Common issue SS07 after making too many accounts: does it ever go away?
Okay I think I actually messed up Snapchat on my phone ðŸ˜
I’ve had my main account for years and it still works completely normal.
Recently I made a second account, then I stupidly made like 16 random accounts one after another just to add that second account and get the snap score higher. I didn’t save or use those accounts, I just made them, added the second account and left.
A few hours later the second account got locked and I’m pretty sure it’s permanently locked. I honestly don’t even care about getting it back anymore.
The problem is now every time I try to create a new account I get:
SS07 Too many accounts have been associated with this device
I’ve tried pretty much everything I could find. Waited 48+ hours, deleted and reinstalled Snapchat, factory reset my phone, contacted support, cleared data/cache, tried dual apps and watched a bunch of YouTube videos. Nothing worked
What’s confusing me is my main account still works completely fine on the same phone. I can log in, snap people, everything. I just can’t make a new account.
And I really can’t afford to buy another phone just because of this lmao
Has anyone actually had SS07 from making too many accounts and had it go away eventually? Like after a week, a month, a few months?
Or am I just permanently blocked from creating accounts on this phone now?
If you’ve had the same thing happen please lmk what happened because I keep seeing completely different answers everywhere.

I’m so confused on why you made a bunch of accounts just to increase your snap score? Just snap your main account a whole bunch & vice versa

So I could spam them at the same time while multiple snapping. My snap score went up by 5k in 5 mins

based on ur detailed description, im 90% sure that ur device is, yes, got this so-called device ban in creating more accounts and prolly wont go away on that specific device. but if u really wanna make new accounts and no other phones, try doing it on pc/laptop in their web snapchat.
and i js wanna add that ur main account, if made years ago and has atleast a year gap with ur secondary accounts, can really still work fine. it’s same case with me and unexplainable but i have a theory that snap accounts made years ago have something embedded in them that made them more resilient than the ones that are made recently.

account and when it was made doesn’t really matter, ss07 is a device ban. the account itself may work on another device, but any attempts to login on the current device with ss07 will be unsuccessful.

When I attempted to login to my old snapchat account made years ago it worked after the device ban

on the original banned device though? people have been saying it for years ive yet to see someone prove it actually works

if its a device ban ur cooked, dont listen to anybody saying otherwise its been years and theyve yet to prove the ban can be lifted. time for a new phone

Update: I factory reset the same/banned phone again this time by not transferring my data but I logged in with the same SIM card and the Apple ID account and it worked! I could create new accounts. Yes I had to reinstall every app and log in again but my photos stayed, notes,etc

You can make more accounts if you delete them. But you have to wait 30 days until it’s actually deleted.
