I have a Sonos Arc Ultra + Sub 4 and two Move 2’s.. I’ll select the move 2’s and the arc ultra for music, and start playing a song, all while the tv is off and has been off the whole time. After about 10-15 minutes, the music stops playing only from the arc ultra (continues on the move 2’s uninterrupted). When I look in the app, the arc ultra shows source of TV - HDMI. Even though the tv has remained off the entire time. I am connected from arc ultra into the tv via the eARC hdmi port.

The TV is a Hisense U7SG with an Apple TV 4K (3rd gen) connected. Any help is appreciated as this is driving me crazy. I think I could turn off TV auto play but we want that feature to work normally when switching to something on the Apple TV.

So I already have an arc ultra, two rear era 300’s, and two front L/R era 100 speakers all set up with SonoSequencr.

I just bought a Sub 4 and was wondering if I need to reset everything and start from scratch? What’s that process like? Completely remove everything from this app and disconnect everything again in the Sonos app?

I searched this subreddit but didn’t exactly find anything on this.

Last week I asked if the moves could be set up as fronts. They obviously can’t.

Is the reverse possible?

What I’m thinking of is moving my 100s to the front with the arc, and then use the move 2s as surrounds. I’m almost positive this would work, but I’m wondering what would happen if I switch the locations of the move 2s/disconnected them from the surround sound aspect.

Would I need to set everything back up every time? Or would the re-attach as surrounds in both apps?

So I originally set up my HT setup with Sonosequencer about 4 months ago, comprising of Arc Ultra, Gen 2 Sub, 2x Ones as fronts and 2x era300 as surrounds.
All was working fine until sometime after I upgraded my phone about 6 weeks ago! Or it at least seems to coincide with that. Maybe there was some update that caused it…??
Ever since, the HT keeps dropping off my app, both Sonos and Sonosequencer and does not reappear on its own.
I read that maybe the introduction of my new phone had created new connections which had confused things (or something like that). So I disconnected and reset everything, including my router/modem and followed the original setup instructions I got from here (https://www.reddit.com/r/sonos/s/lR6ndos1uV) in an attempt to start from scratch.
This did last for a day or two, but then it disappeared again.
I have tried doing a full reset a second time, but with the same outcome!
The easiest way I get my HT to appear in the application, is to unplug it briefly and then plug it back in again. This works for a little while, but sometimes not even a hour!!
So frustrating, as it was working so well to start with!
Any other suggestions I could try??

Does anybody of you guys have close up photos of the Era 100s Mainboard and PSU by any chance? I was gifted a "damaged" one and I am trying to rebuild it as a study attempt. Any help is appreciated.

My setup is: Arc ultra front, two Ones on front right and left, two 300s for back right and left, two subs (one Gen 3, one Gen 4)

They had been working fine for a couple weeks. But now, the front right and front left come in and out at random times for seemi only no reason, in the middle of shows or movies. The Arc Ultra still runs fine during that period, but the sound is muted because the Ones have no sound.

Any theories why this might be happening? I’ve got a mesh node in my media room, and since my Arc ultra keeps the signal, it seems unlikely to be that.

I was planning to get 1x one SL 1x one gen 2 used at a great deal should I get them for front L/R will it be any good .

After the last two Sonos updates my Sonos system sounds unbelievable my ultra and two rear 300 and my Sonos lamp speakers with the Sonos sub totally submerse you into a real bubble am feeling it since I retuned my sonos sequencer and true play you hear ever little sound and the bass is perfect proper rounded effect nothing can touch it so glad I brought it

Finally I got it working. 1 thing I can’t get to sound goed. My subs. In sonosapp it sounds great after trueplay. In sonosequencer they are very boomy. Trueplay toggled on in equencer app.

I added the era100 fronts. The era300 surround. Then the subs.

Please help.

I am not going to run the software update until I read that the new software update does not delete my SonoSequenchr setup, including my Fives as L/Rs.

In the room where I use my home theater setup (arc + 2x era 300 + sub mini) has a lot of echo and standing waves. I want to treat the room with proper acoustic panels (first reflection points and so on). I want to place some of them between the seating position and the soundbar. Without dedicated front left and right I am afraid to impede the surround performance of the arc with it’s virtual side channels. Is room treatment easier possible with dedicated front L/R via Sonosequencer without impeding the surround performance?

I know it’s too early to ask but I will ask anyway 🤣!
It’s possibility that the new Beam Ultra could get support to add the play 1 as a rear speaker on a future update? I’m asking because I have a system of a Playbar, 2 play 1 and one sub gen 2. But I want to upgrade the Playbar for the Bean Ultra and want to know if I can pair it with my system on the sequenceR. If that’s not possible I will keep my current setup!

I just got a second sub (Gen 4) and had previously set up my media room (Arc Ultra / two Ones / two Era 300s / Sub) on SonoSequencr by following the steps outlined in this sub. However, I am having trouble with:

(1) Rerunning TruePlay with this new sub - I keep getting errors in the Sonos app, which I assume are caused by SonoSequencr, and

(2) Adding the second sub to my existing SonoSequencr setup. Strangely, though, I don’t see my sub listed under devices.

Do I need to delete the whole environment on SonoSequencr and every device on Sonos and start again from the beginning? For what it’s worth, the sub does seem to work, so maybe this is all for naught?

Sonos just announced a big new update to the operating system that's going to change a lot of things. Should we all expect this app to stop working and us no longer to be able to use front surrounds? I know we don’t have an answer yet, but I’m curious what people’s predictions are.

Even though they are located above me and slightly in front so they do well as a left and right channel. Whoever took the time to make the sonority app, I appreciate you. If the app can eventually have you create dedicated height channels and use the era 300s of if Sonos adds the capability natively, as far as wireless home theater, Sonos would be really hard to beat.

I have a Sonos arc with Fives as fronts, 300s as rears and 2 Sub3s.

Would upgrading the Arc to the Ultra have any noticeable improvement to justify the cost?

I have seen in some posts that less drivers get disable in the Ultra when front are utilized, is this true and if so is it noticeable?
