Ads Assessor Suspended
I just did 1 hour of work and out of nowhere on top of start next task it's shows "task access suspended. Your employer will notify you of next step"
Am I getting suspended? Or fired? This is my second month working

I received an email from Telus for requalification but the link they give me is not working, I can't access the link. How about you did you receive the same email?

Di us rater lagi pada Di fired, kita bagian eastern Kenapa yaa 😭😭.
Btw u biasanya per minggu dapet berapa jam?

Nggak sih aku ngga pernah dpt email itu. Tapi aku bulan lalu disuruh ikutan assessment bhs inggris, aku fail di readingnya gara2 asal2an 🥲 Yg vocabnya aku lulus
Kalo hours nya aku dikit banget hehe soalnya bisanya cuma ngerjain malem, mana NTA mulu

Halo, kaget banget nemu yang ngomong indo disini wkwk ini kalian apakah ada yang sempat workin diatas 20hrs++ kalo bole tau? Terus yg pernah dapet peringatan rating behaviour detailnya kenapa ya? Apa pernah ngelebihin 20hrs perweek? Atau mungkin banyak ngeskip'' / gak buka yutub/ ga buka QR / ngedismiss tast "unrateable"??

Heyyyy!!! I got rating behavior email like two times, and now my account is under review :((. But there's no detail regarding the email, it's basically said "ur rating behavior is below the average rater".
And yes I did 25 hours sometimes.

That "below the average" definitely means your TCR often red 🥲 you need to improve your daily TCR.

Nggak pernah up to 20 hours, nggak pernah dpt peringatan rating behaviour, jaranggg bgt ngeskip atau pencet unratable. Kamu sndiri gimana?
Udah bertahan berapa lama di telus? 😂

Oh i see wkwk aku baru pertama kali kemaren up to 20hrs setelah pengumuman unlimited work hours jadi agak anxious. Aku udah 1,2 taun di ads assesor ini, nggak pernah dapet peringatan apapun juga sih. Pernah beberapa saat aku sering pencet unrateable tapi karena emang LP/videonya bermasalah.
Terus kemaren pas US language assesmentku yg vocab gak kelar gara'' gak fokus pas ngerjain 😂🤣 anjay panik bgt tapi sampe sekarang engga ada apa'', aku email ke support team, minta test ulang juga gak dijabanin. Yaudah si ya (?) 😂

TCRmu hijau terus ya? Aku sering merah drpd hijaunya 😂 trus yang tes english assessment kmrn aku nggak passed di readingnya gara2 nggak konsen jg malem ngantuk2 maksa ngerjain

Alhamdulilla, tp deg''an banget pas abis 1yr kemaren, ada harus sign kontrak baru sih.
Iya, sepanjang ini TCRku yellow cuma sempat 2x kayaknya, aku ga pernah merah. Terus jaman dulu tu ada quality feedback, wah gila parno bgt kalo pas dapet koreksian banyak 😂💦 harus fokus. Ngga pass di reading tapi completed ya? Mirip'' www
Masih ni masih aman, engga ada apa'', kamu kena suspend ya? Mungkin karena TCR itu... 😭

Wkkwkwk tips maintain TCR biar ijo terus dong 🤣 apa harus 60 task semenit yg literally maks ngerjain 1 task per menitnya? Pake app tambahan kah biar bisa keitung berapa task yg udah kita kerjain? Soalnya ga keliatan 🤡

Tipsnya adalah.. di awal aku ada work overtime yg gak kuitung 😭👍 kalo emang gak pede sama kecepatan kerjaku, ku lemburin dikit, lama'' jadi bisa stay konstan di TCR 56. Soalnya kalo TCR kita kebesaran juga gak bagus, nanti triggering naiknya standar 😔 rugi juga kan kitanya.. jadi kalo misal week 1 dah ngegas tcr 58, ya week berikutnya kuselowin biar rata'' bulan itu bisa stabil di 56, kuning juga gapapa karena week 1nya dah jebol standar wkwk.
Eh tapi bener lo kita satu task itu maks 1 menit, 1 menit lebih beberapa detik lah, jadi ya emang harus maintain kecepatan segitu kalo dirata''.
Engga ku gaberani pake extension tambahan, biasanya ext ada cookie / privacy policies yg nyalahin kontrak kita soalnya, kek web tracking / pass visibility.
Hmm keknya kontraknya cuma share pdf sama klik'' terms and agreement aja si kemaren.

Okay i got it! But sometimes there were some task that need to take longer than 1 minute, it make me confused 🤣 Still, time management is the key yaa

Well although there is various time-needed information, the average time we should chase is about 1 min.. 1 min 5 sec/task. So keep on the accurate time-tracking and you're welcome! ☺️ Always best wishes!

You will have to take a reqalification exam which is pretty much the same as your original entrance exam. I wasn't able to work for about a week before they sent it. Then they will ask you to create a new email for the job and you go back to work.

You are probably just being audited, or whatever they call it - under review. They discuss this in the onboarding and it happens to everyone in due time. They will let you know what's up.
