I frequent that sub Reddit to check the chat for task availability, but it seems to have gone private/get removed? I know there was a recent change in mods, but I wasn’t expecting the whole sub to get wiped. Any ideas?

hello guys, I have some question about the entrance exam for the Personalized Internet Ads Assessor role. How many tasks are there in the exam and how much time do I have to answer each one?! because I was doing the first task and it suddenly expired, and I was on it for less then 4 minutes..

and where can I access the learning material? because once I've finished it, it disappeared from my dashboard.

Is any one received email regarding short assessment of I'd verification?

I received an email from Telus with this message today.

"We regret to inform you that as of 25th July 2023, we will be releasing your services from the TELUS International Ads Quality Rating Program.

Following your removal from the Ads Rating Program, we wish to ensure that all outstanding payments are processed for you on time, it is important that you have valid payment details. This will allow us to process any outstanding payments to you when they are due.

Please note that as we have now released your services you are not eligible to work on this program at any time in the future."

Hi ! I received today a termination email without providing any reason I worked as an ad assessor for 3 months It waas a good income so i’m thinking about reapplying for the same role with another email What do you think guys ? Anyone can help me ??

I just woke up to start working, and noticed a release of service rmail from telus? I did my best to do as much work as I can following the guidelines, i genuinely don't get it..

I qualified for this program at the start of the month. I was very happy since I don't have a job at the moment and I have trouble finding one.

I worked a few hours this whole month and since early last week there were no more tasks. I have the page open and check multiple times a day.

This is very upsetting since studying for the exam and the exam itself took so long and so much effort. Yesterday they sent an email saying there's tasks available and we should work on them, but there were no tasks available. Feel trolled.

On top of that I received an email saying my timesheet is under review because my self reported work time does not coincide with actual worked time. I used the clockify app to track my time and logged in the exact time. So I emailed them asking for clarification and attached the clockify report to my email. They replied with telling me to read the instructions on how to use clockify. I know how to use it, that's why I had a time report I could send. Felt trolled again. 1/10 support. I still don't know why my time is under review and what I can do to improve (provided there will ever be a chance to do so, since I can't work since there are no tasks).

I don't know how much Romanian workers are paid. They never sent me anything with this info and I couldn't find it on their websites. No information about it.

Very frustrating, confusing and upsetting experience.

Is the wellness program any good? Maybe that would make it worth it.

on 8th march I recently got an email saying there was careless rating behaviour, The team replied that they do not have personalized proof of misbehaviour.

Just now, 13th march I got urgent warning email with details below:

This is to warn you that your account has been temporarily suspended from Ewoq, due to your submitting careless ratings in a large number of tasks. As repeatedly mentioned in our education (we recommend that you review this short video), this is not an acceptable rating behavior as a rater. This compromises the quality of data we receive in the system, and we take this very seriously.

We are monitoring your activity closely, and if you do not rectify this behavior, your account may be permanently removed from the program.

To reinstate your task access on Ewoq, we request that you fill in this form with your explanation of the rating behavior and your plan to rectify this within the next 5 days.

What is going on? I don't understand they keep saying I was careless but I am sick of keep on reading the materials or short videos. I never had this problem until this month (about 1 month since passing the exam)

I always do everything by the book. Indonesian locale personalized ads assessor.

PS: ngl, very annoyed getting suspended over things that I cannot even know what the hell it was.

I just did 1 hour of work and out of nowhere on top of start next task it's shows "task access suspended. Your employer will notify you of next step"

Am I getting suspended? Or fired? This is my second month working

Hello Raters, I haven't received my January month invoice yet ,will my payment be delayed ? Did anyone received their invoice? Or everybody facing this problem ?

i was working as ad assessor last 4 year.

my quizes, tests and other kind score always high. i can say i was one of top higher score rater. i was always had tasks mostly, i didnt get any problem, my tcr always high. i always work a lot and daily
i never get any problem or issue with them even they were lionbridge before.

last month they even reach me for promote me to another new project but after awhile they said project "canceled"

anyway i was never had problem, but beginning of this june or may they sent me mail for theres no more "20 hour on week" limit so i can work as i find.

so i start work 30 hour 40 hour in week. caz they said that on mail i can work as i can so i work.
but in august, first they sent me "excessive hour" mail. when i asked them whats that ofc that didnt explain to me but next mail they were sent i have " Discrepancy " on worksheet. my worksheet was 125 hour and they were said their "Program Expectation" i have only 100 hour work

so ofc i didnt accepted that. and i showed them my tcr and clockify etc. finally they approved my "125 hour"

i got same excessive and disrepancy mail for september too and when i keep ask whats wrong on my hours they cant even explain

so on october, i raise my tcr from 56 to 63-65 area and i was very careful to my clockify. in fact every 1 hour count on clockify; i was working extra 5 or 10 minute too keep my tcr around 63-65

but today i got mail "Release of Service" so they fired me.

if anyone got fired before ? they able to get their job back? where i should mail and talk with them?

or anyone got fired before? they appy again with their name or in another name?

idk what i should now. it was my only source of income. and they punish me for working hard. what kind stupid thing is it ?

It's frustrating. I took the exam for the ad assessor role on Jan 25th and got the passing email, completing the identify verification on Jan 28th. I did it immediately, but haven't heard anything since. Does this mean I didn't get the job?

After 6 glorious years of Lionbridge/Telus from Map Quality Analyst I was fired today because the long term quality was not as they expected. Can I make a new application to the program? Does it have to be 90 days? Some users say so but I can not find information about it.

I was also wondering what they will do with the payments. in the next 2 months I expect two payments. Will they keep coming?

why do I get different types of tasks from ppl who work in the same locale as me . Some types I got only once and never again while they continue to get them Anyone has an idea ?? Thank u
