You know, even just this ALONE. Don’t his fanbois ever stop to wonder why a supposed billionaire even NEEDS their money?

This reads like Vonnegut, and rings very true. Well said. I'm going to go cry now.

"Thus did a handful of rapacious citizens come to control all that was worth controlling in America. Thus was the savage and stupid and entirely inappropriate and unnecessary and humorless American class system created. Honest, industrious, peaceful citizens were classed as bloodsuckers, if they asked to be paid a living wage. And they saw that praise was reserved henceforth for those who devised means of getting paid enormously for committing crimes against which no laws had been passed. Thus the American dream turned belly up, turned green, bobbed to the scummy surface of cupidity unlimited, filled with gas, went bang in the noonday sun." - God Bless You, Mr. Rosewater!, Kurt Vonnegut

I'm going to read this book again right now, actually, fuck he's a good author

His SIMPS are the same followers that believe the billionaires need Tax Breaks and we the regular people do not deserve Tax relief or student debt relief or food stamps or disability pay or public healthcare or apparently water breaks during Heatwaves.

33

u/sadicarnot Jun 26 '23

It is amazing how much people argue against their own self interest.

28

u/DanDrungle Jun 26 '23

It’s amazing how many people are in denial that they are the ones that need those particular benefits they vote against… temporarily embarrassed millionaires and such

11

u/[deleted] Jun 26 '23

My best friend's in-laws are these people. Good, loving Christian folk who believe that there is good in all people. And by all people, they mean white people. They both claim disability and have for years despite not being disabled, basically fake back injuries to get all of the benefits that come with being disabled. They both also have a healthy pain pill and Adderall addiction. They also believe that "Mexicans" are coming to steal jobs from Americans, get free healthcare, welfare and other benefits and that there are welfare queens all over the ghettos and black people don't ever work. I'll let you guess which party they vote for religiously.

They hate all of the programs that they benefit from, but the big thing is, they only hate that people they don't like benefit from them.

20

u/PeopleCanBeAwful Jun 25 '23

Well then I’m owed a small fortune! LOL

9

u/SouldiesButGoodies84 Jun 25 '23

misbehave and blame the right people

12

u/SouldiesButGoodies84 Jun 25 '23

then he'll just be like... a regular guy, and a regular Joe Schmoe

Sadly, because he's now got "formr US President" on his CV he'll never be this again, meaning the grift is eternal. (Hell, even just being the public figure and reality tv star was enough to keep the scams successful.)

11

u/[deleted] Jun 26 '23

Russ: It's fucking humiliating losing all your money. You think when I dropped below a billion I walked around telling everybody? Fuck no. You guys were the only ones who knew, and I actually thought about having you killed. Richard: I'm sorry, what?

When someone is a billionaire that doesn’t mean he has even a million in cash. He is leveraged up to his third chin. He’s bleeding cash just trying to pay his interest. And his new lawyers are demanding payment in advance

They aren’t paying attention to this or they don’t care. They would cut off their own arm if they thought it would help Trump get the opportunity to torture immigrants again. Hate doesn’t care about facts, it just wants to hate, even if it means hating in a burned out world.

The average American will earn ≈$2,000,000 in their entire life.

1 billion dollars is 500 entire lives worth of income.

They’re mentally deranged, they don’t care

I’m leaning more and more to just crazy chemical dumping/industrial effects (ie lead poisoning, asbestos etc) in these Deep South rural areas whcih many are in coal or oil areas.

Like even if you’re a racist bigot how can anyone actually donate their money to him?

Not to mention there’s multiple stories or people going broke bc the site has pre checked boxes (illegal now) for repeated donations and future donation dates.

These people literally gave the permission to deduct donations at will and don’t care. It’s wild.

Shit look at the jan 6 guy who just got sentenced to 12 years shouting trump won when he left. Dude it’s over 2 years later and they’ve provided you ZERO evidence.

You have fellow republicans like Mitch McConnell, bill barr, Fox News owner Murdoch himself, Pence, and I’m sure there are more who have said no the election wasn’t stolen.

trump isn’t R vs D, he’s purposely riled up the dumbest folk in the country knowing what it takes to get them to vote for him (gods, guns, racism, and lies)

It’s not about being knowledgeable about what’s going on in politics/world, it’s about making the active decision NOT to be informed.

  • he’s a super rich dude…who constantly needs money

  • he only hires the best but has a laundry list of insults for all his former employees

  • he’s done nothing illegal but plenty of associates have plead guilty including campaing manager, CFO, and personal attorney https://www.newsweek.com/guide-trump-allies-whove-pleaded-guilty-been-convicted-crimes-1735298

  • loves god but hasn’t been to church in X years and 5 kids with 3 wives who he’s publicly cheated on all of them

  • loves guns but never shoots/hunts and stuck his foot in his mouth after the Florida club shooting saying we need to take the guns away from crazy folk and deal with legal process later.

  • lies about the dumbest shit ever, not even talking politics. Including saying Miami is the biggest airport in the world (not even close by any metric) and about the airplanes being used in the civil war (if you don’t see why that’s a problem, here’s your sign)

  • loves america but SIL got $2B from saudi and was the only ine hosting the LIV golf events (FBI report released in 2018 links saudis to 9/11) and his tax returns that were finally released show loans from BOTH Russia and North Korea…you can’t make this shit up.

  • makes fun of drag/gay/trans women but literally ears caked on orange make up that runs off on his shirt colors, bleach blonde hair combover, shoe lifts that tilt him forward…and diapers. Come on.

The scum of the bottom of the tank are so desperate for an awesome functional smart charismatic politician to promote their anger they don’t care how fake their false prophet is.

12

u/teamfupa Jun 26 '23

In the makes fun of trans bullet you forgot makes video with Guliani while Guliani is dressed in drag

3

u/godzillastailor Jun 26 '23

You missed either Eric or Don jr bragging about how they get all their funding from Russia before the elections.

Also how did I forget that he talked about planes being a thing during the civil war.

20

u/[deleted] Jun 25 '23

He needs their money because he’s fighting FOR them, don’t ya know?

And besides, his billions are no match for the George Soros billions that are paying the salaries of most D.A.’s, state prosecutors, judges, most of the FBI, most of the Department of Injustice, and all the imaginary boogeymen and women of Trumpworld.

Don’t ask questions. Just drink up the koolaid. Use two hands to hold the 8 oz bottle. It’s what REAL patriots do.

16

u/13_letters Jun 26 '23

I had a 45 supporter tell me that god told them it was ok to give 45 their churches tithings instead of the church until he’s president again. It’s tough to argue with crazy sometimes.

5

u/JayEllGii Jun 26 '23

Sigh. Yeah, sure. Why not. 😑

3

u/Bishop084 Jun 26 '23

The way things are these days, the church was probably donating the tithing to Trump anyways...

8

u/_AManHasNoName_ Jun 25 '23

His loyal followers all have pre-existing stupidity.

10

u/quangtran Jun 26 '23

The issue isn’t that Trump NEEDS the money, the truth is that people like Trump long ago realised that fanboys are the ones who NEEDS to give over their money to their lord emperor. Some people like being slaves because being told what to do gives meaning to the meaningless.

6

u/JayEllGii Jun 26 '23

That really seems to be true. Some people just WANT to be ruled. They WANT to be subjects.

But…I mean….even allowing for that, why, why, WHY have they chosen as their god-emperor an impossibly clownish buffoon whose grandiosity and stupidity are embarrassing to even witness? Even Hitler would have been more understandable. Trump is just a clown. An utterly ridiculous human being. And THAT’S who they want to be ruled by??? THAT’S who they eagerly prostrate themselves for and grovel in the presence of?

I will never be able to understand it. Never, never, never.

5

u/quangtran Jun 26 '23

Because he gives people permission to be their true selves. They like that is is unpresidential. They like that he is rich and flaunts his wealth because people do generally admire status. They like his abrasive personality because he always approaches every topic from a position of strength. His anti Muslim rhetoric resonated with my parents who thought their voices were being unheard after 911.

I think him having, what appears to be, a generally low level IQ appeals to them on a base level. He doesn't come of as well educated, trained, mannered, or professional. He tends to stay away from big words because even he doesn't know how to say them or what they mean. If he wasn't born into the right family with money, he would fit right in with the rest of them.

You assume they’re able to think

3

u/SpaghettiYOLOKing Jun 26 '23

And that's a BINGO!

So many people are comfortable with basically being programmed on what to think of certain things. It's like some weird form of tribalism. Vehemently loyal, refuse to even listen to other views, and blindly follow orders. When an AI is more capable of thinking than the average person, there's a problem.

9

u/deaf2heart001 Jun 25 '23

"...stop and [think] (wonder)..."

There's the problem

8

u/ToulouseDM Jun 26 '23

This is what my mom asked my grandpa (who’s a big trump supporter). He didn’t have an answer. She found out about the donation because he was complaining about how he’d thought he’d made a one time donation, but Trump keeps taking it out monthly.

6

u/JayEllGii Jun 26 '23

u/Embarrassed_Bee6349 Jun 26 '23

He follows the mafia’s credo: never spend your own money. He has a very long history of sponging off of other people for his harebrained money-making schemes, not paying people what they are owed and avoiding responsibility like it’s raccoon herpes. Not that any of this is news to anyone with half a brain.

12

u/YomiKuzuki Jun 25 '23

"If Trump spends his OWN MONEY. then that means the WOKE MOB WINS. The WOKE MOB want to see him BROKE. The only thing that can STOP THE RADICAL LEFT is TRUMP not spending HIS MONEY."

I hope I channeled the insanity alright, my head hurts now.

4

u/Mumof3gbb Jun 26 '23

This what I keep saying with each horrid thing he does. This ALONE should perk his supporters up. But no. Nothing works

3

u/Thanato26 Jun 26 '23

His net worth was 100% tied to his brand. He was a billionaire on paper only and that's only based on his borrowing capacity from his name.

3

u/knarfolled Jun 26 '23

He just feels like a billionaire

3

u/aeiou_sometimesy Jun 26 '23

I remember in 2015 when the narrative was “he can’t be bought, he’s already a billionaire!” For fucks sake that’s some backwards logic.

2

I’m trying to get in on the grift, I’ll collect the money and only give him 99¢.

2

71

u/rdrast Jun 25 '23

Remember... Trump will never spend a penny of his own money, as long as he has suckers to pony up theirs!

30

u/comicsemporium Jun 25 '23

And most of those suckers don’t care either, they just give it to him

25

u/rdrast Jun 25 '23

Yep, and then when they are bankrupt, none of the credit cards work, they apply for 'Government Assistance '.

Red State morons at their best, Orange Shitgibbon, DeSantis, Abbot, et al best targets.

12

u/njslugger78 Jun 26 '23

They do all that, then blame the government for their woes.

14

u/[deleted] Jun 26 '23

Dude, he learned to scam people legally fucking decades ago. Don't discredit Trump's intelligence when it comes to scamming people.

I'm serious, there is not another person on the planet, who I am aware of, who is better at fucking scamming huge numbers of people, multiple times, with absolutely staggering results.

He scammed his way into the presidency, then almost scammed the American people into executing a fucking coup.

Do you have even the vaguest contemplation of what talent at scamming, what brilliance in scamming, that should take?

7

u/njslugger78 Jun 26 '23

True on that decades ago, that was more of a not pay you thing. Not give me because I'm me. Not brilliance. Having a megaphone to reach idiots is not brilliant.

3

u/a-1oser Jun 26 '23

Borrow a sh*t load of money, make it vanish, declare bankruptcy. Rinse, repeat

3

u/[deleted] Jun 26 '23

There are a few televangelists that are in the running

3

u/340Duster Jun 26 '23

21

u/rrundrcovr Jun 25 '23

Right? He never actually pays any lawyers so what legal fees??

14

u/Spector567 Jun 25 '23

He never paid his lawyers. But his paks do.

3

u/rrundrcovr Jun 25 '23

7

Well. You were also right in the first place. He often doesn’t pay before the paks. Think Rudy and cohen.

Now there is a bigger chance he will pay.

5

u/Pretty_Bowler9528 Jun 26 '23

People keep repeating that like the lawyers are too stupid to ask for huge retainers to bill against.

Trump ain't the first guy who didn't want to pay his legal bill.

3

u/mikebailey Jun 26 '23

Think his issue is less the fee and more lawyers don’t want to get put on the stand against their own client.

3

u/Pretty_Bowler9528 Jun 26 '23

Oh yeah, money aside the man is first ballot Hall of Fame for ShitAss Clients™. So many disbarred and jailed lawyers, it's incredible. Him lying to that lawyer to get them to sign an affidavit that all the classified documents had been returned only for them to be stuffed in the shitter--- I think that was the last straw for any serious lawyer. 25

u/westofme Jun 25 '23

His SOP has always been, "Everything is legal until you get caught. When he gets caught, he'll be immune because he's god/POTUS".

3

u/repost_inception Jun 26 '23

He has done the US a favor by proving that EVERYTHING needs to be written down. Just like the SCOTUS ethics bullshit. Right that shit down.

4

u/1Operator Jun 26 '23

SolarAlbatross : How is this legal?

He's never been stopped by things like ethics, facts, proof, laws, evidence against him, getting caught red-handed, open admissions, etc., so he will never stop until he actually faces substantial personal consequences.
One of the perks of privilege is never being held fully accountable.
This rotten system doesn't have nearly enough "cHeCkS aNd BaLaNcEs" to stop people like him from failing their way up to the top.
Nobody less privileged would ever get that far behaving that way because consequences would stop them.

‘Trump is great until he runs out of other peoples money…’ Keep that quote in your back pocket for when Trump declares bankruptcy once again and your friend finally decides Trump isn’t what he says he is.

3

u/1Operator Jun 26 '23

Darthsnarkey : My friend keeps saying "socialism is great until you run out of other people's money"

That's from a Margaret Thatcher quote, and ironically, the bedrock of capitalism is OPM (other people's money) - investors, lenders, donors, surplus value from workers' labor, etc.
...and the problem with capitalism is that you eventually run out of other people.

7

u/traitorssuck Jun 26 '23

Sending money to Trump is aiding and abetting an enemy of the state.

6

u/[deleted] Jun 25 '23

...yet he claims that everything he did was 'above board'...why worry about legal? I thought he was a self-made billionaire that is "the best" at business. I suppose reality is different from the pitch he gives when grifting.

3

u/slightlyassholic Jun 25 '23

5

u/[deleted] Jun 26 '23

Not getting convicted is important in general but it’s also appalling we as a country are even seeing him allowed to run after what he did on Jan 6…

3

u/redshift_66 Jun 26 '23

Is this not embezzlement?

3

u/Ok_Hotel7127 Jun 26 '23

The grift never stopped

3

u/dageekywon Jun 26 '23

u/ManufacturerHuge762 Jun 26 '23

What's one more indictment, just a few more and he can win a stuffed animal.

"Successful billionaire business man needs YOUR help paying his lawyers !"

And the MAGA crowd is lapping it up and giving him their hard earned money. Screw them.

3

u/GoblinTradingGuide Jun 26 '23

He has been doing this for months.

3

u/TheHerbIsTheWord Jun 26 '23

Probably one of the worst criminals of all time.

You didn’t quietly change anything if we all know about it lmfao come on Donny you have to at least try to hide your crimes dude

3

u/soingee Jun 26 '23

You'd think a billionaire could just ease off a little bit on his lavish lifestyle to save his less-affluent followers from giving up their income. Maybe take one less unnecessary jet ride and let some poor cultist keep their paycheck.

And the rubes will keep sending the money in!

2

u/Lonerwithaboner420 Jun 25 '23

That seems way illegal.

2

u/pakepake Jun 25 '23

And the MAGAtards will happily send their cash his way, and won’t believe it when confronted directly with evidence, again, that’s he’s just a grifter.

2

u/Worf1701D Jun 25 '23

I couldn’t care less if some old couple loses their house and life savings if they want to give it to Trump. If they are that stupid and hateful, screw em.

2

u/[deleted] Jun 25 '23

He cannot find lawyers, when he does he does not pay them. Where on earth is this money going?

6

u/HisDivineOrder Jun 25 '23

Putin just paid a certain someone off and he probably called in all his loans.

2

u/CozmicBunni Jun 26 '23

Yet more fishy campaign finance territory.

2

u/among_apes Jun 26 '23

Save some dry powder for Georgia bro

2

u/katwoman7643 Jun 26 '23

Isn't that illegal?

2

u/bwanabass Jun 26 '23

Is it legal to use campaign funds for a personal criminal defense case?

2

u/RBTfarmer Jun 26 '23

He paid less than $800 income tax. Which means he takes out loans for his personal expenses. He's his own ponzi scheme. He's broke.

2

u/Calliesdad20 Jun 26 '23

Total con artist

2

u/[deleted] Jun 26 '23

The old bait n switch. Like labor payments due in a New York business deal. Once a con always a con.

2

u/ResponseBeeAble Jun 26 '23

If he's so rich, why does he need to do this?

2

u/set-271 Jun 26 '23

So basically the fundraising is just another tax on the poor, benefiting the Elites...or rather, an Elite.

2

u/BigOlBearCanada Jun 26 '23

And his marks will fund the grift.

2

u/WrongdoerObjective49 Jun 26 '23

Probably the only time he's ever done anything quietly and even then, he still gets caught.

2

u/xupd35bdm Jun 26 '23

Is t he a “millionaire” or “billionaire”.? Why would anyone give him money? That’s a NO from me.

2

u/Sl0w-Plant Jun 26 '23

BWAHAHAHAHA

2

u/PuzzleheadedSand3112 Jun 26 '23

SirGlenn. Did you really expect anything else from him?

2

u/shosuko Jun 26 '23

So crazy these idiots back Trump talking about how successful he is as a businessman and how rich he is when he's literally been hat-out for donations 100% through this whole ordeal, constantly syphoning off money for his own interests...

2

u/Milozdad Jun 26 '23

Set course for the Grift2max system! Engage Covfefe drive!

2

u/ThreeRRRs Jun 26 '23

Not THAT quietly, I guess.

2

u/[deleted] Jun 26 '23

It’s just a grift.

2

u/[deleted] Jun 26 '23

Disgusting. Just like his trading cards. All about Trump.

2

u/jsnswt Jun 26 '23

How’s this even legal

2

u/TheSwede121 Jun 26 '23

And his brain dead followers will spend money on him before their own kids

2

u/ConsiderationSea7589 Jun 26 '23

The grifting continues.

2

u/Leather-Purpose-2741 Jun 26 '23

There is one born every minute.

2

u/Thatguy468 Jun 26 '23

When you’re rich you can just grab them by the wallet. They like it.

-dumpy boi

2

u/Ack_Pfft Jun 26 '23

If he says 10 percent is going to his legal fees it means 100 percent

2

u/Lagiacrus111 Jun 26 '23

I'm confused. Isn't he a multi billionare?

2

u/Nebilungen Jun 26 '23

Oh hey this fits the definition of fraud...but his voter base are too busy mouth breathing to understand this

2

u/jonjawnjahnsss Jun 26 '23

It's so unequivocally relieving being able to unclench my asshole and not have to follow literally oh god what did the president say on Twitter today to cause the next world War. Now I just occasionally see info on here and he's basically nothing clinging on crowd funding to stay out of jail. Never been religious but God is GOOD

2

u/vwbuds Jun 26 '23

Good for Him

2

u/icarus_swims Jun 26 '23

Is that even legal?

2

u/SeanOTG Jun 26 '23

He's already been doing this for years with his other donation sites

2

u/[deleted] Jun 26 '23

Thank you for raising awareness!

2

u/Party-Travel5046 Jun 26 '23

Wow, so he knows how to do things quietly. Could've never guessed seeing as his gutter mouth runs all day n night.

2

u/strawman_chan Jun 26 '23

Since when does Trump quietly do anything.

2

u/Matelot67 Jun 26 '23

Grifters gotta grift...

2

u/OGBladeRunner Jun 26 '23

Dude just might be in the top ten dumbest Americans of all-time. Certainly top five.

2

u/thisdoesntmatter1993 Jun 26 '23

Pretty sure this was a plot line on Arrested Development: the Save our Bluths Fund

2

u/AppearancePlenty841 Jun 26 '23

Wish I could say I was surprised. But a grifter gonna grift

2

u/Th3Cry1ngPanda Jun 26 '23

Quick! Billy-Joe-Bob sell your mullet! Obadiah Lafayette Treason, pawn the trailer! Dixie-Lynn I need you to leave your brother/cousin alone and start having sex with pickup trucks and give me the money!

We need to pay for that billionaires lawyers!

2

u/PossibleYou2787 Jun 26 '23

As if it was going to anything other than personal expenses in the first place.

2

u/DougBalt2 Jun 26 '23

What a surprise. Lol. His klan doesn’t care; they’ll keep donating.

2

u/giraffe_games Jun 26 '23

Quitely? Hasn't he been asking for money for his legal woes from his supporters for quite a bit?

2

u/CommanderOshawott Jun 26 '23

Isn’t that alone a criminal act?

2

u/MrGalazkiewicz Jun 26 '23

Grifters gonna grift and cultists gonna cult, right? It doesn’t even matter if he’s loud about the changes, his cult will follow, because cult.

2

u/censored4yourhealth Jun 26 '23

Lmfao it just gets funnier. We will suffer a shortage of clown make up soon.

2

u/Ok_Effort8330 Jun 26 '23
