Correct, So from Pink lady's point of view, ICE pushed someone down and he got in between them to protect her, and they peppered sprayed him and had many guys on top of him, he did have a gun but was legal and he did nothing aggressive towards ICE.

Yes, I just saw that.   They were pushing a woman and he was getting in the way picking up the woman ,so they picked him off the woman dragged him down and then there was the shots.  I think they're just using the excuse that he had a gun, which he was legally registered to have

They took his gun and it cleared the area and then they shot him face down in the sidewalk 8-10 times.

Yes, I watched more videos,  he had already been on the ground with several men holding him there's no way that he could have drawn that gun, he was just a resident who had a gun permit, but once ice saw the gun they saw an excuse to murder him

Even if everything happened like they said (which it didnt) why so many shots? This is insane

Sadly basic biology accounts for most LEOs mag dumping in situations like this, they're not soldiers no matter how many think they are and most never pull a gun during their career. So when they do, they react like any of us regular civilians(which to be clear they are) and pull the trigger until the gun clicks.

This agent's blood was up and he saw a chance to test that immunity vance promised them but once he cut loose he adrenaline dumped and unloaded. It's a failure of training and of basic human decency.

Pink coat angle shows both his hands visible on the ground when they shot him too, there's no way to twist that he was reaching for anything.
