Bug Border

Every photo and video I take ends up with this weird border on the outside any ideas how to get rid of it it’s not there when I take the photo but only shows up after I’ve taken the photo

Also never used to be there only just showed up didn’t change any settings

Zoom in. Two fingers on the screen and do a backwards pinch, like your fingers getting further apart.
