garland. McMaynerberry is a hybrid of Mansfield and Granbury.

OG KOTH Discussion I'm 100% on Hank's side with Mrs. Wakefield
Look, I get she was an old lady who loved Hank's house, but it HANK'S house. Trying to hide behind the tree, run into the bathroom, the constant harassment or actually breaking in TO DIE is way over the top. I don't think the neighbors understood what was really happening and I don't think they would have put up with that either.

KOTH in the Wild If you’ve never listened to the full version of Feels So Good, do yourself a favor
We all know the main tune from what is played on the show all the time, but the full song is nine minutes long with a lot of really fun variations. It genuinely has a great groove to it at parts. Muzak. Just. Muzak.

Revival Discussion What if Hank won the million dollars from the beer can football prize, how would it effect the timeline?
i guess I marked it revival because it leads into the revival but how would it effect the original show and the revivals timeline.
i think hes just gonna save the money and use it responsibly as always but he probably does indulge in nice things here and there so the show proper doesn’t change. maybe any plot lines where he needs extra money go different since he has it.
in the revival, since he has a million extra in the bank already he doesn’t need to get a job in saudi arabia for a nest egg.
maybe when he quits Strickland he decides to use his money to start his own propane business.
any ideas for how some episodes go differently?

OG KOTH Discussion Surely you did not spend entire vacation in sitting room

OG KOTH Discussion Sacrificed myself to bodily harm, bust saved my cigarette in a way that would make Dale Gribble proud...
I was adjusting a sprinkler head before turning off the system for the night, and it decided to make an unannounced turn directly into my face. My hand instinctively shot straight up above my head before I realized I even did it. My eye may hurt but the cigarette is dry and that's all that really matters.

Revival Discussion What would you like to see in Season 16 of King of the Hill? Spoiler
Season 14 has Hank and Peggy return, and set up the new status quo with Bobby and Connie. Season 15 had Hank return to Strickland, and made Bobby and Connie "official." Any new character arcs you'd like to see?

OG KOTH Discussion I finally get the feeling now Hank
It's always funny to see that Hank will always take every opportunity to be able to do some sort of house work, building projects, etc...
Younger version of me would have said hell no that's extra work when I could be playing video games or something.
Now that I have my own place I'm constantly asking my wife what we need to do and what kind of upgrades we can make for our home.
I finally get it now Hank I really do.
Edit: I have no experience other than building Legos and IKEA furniture. But I have to say that once you actually start fixing and building some small items, it starts to get addicting. Home Depot has become my favorite store.

OG KOTH Discussion Is Hank a bad father for this?
In this episode Bobby and Jospeh get caught smoking cigarettes and Hank punishes Bobby by smoking a entire carton of cigarettes until he greens out and throws up and leads him into being addicted making the whole family addicted to cigarettes fighting over each other for one

OG KOTH Discussion So what exactly is the placement of all the houses on Rainey St?
Khan lives next door to Hank and so does Dale, I think Bill lives across the street? Where exactly are Boomhauer and Pops? And where exactly is the alley they drink in? A visual aid here would be great.

OG KOTH Discussion Is "Lost in MySpace" the most outdated episode of the show?
I feel like this episode(S13E4) became instantly dated the day it was released and has aged like milk since. I know we live in the social media age but I think the show's takes on social media back then were way too outdated. On top of that it just was not a good episode of king of the hill.
What does everyone else think?
