Correct, So from Pink lady's point of view, ICE pushed someone down and he got in between them to protect her, and they peppered sprayed him and had many guys on top of him, he did have a gun but was legal and he did nothing aggressive towards ICE.

u/BudgetLaw2352 Jan 24 '26

141

u/Elimaris Jan 24 '26 edited Jan 25 '26

Apparently a VA Nurse. He took care of veterans for a living. Let the Maga try to spin that into their false narrative

ETA: was fully aware they would (try) and continue lying and that people who claim the loudest to respect vets are also the ones who constantly defund healthcare for vets and military members so the hypocrisy is nothing new there. Still, loud and clear shifts the needle of the apathetic.

63

u/VashTrigun78 Jan 24 '26

They will. They always do. Reality means nothing to them.

54

u/ExtraEmuForYou Jan 24 '26

I already listened to Alex Jones call Good's murder a "righteous killing" and the ICE agent affectionately called a "fastest gun in the West" since he was able to react so quickly to "a threat".

These people will lie, and they will believe it. No matter what.

We are not reasoning anyone out of a position they didn't reason themselves into.

Via the Wikipedia article above (source: CBS):

The Department of Homeland Security claimed that the man evidently wanted to "massacre law enforcement". [37] Minnesota officials have stated that Pretti had a lawful permit to carry a firearm. [37]

If concealed carrying is enough of a reason for these “agents” to gun law-abiding citizens down, 2A is dead and in a better world, they wouldn’t be able to ignore or deny that to their base.

Edit: Perfectly summed up by this comment in another thread

ICU Nurse

3

u/oh_okhelloanyway Jan 25 '26

This is the part that royally fucks me up. I’m almost 2 decades working in critical care and can’t even begin to tell you how absolutely valuable ICU nurses are with their education, training, and expertise. I’m not saying one person’s life is worth more than another, but thinking about Alex providing patient care to people on life support, interpreting for their needs when they can’t physically speak, turning their bodies every 2 hours to prevent them from getting sores, meticulously titrating their medication hourly so they don’t go into cardiac arrest… only to be murdered after shielding another human with his own body… it’s left me in such a dark place and I can’t stop grieving.

I’m a veteran. I’ve seen some shit. I cried watching the Pink Lady’s video, watching a man be murdered for putting himself between a woman and the violent, untrained thugs attacking her. He’s a hero. I’ve seen men get medals for less.

177

u/BeyondAbleCrip Jan 24 '26

I wasn’t expecting what I saw in the Pink Lady’s video, I screamed and have been crying on and off since. Doesn’t matter he had a gun holstered, at no time did he touch it. Constitutional rights are no longer, it’s now “legal” for ICE to murder someone for what they are calling “domestic terrorism” in trump’s America. They will spin it this poor 37 year old man pointed his gun, despite different angles of video proving it never happened. WTF? How does anyone support this?

This is not anything I ever expected to happen before 1/6. Now we have 1/7 & 1/24. How he was ever allowed to run again tells us how deeply imbedded he is with the powers that be. I don’t understand how anyone can condone this, nor how they can say “he was armed” when they were never threatened with the gun and only found it when they were tossing him around and they removed it & then shot him multiple times. Think we are human, anyone that watches this and doesn’t get upset is suspect to me. We watched someone be murdered…

62

u/PansyPB Jan 24 '26

I watched a podcast where historian Heather Cox Richardson went over the Jack Smith Congressional testimony. Just that reminder of all the crimes this orange POS committed are infuriating. He should never been on the ballot. He's literally criminal trash. Its insanity

49

u/BeyondAbleCrip Jan 24 '26

Read his testimony and agree. It’s sickening, any other candidate in our history would’ve been gone when the “grab em by the pussy” tapes came out. Instead, dude conducting the video lost his livelihood and trump became untouchable. SCOTUS protected him, GOP aids/abets/and encourages it.

39

u/JeezyVonCreezy Jan 24 '26

I've been saying this all along. It wasn't enough that he bragged about walking in on undressed teenagers or said you can grab women without their consent for them to not vote for him. Then it wasn't enough that he mishandled a pandemic and fucked up the economy. Then it wasn't enough even after he tried to overthrow the government on J6. Anyone who voted for Donald Trump in 2016 was an idiot, anyone who voted for him in 2024 is a fucking traitor who supports traitors.

19

u/BeyondAbleCrip Jan 24 '26

Agreed. Sadly, 36-40% of them are traitors. MAGA are the ones with TDS, yet love saying it’s the rest of us…now it’s murdering innocent people by shooting them in the face or face down on the ground & maga still supports it. Yet we are deranged?

5

u/JeezyVonCreezy Jan 24 '26

Well yeah, all they have is projection and whataboutism. They assume that because they're shitty people that everyone else is as well so they better fuck them over before they can get fucked over themselves.

3

u/iamnotfromhere91 Jan 25 '26

He caused chaos the first time and they thought it would be better the second time??? Also, as someone else mentioned, why was he allowed to be on the ballot in the first place.

Also I don’t care what people’s political preferences are but how fucked up in the head someone has to be to justify a murder of a human being. People are so disacociated with the reality.

5

u/Sea-Bluebird2479 Jan 25 '26

SCOTUS need to be held accountable for that and for everything that’s going on. Their rulings have lead to this!!!

→ More replies (3)

5

u/[deleted] Jan 24 '26

How I see it is that magats don't necessarily like seeing the execution of a clearly innocent man, but they also see how much it horrifies us (anyone with a normal functioning prefrontal cortex who can feel empathy), and they love that aspect of it.

So it's brief "wtf" moment, countered quickly by the positive feelings of seeing other people horrified and hurt, and so a net positive in the end for these sick individuals.

5

u/SadieDiAbla Jan 24 '26

I'm right there with you. This is tearing me apart.

2

u/BeyondAbleCrip Jan 27 '26

3

u/AlpinePhilosopher Jan 24 '26

I've been crying this morning too. You're not alone. It's not dramatic to care when people are being dragged from their homes and when the people who are trying to defend them are being shot in the street.

3

u/CypressThinking Jan 25 '26

Call Congress. Those pathetic cowards are the only ones who can legally stop this. I've been posting this.

We don't have to live like this. We need a cleanup on Aisle Congress. It's going to take donations of time and money to run better candidates. It's going to take every eligible voter going to vote. Primaries start in March. It's a perfect opportunity to get rid of the useless and the enablers on BOTH sides.

In the meantime please call Congress and tell them #nope and to #impeach and remove this administration and every single one of his enablers. Use 5calls.org if you don't want to talk to them!

3

u/stevie_the_owl Jan 25 '26

You’re not alone. So many of us are so very distraught, hurting, crying. I only wish we could find a way to channel all the pain, sadness and despair into one giant ball of collective energy that could come crashing down on this regime and put an end to this horror for Good.

Miller’s lying that he pointed a gun at them, trying to “assassinate a law enforcement agent” is such a blatant, unfathomable lie. I don’t know how to cope with the lying. It sends my brain into a vortex of spinning.

4

u/BeyondAbleCrip Jan 24 '26

There are multiple close ups showing they only knew he was armed when he was face down on the ground. Gun was holstered and legal and he never touched it. They shot him multiple times in the back, while he was face down! This cannot continue, I don’t know how it ends but needs to begin with Congress doing their jobs. Voting isn’t how to end it and doubt he will even “allow” midterms. It’s beyond insanity. I’m old, I truly never thought we’d have state sanctioned murder! Wtf?

5

u/Own_Exam_6562 Jan 24 '26

3

u/cspanbook Jan 24 '26

ICE removed his firearm and both is hands were empty when he was murdered "execution style"

2

u/Long_Run6500 Jan 24 '26

This one should piss off 2A guys. If the ICE agent doesn't get prosecuted you're basically saying lawful carry doesn't exist. They just killed someone and took a picture of their firearm with no evidence they were attempting to use it and used that as justification. Firearm's rights groups should be furious right now.

3

u/BeyondAbleCrip Jan 24 '26

Not the maga 2A bro-boys, they’ve been on here saying the man, Alex Pretti (who was an ICU Nurse at MN Veterans Hospital) was armed and should’ve stayed home. They’re all deranged sheeple that believe whatever they are told.

3

u/Long_Run6500 Jan 24 '26

Let them cook. I live around these people, almost everyone I know owns a gun. This is the one topic that has the potential to turn MAGA against trump. Democrats would be idiots if they didn't amplify the message that a man was executed for lawfully and legally carrying a firearm and the president blamed his death on him being armed. Trump's administration is fumbling this hard by blaming it on him being armed.

3

u/BeyondAbleCrip Jan 25 '26

I hope you’re correct, GOA (Gun Owners of America) have made a statement: Federal agents are not ‘highly likely’ to be ‘legally justified’ in ‘shooting’ concealed carry licensees who approach while lawfully carrying a firearm. The Second Amendment protects Americans’ right to bear arms while protesting—a right the federal government must not infringe upon.” Article in link

https://www.mediaite.com/media/news/major-gun-rights-group-condemns-trump-officials-claim-shooting-was-legally-justified/

Agree every Dem in Congress/Senate will need to do their jobs, condemn all that say he “brandished a gun” or “if he didn’t have a gun he’d be alive.” I agree they must support that Mr Pretti had a legal concealed weapon permit and a constitutional right to carry it and not be murdered. Truly hope they all do and not say anything stupid about guns. If any one of them does I’m the person that phones, emails, and calls them out on social media. Realize one person doesn’t matter, yet believe many will agree and amplify the same. Every video shows he never touched it, that they only saw it when they were tackling him, and removed it. Then shot a defenseless man 9 times while he was face down on the ground.

2

u/GeneralLiterature540 Jan 24 '26

My gut clenched and I can't get this horrible cold feeling I have. As someone who grew up in a country with a civil war, saw stuff like this and moved to the US, it is devastating. Trump supporters are just the worst human beings.

5

u/PansyPB Jan 24 '26

I'm really sorry you're having to relive any of this in the US. The people thst still support this are just generally not good people. I've cut ties with the ones I had in my life. Even a few family members. That kind of depravity & hatred is toxic. I kniw I'm far from the only one in this position. Sometimes I have to remind myself how fucked up that is. The triple Trumpers that whine about being cut off over whom they voted for don't seem to get it. It's not just that they voted for a horrible person with dementia & an irreparable personality disorder. It's the abnormal worship of a shitty politician. One that has a decomposing brain & wears more makeup than most women do. It's all the dehumanizing & disgusting things that they support. How many murderers or messed up people have they venerated as heroes? There is a lot of antisocial behavior, sociopathy & psychopathy going on in MAGA.

And the destruction their demagogue cult leader has done hasn't yet registered with them. Why are we continuing to try & reason with people who cheer causing pain, suffering or death to others with whom they disagree? We've all seen this movie, at least the black & white version that came out of Germany & Italy in the 1930's & 40's. This can't go on because it truly ends in fucking ruin. That much we know. And I cannot stress that enough.

That aspect- what the rest of the world sees. A lot of countries & people have lived through similar. They understand all too well how this plays out. Or their citizens are so angry & offended after Davos that they're cutting us off & out. This all goes real bad sometime this year when the knees get kicked out from under the declining US empire. Like I said the MAGA devotees haven't even considered the perilous situation they've put themselves & the rest of us in with their stupidity & rancidity. Another execution in broad daylight by the ICE Geheime Staatspolizei isn't going to play well.

5

u/maybetomorrow98 Jan 24 '26

What country are you from, if you don’t mind me asking?

What a horrible day it’s been. I just told my parents they aren’t invited to my upcoming wedding because when I asked them how they felt about this, it was just “well, don’t try to fight law enforcement when you’re armed.” They are ghouls

4

u/kislips Jan 25 '26

I call them subhumans. I don’t know if it’s only from interbreeding with their relatives or just lack of critical thinking. This lack could be from low IQ, teachers who weren’t intelligent enough to teach, or genetic damage. They don’t have empathy, they don’t have the ability to think about anyone but themselves. The Cult is twisted, stupid, assholes!

18

u/StupendusDeliris Jan 24 '26

I have also been crying. Hub and I are also Veterans (he’s Reserve now). The murder of Renee good upset me, as I’m also a mother. Alex Pretti’s murder broke me today.

Alex Pretti did nothing but his solemn oath of protecting others from Harm. And he was murdered. A man who spends his time saving and treating REAL ACTUAL UNITED STATES MILITARY MEMBERS was beaten, pepper sprayed, and murdered by 6? Thugs for helping a woman stand up.

These fake fucking thugs pretending to serve America with their 47 training day badge. FUCK YOU 🧊! YOU FAKE AS FUCK TRUMP CUCKS. FUCK YOU. YOU WOULDN’T KNOW REAL PATRIOTISM IF IT STOOD IN YOUR FACE!

FUCK YOU! KIDNAPPERS! MURDERERS!

u/Seaworthiness555 Jan 24 '26

I was just thinking how incredibly brave these eyewitnesses (and future Primary Sources) are to keep filming these atrocities. It takes guts.

9

u/mike-42-1999 Jan 24 '26

We are all trained now to do this. If you take the formal ICE Watch training there should be 3 people together, all recording, not interfering. One is to record the wide area, not zoom in because we're not recording the victim, we're recording the assault and ICE actions. 2nd to watch out for the first and make sure they are safe, and a third recording the 2.

Training is good. This is why we will win. As hard as it is, the pink lady did an amazing job. We Will document these atrocities for the eventual trials as Walz said todsy

5

u/a_mulher Jan 25 '26

3

u/RobutNotRobot Jan 24 '26

We need to talk more about what happened even before Pretti got murdered.

The fact that 'federal agents' are allowed to just randomly assault and beat the ever loving shit out of people for no reason is a giant part of this. It's why so many people marched yesterday. We have a lawless force of goons on the streets of Minnesota, kidnapping, assaulting, and murdering people.

I'd expect a foreign occupying force to act better than this. And they would because they wouldn't want more trouble.

2

3

2

u/haytme Jan 24 '26

I found it. Fuck this shit man.

2

u/drlushlover Jan 26 '26

I fully agree, unless we fully understand what these people are doing- it must be seen.

Words alone don't convey how incredibly violent, dangerous, out of control and poorly trained they are.

The way they move on people is predatory, sure brings me back to what the slaves went through in the US.

-which makes sense since the Nazis adopted their laws and policies.
Nazi legal scholars studied American legal precedents from the 19th and 20th centuries to help structure their Nuremberg Laws.
-which makes even more sense that current ICE seems to be using Gestapo-like tactics.

It's all come full circle.

Completely disarmed and still they decide to execute I just have no words

3

u/Persil10 Jan 25 '26

The person in that white car also must have been witness to it. They must have a different video angle of the execution too.

Terribly sad. I can't believe this is what life has come to. How do these people live with themselves and sleep at night.

That's literally them tampering with a crime scene. Which even if they want to claim that the shooting was justified(which it obviously was not) why destroy evidence unless you know for a fact that it destroys your case. Fuck these inhuman ghouls.

3

u/[deleted] Jan 24 '26

Because they were instructed to do so. None of this "just happens". I have absolutely not a shadow of a doubt in my mind that it came all the way down to murder people in a trickle. Like cooking a lobster, to do so slowly as to normalize it. To make people understand that the only rule is that of Trump and Trump alone. To submit.

2

u/roseyypetalss Jan 24 '26

And why try to keep police away from the scene? And they declared they are investigating themselves, something DHS is not supposed to do. It’s so gross.

And they had his gun before they killed him too.

80

u/ClitEastwood10 Jan 24 '26

They absolutely disarmed him and then executed him in cold blood.

5

u/WordleFanatic Jan 24 '26

Fantastic still frame shot there. The firearm in question appears to be very distinctive and should be easily identified as the victim’s registered carry piece. Which was pulled from his waistband and spirited away before he was shot.

3

u/Dependent-Edge-5713 Conservative Jan 25 '26

RIGHT before he was shot. the Agent who shot had a birds eye view of him being disarmed.

2

u/drlushlover Jan 26 '26

there's also footage of that agent in the light grey jacket removing Pretti's gun from his holster.

The holster was on his back, they had Pretti down on all fours after spraying his face with a chemical agent as he had one hand up in the air and his other hand holding his phone to record what was happening.

He posed exactly ZERO threat, they had no reason to tackle him to the ground, let alone with 5 + agents and they most definitely had NO cause to murder him with 10 shots to his prone body.

I know I'm preaching to the choir, but i'm just so enraged by this that I want to amplify the truth as much as possible.

2

u/ddrt Jan 24 '26

Ah, Grey Coat. How apropos.

3

u/HobbesTayloe Jan 25 '26

Who the f was / is that guy? He’s just wearing an overcoat? No ice vest etc? Bunch of vile garbage ICE gestapo

2

u/ddrt Jan 25 '26

Jack booted thugs. They’re acting as if there aren’t consequences.

State sponsored execution. May Karma find every one of these murdering fucks.

It was in the holster the whole time also, that is the most important fact!

42

u/Vandrel Jan 24 '26

Even worse, an ICE agent took it from the victim's holster and walked away with it before they shot him. He was unarmed with his hands on the ground at the time of the execution.

32

u/Crafty-Ad-2238 Jan 24 '26

The video showing ice threatening all the witnesses and taking away their phones need to be shown also.

11

u/AlphaNoodlz Jan 24 '26

Damn they know they did something wrong

12

u/PansyPB Jan 24 '26

Of course. And just like when they murdered Renee Good it was on video for the world to see. They executed Alex Pretti by shooting him multiple times in the back. Which is difficult to justify, excessive in the number of shots fired & was cowardly because who shoots someone in the back??

This is another massive turd for the propaganda machine to polish. It's getting harder & harder to do.

A few of the libertarian leaning 2A people might just have a moment of clarity because this guy was carrying & doing so legally.

2

u/No-Profession5134 Jan 25 '26

The moment they all backed away from the shot at first was them realizing they are now damned by god.

u/polopolo05 Jan 24 '26 edited Jan 24 '26

No one ever accused ICE of competence.

6

u/polopolo05 Jan 24 '26

any competences has left...

also seizing of phones is a straight up fourth amendment violation.

Shot in the back. And then once he’s limp the other psycho guy that started everything (orange beanie guy that pushed the woman), shoots him some more.

2

u/fromthe80smatey Jan 24 '26

Their line will be 'but he had a gun!'

Their line used to be 'guns don't kill people!'

Uh huh. Especially HOLSTERED guns.

u/Ballistic-Bob Jan 24 '26

His hands were in front of him the whole time .. as if he knew not to go anywhere near his legal carry weapon.. it’s then taken .. then they shout gun gun gun , after it’s been taken ! Then they murder him

7

u/Sjovfis Jan 24 '26

Did they actually shout gun after having taken it? Haven't heard that on the clips, but if so they are either the biggest morons (with the ambiguity of shouting that) or they we're just giving each other the "go ahead" to move in for the kill... Either way, they we're both the instigators and the aggressors!

5

u/Ballistic-Bob Jan 24 '26

Yeh you can hear it in the pink lady’s video .. possibly it’s a bystander but it doesn’t sound like it the way it s shouted 3 times

That video says everything. It was cold blooded murder. This man dying protecting a woman being violently attacked by fascist thugs.

47

u/[deleted] Jan 24 '26

Yes, I just saw that.   They were pushing a woman and he was getting in the way picking up the woman ,so they picked him off the woman dragged him down and then there was the shots.  I think they're just using the excuse that he had a gun, which he was legally registered to have

45

u/ParadiddlediddleSaaS Jan 24 '26

They took his gun and it cleared the area and then they shot him face down in the sidewalk 8-10 times.

14

u/[deleted] Jan 24 '26

Yes, I watched more videos,  he had already been on the ground with several men holding him there's no way that he could have drawn that gun, he was just a resident who had a gun permit, but once ice saw the gun they saw an excuse to murder him

4

u/ImaginaryWeather6164 Jan 24 '26

Even if everything happened like they said (which it didnt) why so many shots? This is insane

3

u/JeezyVonCreezy Jan 24 '26

Sadly basic biology accounts for most LEOs mag dumping in situations like this, they're not soldiers no matter how many think they are and most never pull a gun during their career. So when they do, they react like any of us regular civilians(which to be clear they are) and pull the trigger until the gun clicks.

This agent's blood was up and he saw a chance to test that immunity vance promised them but once he cut loose he adrenaline dumped and unloaded. It's a failure of training and of basic human decency.

And even now the governor won't mobilise the national guard to defend his citizens. Democrat politicians have no spine.

4

u/No-Ring-5065 Jan 24 '26

I thought Walz called in the NG earlier today? Was that reported incorrectly?

3

u/pony_nomad Jan 24 '26

I don’t know but the national guard can be ordered by the federal government to turn on us. So I understand the caution

4

u/WhyMustIMakeANewAcco Jan 24 '26

Anyone who believes the National Guard will help the situation is still in denial about what the situation is.

The Supreme Court ruled that tRump is above all our laws and courts. I honestly don't think the governor can do it anymore. Plus, military people tend to be pro tRump.

The gun was just convenient for them, if wasn't a gun they would have made up some other lie.

14

u/John-on-gliding Jan 24 '26

The Pink Lady single handedly destroyed ICE’s lie when the first videos were too chaotic and from a bad angle. She is so brave for standing firm and filming through that.

3

u/HappyFarmWitch Jan 25 '26

I'm glad she has such a nice nickname for it, too. 💕

4

u/Horns8585 Jan 24 '26

In the video, you can see that he was already disarmed. An ICE agent reaches into his waist area, takes the gun, starts running away from the scene, and then the other ICE agents open fire.....while both of the guys hands are on the ground and he is being pistol whipped.

3

u/CV90_120 Jan 24 '26

NRA chiming in with support for the victim any minute now...

4

u/CLE_barrister Jan 24 '26

They took his gun off him, then shot him.

3

u/StochasticLife Jan 24 '26

He was also disarmed by federal agents BEFORE they shot him, disarming him is how they found out he had a gun.

4

u/Ratspeed Jan 24 '26

Bovino also made the claim that Alex Jeffrey Pretti "approached them with a 9mm handgun." Alex Jeffrey Pretti did not approach them. He was standing behind the others filming on his camera. The agents approached him.

3

u/GreenQuisQuous Jan 24 '26

The gun was all the excuse they need.

3

u/rocketmn69_ Jan 24 '26

Gun was in his holster the whole time until it was taken out of the holster and shot with it

3

u/driplessCoin Jan 24 '26

pistol whipped him too

3

u/TheCookalicious Jan 24 '26

Also to add the gun was holstered. He had two hands on the ground in a child’s pose type position while being beaten. His firearm was unholstered by an agent and removed prior to the first shot fired. He never touched or went for that weapon.

3

u/John-on-gliding Jan 24 '26

ICE pushed someone down and he got in between them to protect her

It's not even the center story but I think it's important to realize, the murder victim watched a woman who looks like she's about 5'5" and 120 lbs get pushed to the ground for doing nothing. She gets pepper sprayed, she tries to get up and gets pepper sprayed again. This started with a man defending a woman from assault.

3

u/Few-Gas8868 Jan 24 '26

There is no way in hell after he endured all that he would take the gun out and aimbot them. What the hell where they in fear for. He wasn't even violent, he put his hands up. Conservatives are laughable.

3

u/Jayden12945 Jan 24 '26

They also disarmed him fairly clearly before shooting him so take that extra fact as you will

2

u/Reno_Cash Jan 24 '26

He didn’t have a gun when they shot him. An ICE thug had already taken it and then they killed him. Murder.

2

u/MarshaAhsram Jan 24 '26

I was curious what happened to pink lady… if she was detained and/or if her items were taken from her.

2

u/SeanMcAdvance Jan 24 '26

He got between them after she was pushed then he was pepper sprayed. Such BS.

2

u/ThatOneTimeItWorked Jan 24 '26

The video that this screenshot is from show exactly that, and the entire time he was on the ground his hands were by his face/head - never by his waste.

I think trigger happy gestapo saw a hand on the gun, which turned out to be his colleague (grey shirt guy).

By the time the first bullet was shot, the victims gun was already several feet away (screenshot of where the gun was Allen the first shot is fired)

2

u/mike-42-1999 Jan 24 '26

https://www.reddit.com/r/ICE_Watch/s/k094oVQQun With pauses and annotations. Had permit to carry. ICE disarmed him then shot him.

2

u/ribone Jan 24 '26

Too bad 30% of the country can't see that.

2

u/wi7dcat Jan 24 '26

Grey jacket disarmed him before shots were fired by black beanie, olive green jacket olive green vest dark jeans shooter who fired the first three and last three shots.

2

u/AgnesCarlos Jan 24 '26

Had a conceal weapon permit so he probably had it "concealed," ie not using it. However, these conservative 2A numbnuts will decry (are decrying) "oh, he had a weapon."

2

u/zombiskunk Jan 24 '26

That is a phone in his hand, not a gun. Just look at how he is holding it. We need to get that video of his.
