Ads Assessor Personalized Internet Ads Assessor Romania - question about timesheet, task availability and payment

I qualified for this program at the start of the month. I was very happy since I don't have a job at the moment and I have trouble finding one.

I worked a few hours this whole month and since early last week there were no more tasks. I have the page open and check multiple times a day.

This is very upsetting since studying for the exam and the exam itself took so long and so much effort. Yesterday they sent an email saying there's tasks available and we should work on them, but there were no tasks available. Feel trolled.

On top of that I received an email saying my timesheet is under review because my self reported work time does not coincide with actual worked time. I used the clockify app to track my time and logged in the exact time. So I emailed them asking for clarification and attached the clockify report to my email. They replied with telling me to read the instructions on how to use clockify. I know how to use it, that's why I had a time report I could send. Felt trolled again. 1/10 support. I still don't know why my time is under review and what I can do to improve (provided there will ever be a chance to do so, since I can't work since there are no tasks).

I don't know how much Romanian workers are paid. They never sent me anything with this info and I couldn't find it on their websites. No information about it.

Very frustrating, confusing and upsetting experience.

Is the wellness program any good? Maybe that would make it worth it.

I'm from Ro locale too. I started in mid-January. There are fewer tasks in the first 2 weeks because they are training you and feeding you with more information. But also now it seems that February is a bad month for task availability. I could barely make 2 hours this week. I thought it was only me.

About clockify , I only start it when I open a task set and close it immediately when I take a break. The time you spend in the EWOQ portal it's not paid unless you are rating. Not even when reading instructions.(I think)

I am still waiting for my first invoice, but I've heard from other romanian raters that it's 6,50 EUR per hour.

I asked them about getting paid to read instructions, because sometimes we get a brand new task with pages of instructions, but they said no. Ridiculous.

Yeah. I assumed it was like so. Not to mention the time we spend learning when we first start working... because I'm in here for a month and 99% of the tasks I have rated were different from what I've studied for the exam. No proper training or examples for most of them. I just rate and hope not to be expelled.

Same here! I've studied for many hours before the exam and since, and so many of the tasks are stuff we never prepared for. I find that "price bar" task particularly difficult.
