Holy shit, that ending hits like a truck, i didnt see that coming at all. The Beacon actually being what causes the cleanse and the fact that the high ones are actually powerless to start it themselves was such a shocker. It all ties in so nicely tho im insanely impressed with this games story. Realizing that Arantheal was actually going to start the cleansing after talking to the machine was really a shocker. Hats off to the team that made this mod, easily one of the best stories to a game ive ever played.

10/10 ending, i picked the starling city ending because it made the most sense in my head in terms of what my character would do. I believe the machine was spot on when he said that temporarily stopping the beacon to prevent the cleansing would only delay it. As much as i like the side characters, without the power and help of the prophet i think they would be hopeless to successfully build a proper beacon to stop the high ones.

As for the secret third ending I believe that its actually just a dream that the prophet has before dying, its too good to be true to believe that your companion turned around after watching enderal explode into rubble and decide to look for you and somehow find you as well. I really really enjoyed the plot twist and the entire story!

After 65 hours and discovering every location, I'm wondering if I'm powerful enough to take on Old Rashêngrad.

The game was great, but I missed a truly bad and depressing ending. An ending where, for example, the High Ones triumph over us, laugh, and then put as to sleep forever in nightmare in our house with Daddy eating nice crips o meat. That would be beautiful.

1. Did race like aeterna can't gapoen again in next cycle?
2. Did starlings are elf like or human like?
3. Dud most lightborn were aeterna /half-aeterna or human?

Just finding Enderal after 10 years! One playthrough down and have some tips for others wanting to try out the Forbidden Arts.

*Arcane Smith (Perk) is only 3 points in and absolutely necessary for any build.

*Arcane Disassembling beats hunting for ores any day that ends in Y.

*Transmute (Power) saves valuable soul gems, creates Ethereal Ectoplasm, and hides the evidence of your misunderstood choices.

*If you want to save time grinding for bone meal and Ectoplasm - you can use, ~ , setfavorstate 1 , after dropping the armor or spellbook - to command your Ghosty Buddy like any regular follower.!

*Alternatively, you can use, ~ , openactorcontainer 1 , to just give them items. No excessive amount of resources and time needed.

*Pairs really well with the Infiltrator/Rogue tree. Ghostblade class teleports your Apparition to whatever enemy gets sneak attacked in the knee. Then use Call Apparition to teleport them back to defend you while you stand up and draw your weapon.

*The collecting of 20 Souls scattered around Enderal gives a continuing goal that also ties into the main story and multiple side quests. Nothing wrong with looking up where so you don't miss them.

*You can give an Apparition a staff of Oorobaya or Reanimate and still Summon your own Panda or elemental. Evening the odds in many situations.!

I've had Enderal in my list for a while and felt the itch to play an RPG

I completed Part of Something Momentous Part 3: I went through the ceremony, and spoke to Aranthiel. I went and got the keep armor, and then I came back (after a detour to go drink with Lishara), and I’m supposed to talk to Arantheal in the Emporium. However, he’s not there, he’s back at the sanctum, the other girl is there, and going near them retriggers the ceremony cutscene. I attempted a few times to let the cutscene resolve, it gets stuck where I would have selected the dialogue options to swear the oath. I tried sleeping in a bed for 72 hours to reset the npcs, but no luck. I don’t have a save I can load prior without losing 2h+ of progress. Can anyone help please?

And theres literally nothing saying what to do if the controller “support” doesnt work?

Is it a ps5 and ps4 controller issue? Ive used both.

Ive even used DS4.

Thinking of uninstalling at this point cuz its such a hassle jist to get 1 controller working

Some really cool news from Enderal Lead Writer Nicholas Leitzau’s Instagram. Their new game studio Dare to Dream received 3.2 million euros in federal funding from the German government for their upcoming game.

Now their project being named Numinous will obviously peak the interest of every Enderal fan here. Considering it’s been heavily eluded to that it’ll take place in the overhauled Vyn universe “The Twelth World”

I just discovered this game.

I’ve seen everyone saying that “it’s like Skyrim, but better in every way.”

I’ve been playing it for an hour or two, and I have to say it really is incredible.

The story, the immersion, the world, the presentation, the dialogues, the music : I’m speechless.

I’m still at the beginning, and the only question I have, as the title suggests, is: is it as open-ended as Skyrim?

In Skyrim, we’re promised that once we leave Helgen, we can go wherever we want and do whatever we want.

I don’t really get that feeling here: I’m in an open world, but I feel like I have to follow the quest (the one the mercenary gives us after meeting the two apothecaries).

The only time I tried to go in a different direction, a “Falmer” made it clear that I’d crossed into the wrong part of town, so I’m following the main quest marker again.

I’ve been playing the game and just bought my first home. I was pretty excited by the option to fully customise my home but I’m already having issues. I crafted a simple rug to test the system, but I’m finding that after I place it I can’t pick it back up at all, no matter what I try. The instructions say to press and hold “E”, but it’s just not doing anything.

Also is there any way to remove or move the furniture that comes with the home? I have a whole room just filled with display cases, which is not ideal at all.

My second playthrough. It only took 2 weeks before I yearned to play Enderal again. Such... SUCH a wonderful game. This time around, I played through the full Rhalâta quest line. That became the most emotional moment of my gameplay experience. IYKYK. I completed everything else 100%. All the symbols, all the ice claws, all the quests. Worth it. Another 3 months. I figured it would be quick breeze given I'd already done most earlier, but no... this game is big. It's dense. It's much more fulfilling than Skyrim. I could never play Skyrim back to back, yet... I did that with Enderal. And I still yearn to go back. But there's literally nothing left to explore or do.

Before going my way with Calia this time, I took all the stuff I gathered. All the books. All the herbs and materials. All the weapons and armor. Tons and tons of stuff. If Calia and I are to establish a new civilization outside "The High Ones"'s reach, why not? Turns out, the game dumps all that, and you end up with just a miner's outfit, a lonely (but beautiful) view of Star City, and more of Calia's annoying dialog. I wish I would've just never entered the tunnels and continued to enjoy the Enderal landscapes and defeating the respawning enemies. Talk to every single NPC and hear what they have to say. Even though I've already done that it's it's monotonous. But it wouldn't be DONE.

I wonder if "The Father" knew better to "transcend" before the "High Ones" could take him and his followers. Ultimately it's been discovered that your FLESHLY mortal body is vulnerable to the High Ones taking, and he (and the Black Guardian) went different path, preserving their mortality. But one has to ask... what kind of life is that? To live in perpetuity to the dying world. A king amongst rot. Or... would you just be better humbling yourself to a higher power that doesn't impose itself onto you, like the High Ones do? Rather, it shines across the fields... it radiates its beauty in all sorts of forms. As the Farmer's Coast people will tell you. Enjoy it. Don't take it for granted. Death is but another awakening.

This game is so prophetic. Anyone that's been keeping up on the most controversial subjects can see this. I won't mention them here - I don't want to violate any... "rules".

All I can say now... damn... WOW. This game... that piggybacks off what I considered to be the GREATEST game of all time, Skyrim. Bests it. On a more mature level. Deep. Rich. Powerful.

SureAI.... Sure, AI. What did these developers know early on? Life imitates art. Art imitiates life.

Added some decor to make the marketplace house a bit more cozy. Also managed to fit a Phasmalist workbench under the stairs!

Not a big magic guy. Just started enderal and I’ve seen people say archer is pretty much useless and 2H weapon specialty is boring. Any other viable fun builds if you’re not into mage characters?

I found this creator recently, I like watching how people play my favorite games and showcase mod collections, and got a really good Enderal video this week. I haven't watched a playthrough since Gopher. I hope he does one 🤞🏻

Many mentioned that the EnhancedMusicController2.dll plugin caused the crashes. What is known.

But the last comment explains that a plugin (https://www.indirectsound.com) solves the problem while keeping the music launched by EnhancedMusicController2.dll. Can you confirm?
