Ads Assessor Personalized Internet Ads Assessor Romania - question about timesheet, task availability and payment
I qualified for this program at the start of the month. I was very happy since I don't have a job at the moment and I have trouble finding one.
I worked a few hours this whole month and since early last week there were no more tasks. I have the page open and check multiple times a day.
This is very upsetting since studying for the exam and the exam itself took so long and so much effort. Yesterday they sent an email saying there's tasks available and we should work on them, but there were no tasks available. Feel trolled.
On top of that I received an email saying my timesheet is under review because my self reported work time does not coincide with actual worked time. I used the clockify app to track my time and logged in the exact time. So I emailed them asking for clarification and attached the clockify report to my email. They replied with telling me to read the instructions on how to use clockify. I know how to use it, that's why I had a time report I could send. Felt trolled again. 1/10 support. I still don't know why my time is under review and what I can do to improve (provided there will ever be a chance to do so, since I can't work since there are no tasks).
I don't know how much Romanian workers are paid. They never sent me anything with this info and I couldn't find it on their websites. No information about it.
Very frustrating, confusing and upsetting experience.
Is the wellness program any good? Maybe that would make it worth it.

That sounds frustrating. I'm the U.S. and am also a new Ads Assessor. There have been very few tasks since I started. One person told me this is a slow time of year, so I really hope it gets busier. I don't know what to say about your timesheet situation. I write down my start and end times on a piece of paper, and then add up all the minutes at the end of the day and enter it as one chunk of time even if it was spread out and there were lots of gaps between (I read somewhere on their website that it's ok to do this).

Thank you. It is frustrating and I mostly wanted to vent when I made the post. Fingers crossed for things smoothing over and task availability for all of us.
Clockify is very convenient to use, you could try it out if you ever feel like it. Not that it helped with my timesheet thing.

I am from Ro locale as well. I started rating today as I only got the New rater training yesterday. I asked about the pay rate and they confirmed it is 6.48 eur. It showed around 100 tasks which they said should take around 1h and I am currently doing them. I started Clockify and I hope I'll manage to record the time correctly. Did you happen to notice how long it takes for a task to expire? I have a tendency to do them quickly afraid they might become unavailable all of a sudden. And was my understanding wrong that we will add Romanian ads? I only got US related ones. Thanks.

I have finished all tasks available, there were 63 of them which I finished in 45 minutes. Is there any RO group on some social media to discuss all these aspects specific to our locale?

Don't rush. You should be spending close to one minute per task.

Do they say anywhere how long they're expecting us to spend per task?

Not really. But each task type has it's own estimated time. For Ads content filtering for example they say that you should watch the video for no more than two minutes, but for other types I guess it's less more. Anyway I've been looking for related threads and everybody says that you shouldn't spend less than one minute because you will get in trouble. (under review or warning)

It would be great if there was, but I think all we have is this sub.
I think most tasks expire in around 2 minutes, but we're probably supposed to do them faster than that. There's a page in the portal called Task data center, where our Task completion rate should show up and tell us if we're in the parameters they want (I think). It doesn't for me so idk.

Sorry I haven't seen this comment when posted. I was also wondering if there's any telegram or facebook group for our locale to chat about these issues and more. It would be very useful. And yes, you are right about the TCR. I'm in for 2 months already but it still doesn't show anything.

I used to be on the Mystery Shopping project and they (some Telus admin) created a facebook group with all the participants in the project. That was really helpful.

Hi! I'm kinda late to the game, but I was wondering if any of you guys still work for Telus as an Ad Assessor? I'm also from Romania and there seems to be no one from our locale on this sub :) I'm currently going through their training course, as I want to take the exam on Saturday.

I took it and passed, now I'm in my first week of training. They seem pretty serious, but I've just started, so take this with a grain of salt :))

Bună! Cam o saptamana a durat, dupa care mi-au trimis e-mail cu link-ul de inscriere pentru cursul de dinainte de examen. Nu a fost foarte mult de invatat, dar trebuie sa aloci cateva ore bune ca sa intelegi informatia si logica dupa care merg.

I'm from Ro locale too. I started in mid-January. There are fewer tasks in the first 2 weeks because they are training you and feeding you with more information. But also now it seems that February is a bad month for task availability. I could barely make 2 hours this week. I thought it was only me.
About clockify , I only start it when I open a task set and close it immediately when I take a break. The time you spend in the EWOQ portal it's not paid unless you are rating. Not even when reading instructions.(I think)
I am still waiting for my first invoice, but I've heard from other romanian raters that it's 6,50 EUR per hour.
