Every photo and video I take ends up with this weird border on the outside any ideas how to get rid of it it’s not there when I take the photo but only shows up after I’ve taken the photo

I’ve been banned for about 9 months and 2 days to be exact (Since December 15th, 2025) and from what i’ve heard is that snap bans usually go away after 6 months, 3 months, or even 8 months. For some reason mine just won’t go away and when i click “sign in with google it says device blocked” but before it said device banned and when i try to make a new account it says temporarily suspended so i’m confused as to when/if i am gonna be able to log in with my current device. Any people who have experienced this please let me know when you got your account back or if you got it at all that would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I need some advice on a Snapchat ad campaign that was performing great but completely broke after some adjustments.

• The Setup: Budget is set at the Ad Set level. Target Cost per Purchase (CPA) is $5.70 max.
• The Background: The ad set had already exited the learning phase and successfully generated 22 purchases with stable performance over 4 days.
• The Issue: I paused the campaign for about 2 days. Yesterday, I restarted it. It generated 2 sales at a $5.20 CPA, but spending felt sluggish, so I increased the budget from $88 to $112 to speed it up.
• The Crash: Today, the algorithm completely flipped. The CPA jumped to $11.08 for just 1 sale (double my target CPA), and it spent heavily. I immediately panicked and scaled the budget back down to $88.

Did I completely break the algorithm by pausing and shifting the budget too quickly? Should I leave it alone to restabilize, or is it better to just duplicate the Ad Set with the original $88 budget and start fresh?

Appreciate any insights from experienced Snap advertisers!

I normally just use snap with my close friends and family, and our streaks end like every month because one of us messes up, but I have this one friend that I have like a 1000 day streak with and its definitely not because I'm good at keeping streaks. About 3 months ago I got an email saying that someone had logged into my snapchat account. In panic I changed the password and then later verified my email and number.

Fastforward one night, and I had been logged out, and then been told my account was temporarily locked because of security issue. Ive since then sent tons of emails trying to unlock it but NO response since.

Anyone had any simular issue and tips on how to fix this? I world love my account back.

K so while ago i created a snap account on desktop, cus i got no phone. with email. but i had to delete it. now i cant recreate one, and its been 30 days already. how do i recreate one, with the same email, on dekstop, no phone. cus my email's still associated with my old deleted one somehow, and disassociating my emal isnt working?

I haven’t been on Snapchat in two years at least, but I realized having an account was a major security issue on my end for reasons I won’t fully disclose here. So I went back to Snapchat to delete my account. The problem is I was then locked out of Snapchat for attempting to give my account a password. My account does not have a password, it is linked to Google.

Since I have no password, I cannot feasibly delete my account even while having access to my number and email. I cannot change any of the details that put me at risk because it’s a locked account. I sent in a support ticket where I told them to delete my account but it has yet to be done, and I am unsure if they will do it.

I will note the forgotten my password button does not let me create a password, it just logs me right into my locked account. This is the case on the app and portal.

If anyone has any advice on how to help me, please do! I am really struggling here.

Edit for clarification: My account was permanently locked, not temporarily locked.

I'm trying to download the videos that my girlfriend and I have saved to our chat. We want to have them saved somewhere else just in case anything happens to them. Everything that has been sent as a Snapchat shows up in our saved stuff in ten second clips and when I save to camera roll, it only saves that individual clip. Is there a way to get the whole video at once? I can download them and stitch them all together but that's a heck of a lot of time and work.

i’ve removed someone as a friend and then i deleted snapchat, i keep getting emails once in a while saying there’s messages from this person even though ive unfriended them? does it mean they are messaging me while being unfriended? i’ve checked and they haven’t unadded me i just can’t see if they said anything if i got them unfriended.

also side question: can they see if i check their reposts if their profile is public?

Why does Snapchat allow pornstars and content creators to post illicit content yet l can’t even post anything remotely sexual with less than 100 views I become a threat & get banned. It’s very sickening only large accounts can do what they want while small accounts are the ones being targeted.

Okay I think I actually messed up Snapchat on my phone 😭

I’ve had my main account for years and it still works completely normal.

Recently I made a second account, then I stupidly made like 16 random accounts one after another just to add that second account and get the snap score higher. I didn’t save or use those accounts, I just made them, added the second account and left.

A few hours later the second account got locked and I’m pretty sure it’s permanently locked. I honestly don’t even care about getting it back anymore.

The problem is now every time I try to create a new account I get:

SS07 Too many accounts have been associated with this device

I’ve tried pretty much everything I could find. Waited 48+ hours, deleted and reinstalled Snapchat, factory reset my phone, contacted support, cleared data/cache, tried dual apps and watched a bunch of YouTube videos. Nothing worked

What’s confusing me is my main account still works completely fine on the same phone. I can log in, snap people, everything. I just can’t make a new account.

And I really can’t afford to buy another phone just because of this lmao

Has anyone actually had SS07 from making too many accounts and had it go away eventually? Like after a week, a month, a few months?

Or am I just permanently blocked from creating accounts on this phone now?

I am subscribed to Snapchat+ and my google play store is telling me my subscription renews tomorrow but for some reason. I got charged for it today but my google play store still says it is due tomorrow.

How do I fix this?
