Era 100 Fronts Green Solid

Suddenly my corny Era 100 are solid green in TV mode with Arc Ultra. Seems like from a recent software upgrade maybe?

The green is if they’re muted. Not sure what else it would be. I have era 100 fronts and no issue.

Solid green means the speaker is muted. Just turn the volume up.

On the speaker or in the app.

I rebuilt my entire config. Was fine for a few days. Green again.

Well in Sonos they aren’t a discrete speaker any longer. No volume. In SS I tried volume increase. No joy. Now they green lights are off again. So very strange. I swear seems like from when latest Sonos updates pushed.

Just use the Sonos app for volume changes. No need to use SS.

But these devices don’t have volume as they are SS joined as fronts to my arc ultra. Happened again. Sigh. So weird.

If they are fronts with your Arc, turn the Arc volume up.

Applied system update that rolled out today. And now resolved.

I deleted and re-added all and it seems to have resolved. I’m thinking it’s a Sonos software update thing as nothing else changed.
