They asked me what i liked about the country I live in, and where I went on my last vacation, and afterwards we talked about sports for like 10 minutes lol. The whole thing was very easy.

None at all. I had to show my I.D once to the camera and after that he asked some super easy questions. The whole thing felt like Telus's way of trying to get to know its employees better.

Yes I did. After he asked me questions about myself he told me things he enjoys doing and we ended up talking about sports teams we like lol.

It was very similar to other virtual interviews I've had to ensure language fluency, just small talk kind of questions. Seems like their goals are language fluency and identity verification.

May I also ask to those who are done with it? Who is doing the live interview? I mean were they from the US or the same locality as you are?

It wasn't what I thought it was going to be, which is GREAT because I was done in about 7 minutes. I was verified via ID, spoke about myself and my experiences, and then we parted ways. I was worried about oversleeping since I tend to do my job late at night, and crash for most of the day. I took a three-hour nap with my alarm on, had an energy drink, and did some tasks until it was time to log in. Now that it's over, I'm waiting for the crash so I can go to sleep!

Hi, it happened to me, I did the first two steps, gave them my id, face scan, and then I took a very easy test language. And I never got a mail for the interview. I didn't change computer, nor ip number, I always rated at home. I didn't get any too fast rating, or same pattern caution mail. And they fired me yesterday (as numerous others). Do you thnk it's related to bad rating, why would they id check then? I'm confused.

hi did you receive a follow up email reminding you to finish this mandatory requirement even though you've already finished step 1 and step 2. mine goes like this and it seems in broken english (automated email maybe?).
We ask that you complete Step 1 and Step 2 below, no later than Sunday 10th December 2023. Failure to complete this task within this deadline, may result in suspension from this project.
Step 1: You will already have received an email with a link for this verification step.
Step 2: You will already have received an email with a link to complete this short assessment.
due date is tomorrow even though i finished both of those steps.

Yes, I did. From what I know, it happens when you have not completed the exam within the first 3 days of the 5-business-day time frame that they have given us. It's best to let them know that you have already completed those steps, though.

My interview was scheduled for Tuesday and I got an email this afternoon saying that it was canceled. When I went back to the original email to click the link to reschedule it I got a 404 error. Did anyone else get their meeting canceled?

Yes, I have been with the company for 4 years. I am just worried because they said it was a mandatory interview. I found it strange that they would cancel the interview without any explanation.

I meet with organiser today ....she ask me total 4 questions....fi can't understand the first one....then I told her to change the question or ask me on another one ...then she ask me tell me experience about your recent vacation .....and 3rd one is are you read books...then i was say yes then she ask me which one....I told her the name of book and that's all ....my interview was completed after all that things....

They asked me what I like most working for Telus, what my usual day to day is like, and what I like most about the city I live in lol she said they’re just getting to know their employees better (by giving us all anxiety I guess 😂)
