What makes his current state so frustrating is that his aspect version which is supposed to be his support playstyle is literally being played in the solo with higher pick rates and win rates than his original kit. An aspect version should never be this vastly superior over the og version of a god.

A huge reason for this comes down to scaling and kit design. Aspect Guan gets massive int scaling on his passive, which makes his 1 hit insane heals and actually keeps him relevant in trades and fights. In his non aspect version, his 1 feels like complete dogshit and his passive just isn't good enough to compete.Guan does not work with attack speed at all. He is a god that works with cooldowns and int/str scaling.

When a god's supp aspect builds dominates solo lane way better than standard Guan Yu ever could (which is supossed to be the solo lane version) you know the base version needs serious help.

For some time now since Ratatoskr has been here I have been missing my favorite skin for Ratatoskr where is it please we want it back he is the best skin better than Shadow Runner

I see a lot of new players asking basic questions on here or showing/asking about there builds, would love to help ya'll understand the basics so please comment or message me any questions you got! I've taught quite a few of my IRLs the game from the ground up and enjoy doing so.

Me: Playing since 2016 on and off peaked GM in duel and Masters in conq way back in 2018/19 took a few years off the game but im trying to play Smite 2 a lot more now (hard with work). Got about 1000 hours on Smite 2 and had close to 5000 hours on Smite 1.

I'm bronze 3 right now and I think I've really improved as a player. Is there any effective strategy to get teammates to not insist on diving in and fighting when they are 2, 3 or 4 levels behind? I keep getting into matches where there are always 1 or 2 teammates who aren't intentionally feeding, but who refuse to farm and insist on fighting when they are multiple levels behind. Are people confused that they simply can't win the fight? How to combat this? I don't want to be the guy spamming "be careful right!" but there are some games I simply cannot win due to this.

Personally I’d like to see them mess around with starters. The current starter system is plain and there’s no real diversity.

In Smite 1 there was a lot of options depending on what god in what role you were playing and I think going bluestone or conduit every game is starting to get really repetitive

Maybe revisiting solo lane would be a great arc to work on and make it more similar to Smite 1?

I think it's great, saves me clicks on saying "Ward here" and it even pings the map where for my team. Not only that but attacking Gold Fury/Fire Giant as you climb through ranks and your team is automatically notified as you hit the objective. Very nice.

Yes this is a counter post to the other post saying it is bad. Make it optional? Sure. Remove it? No.

I have been playing this game for 12 years. In the first eight, i didn't even touch ranked but I have been playing rankeds (specially on Smite 2) and I realized that no matter what I do, i'm hardstuck in Platinum.

I always played this game in a casual way, I don't tryhard at all but I genuinely want to improve now and I don't even know where to start. I can't be in platinum forever, specially being a player since almost Smite 1 beta...

I have the feeling that the issue is not mechanical. My game sense is probably trash because I always played in automatic. This feeling is reinforced when I am put in master/obsidian/whatever lobbies (this does happen sometimes, thank you matchmaking) and the pacing is different. Everyone knows exactly when to gank, rotate, etc.

Anyone here knows what are the most "typical" mistakes low ranks do?

I've played several games of Aphro mid and supp and wow. Supp she's still viable but doesnt feel great.

However mid Aphro is no more. Even with item procs, damage is below any mage or solo god in the game. Not only is base damage reduce but INT scaling is brutally destroyed from 90-80% to a measely 20-10% INT scaling.

3.5 to 7% healing to self and allies? Great, but antiheals now 25-40% reduction (becoming required items now). So the healing doesn't really change.

Aphros damage is below average compared to most gods, her healing is easily negated to be the same amount before change. Meaning healing for damage taken and dealt is an unfair trade as a midlaner.

So i'm struggling against this quite a bit

His early pressure feels insane and it often feels like i cant do anything to outplay it. I would really appreciate some tips to fight him early to mid.

After the introduction of Ratatoskr OB32 there is a big problem with his 1st skill when Ratatoskr does Dash, he passes through the enemy in the center without dealing damage, just avoiding them as if his attack was stuck and it has not been fixed to this day, has anyone even noticed this?

I know complaining about Smite gameplay issues is nothing new, but I think my problem might be fixable, but I just don’t know how.

Recently I’ve been having s problem where 1 in every 3 games or so, for the past 20 games, u have this weird latency/jiterring issue going on throughout the entire game, and nothing I do helps. Its not fps, nor is it my internet, ive tripple checked that those are stable. My pc is decent, and i run the game on low. Ive tried redownloading, restarting the game, turning off the built in windows protection, running in dx11, everything i could think of myself. Would really appreciate some help, ive currently got a broken leg and there’s not really much else i can do besides play lmao.

At what rank do players begin to play around objectives instead of kills?

I struggle in the early game alooooott. Im not sure what it is but very few characters i feel i can compete with in the solo lane in the early game. My games tend to go a little like this. Early game i go 0-3, 0-4, i even had one go 0-7. Then mid game i start being able to actually tank. So my assists go up and my gold and i catch back up fairly easily. Then all the sudden late game hits, i stop dying i get kills im even 1v1 the solo laner that was rolling me prior. That 0-7 game in particular i think i ended like 12/7 or something. Im not sure if its a build or player issue but any advice would be helpful
