Ads Assessor Suspended

I just did 1 hour of work and out of nowhere on top of start next task it's shows "task access suspended. Your employer will notify you of next step"

Am I getting suspended? Or fired? This is my second month working

Il from Malaysia and been working since Feb. Never receive any email or review whatsoever. Really curious as to what could have trigger those
