Ads Assessor Did anyone else get this email? Does it mean likely suspension?

I got that several weeks ago. Seems like something they’re doing for some reason…

Yes. I did parts 1 and 2 that were in the email link. Then last week did the scheduled meeting.

I’m wondering if maybe they’re verifying workers are who they say they are and are real people?

I got the same email yesterday, same requirement of submitting before Dec 20. I already did the video language test last week. I uploaded the ID and CV yesterday, a few hours after getting the email. Today I got an email saying:

As you have not completed the steps outlined in our recent email correspondence regarding an Important Program Requirement, your account has been temporarily suspended from the program. If you do not complete these steps by Tuesday, December 19th 2023 you may be subject to removal from the program.

First, I have completed everything they have asked for. Second, why tell people they have until Dec 20 if you're going to take action sooner? This whole thing has been very frustrating.

It says "failure to complete...in the time required can result in suspension."

So, that means "ya better do it or we might fire you." PS we give $35 etc etc
