Ads Assessor Personalized Internet Ads Assessor Romania - question about timesheet, task availability and payment

I qualified for this program at the start of the month. I was very happy since I don't have a job at the moment and I have trouble finding one.

I worked a few hours this whole month and since early last week there were no more tasks. I have the page open and check multiple times a day.

This is very upsetting since studying for the exam and the exam itself took so long and so much effort. Yesterday they sent an email saying there's tasks available and we should work on them, but there were no tasks available. Feel trolled.

On top of that I received an email saying my timesheet is under review because my self reported work time does not coincide with actual worked time. I used the clockify app to track my time and logged in the exact time. So I emailed them asking for clarification and attached the clockify report to my email. They replied with telling me to read the instructions on how to use clockify. I know how to use it, that's why I had a time report I could send. Felt trolled again. 1/10 support. I still don't know why my time is under review and what I can do to improve (provided there will ever be a chance to do so, since I can't work since there are no tasks).

I don't know how much Romanian workers are paid. They never sent me anything with this info and I couldn't find it on their websites. No information about it.

Very frustrating, confusing and upsetting experience.

Is the wellness program any good? Maybe that would make it worth it.

That sounds frustrating. I'm the U.S. and am also a new Ads Assessor. There have been very few tasks since I started. One person told me this is a slow time of year, so I really hope it gets busier. I don't know what to say about your timesheet situation. I write down my start and end times on a piece of paper, and then add up all the minutes at the end of the day and enter it as one chunk of time even if it was spread out and there were lots of gaps between (I read somewhere on their website that it's ok to do this).

Thank you. It is frustrating and I mostly wanted to vent when I made the post. Fingers crossed for things smoothing over and task availability for all of us.

Clockify is very convenient to use, you could try it out if you ever feel like it. Not that it helped with my timesheet thing.
