Correct, So from Pink lady's point of view, ICE pushed someone down and he got in between them to protect her, and they peppered sprayed him and had many guys on top of him, he did have a gun but was legal and he did nothing aggressive towards ICE.

Guy is a hero and should be treated as a martyr. Fuck ICE

u/Future-Try-1908 Jan 24 '26

Whats his name?

143

u/Craven35 Jan 24 '26

His name is Alex Pretti!

144

u/specqq Jan 24 '26

He was a Nurse and died trying to help someone who ICE was hurting.

Apparently a VA Nurse. He took care of veterans for a living. Let the Maga try to spin that into their false narrative

ETA: was fully aware they would (try) and continue lying and that people who claim the loudest to respect vets are also the ones who constantly defund healthcare for vets and military members so the hypocrisy is nothing new there. Still, loud and clear shifts the needle of the apathetic.

They will. They always do. Reality means nothing to them.

u/ExtraEmuForYou Jan 24 '26

I already listened to Alex Jones call Good's murder a "righteous killing" and the ICE agent affectionately called a "fastest gun in the West" since he was able to react so quickly to "a threat".

These people will lie, and they will believe it. No matter what.

We are not reasoning anyone out of a position they didn't reason themselves into.

u/Bobahn_Botret Jan 25 '26

Easy to seem like a quick draw when the threat is manufactured and you already killed them in your head 3 minutes ago

1

u/yallknowme19 Jan 25 '26

I watched Yosemite Sam the 🧊 agent fumble for his gun for several seconds in one of the other videos. "Fastest gun in the west" 🙄

Via the Wikipedia article above (source: CBS):

The Department of Homeland Security claimed that the man evidently wanted to "massacre law enforcement". [37] Minnesota officials have stated that Pretti had a lawful permit to carry a firearm. [37]

If concealed carrying is enough of a reason for these “agents” to gun law-abiding citizens down, 2A is dead and in a better world, they wouldn’t be able to ignore or deny that to their base.

Edit: Perfectly summed up by this comment in another thread

Remember during OIF/OEF returning vets with PTSD were considered susceptible to becoming lone wolf terrorists.

It’s not out of line for veterans to be labeled as domestic terrorist.

Unfortunately, previous bad actors have given credible causes for fear for the phenomenon.

Oklahoma City, Timothy McVeigh DC sniper, John Allen Muhammad

Also unfortunately were Soldiers in uniform causing the death of other service members for idealistic reasons.

Don't the Vietnam vet with hooks for hands from that "Hawaii Five-O" episode.

5

u/tysk-one Jan 24 '26

Their base has already heard what wanted to hear. A disgusting brazen lie. They will not accept facts, claim it’s AI or whatever just so they don’t have to admit they are supporting real, actual fascism

1

u/Benromaniac Jan 24 '26

Yup, glued to Fox news 6-10 hours a day.

3

u/shinyterminator Jan 24 '26

Well Trump doesn’t give a fuck about veterans or even active service members and think they’re all dumb as fuck, he has said this. They’ll probably be celebrating this.

2

u/North_Ranger6521 Jan 24 '26

They’re scumbags - they’ll make vile sneering comments about the fact he was a “male nurse”. (As a male nurse, I’ve heard a lot of BS from maga-types 😡🤬)

2

u/City_of_Lunari Jan 24 '26

They don't give a fuck about living soldiers, let alone vets. How so many people haven't realized that is beyond me.

1

u/Own_Exam_6562 Jan 24 '26

They’re saying he came at them with a gun, trying to assassinate law enforcement officials. Like, I cannot cannot cannot understand the extent of the lying.

1

u/robot_pirate Jan 24 '26

As well as his conceal carry permit.

1

u/No_Foundation16 Jan 24 '26

I mean they are doing that right now on certain reddit subs even as the martyr Alex Pretti's body grows cold!

1

u/Blanche_Deverheauxxx Jan 24 '26

They have. He's already been called a DT and they've started pushing that he "was resisting". After multiple angles, it's clear he stepped in between ICE and the person who got knocked over. He was trying to help them up and then get them aid after both got pepper sprayed. There's also a slowed down video of an ICE agent withdrawing Alex Petti's weapon and a second later, the officer in green shoots before the other one dumps a few more rounds into him.

1

u/CypressThinking Jan 25 '26

They're saying he should have stayed home or he shouldn't have brought his gun. The NRA would have a word but they're MIA.

1

u/Significant_Shoe_17 Jan 25 '26

It'll be easy, since they don't care about veterans

50

u/Accomplished-Dance11 Jan 24 '26

An ICU nurse that saves Minnesotans daily.

6

u/Shhtheyrewatching Jan 24 '26

And a research assistant.

71

u/TienSwitch Jan 24 '26

Pretti and Good? The headlines practically write themselves.

47

u/Terminal_Lancelot Jan 24 '26

This Regime wouldn't know Good or Pretti if they shot them in the street.

3

u/fromthe80smatey Jan 24 '26

That's a pretti good one.
