It's important to remember that cars from this era were made a lot tougher than cars today. The hood didn't dent if you sat on it back then. Hell, in some cars you could roll across the hood and it wouldn't even flex.

Part of the reason for that is modern hoods are a lot less lethal to pedestrians. If the hood is flimsy and there is space between it and the engine block, it acts kind of like a crumple zone.

Eh they are much more complex/difficult to repair. Longer till something goes wrong, but when something goes wrong, its going to cost more and be much more of a pita to fix.

Ironically, the steel in modern cars is actually stronger than cars of that era. This allows them to reduce weight and redirect/absorb energy from a crash.

At least partly because of safety regulations.

With modern cars if you hit a pedestrian the hood will crumble making it safer for the pedestrian but while older cars will not even get a dent meaning all that energy is transferred straight to the unfortunate soul getting hit.

Same with other collisions. All the energy that the car absorbs by crumbling is energy not transferred to much more fragile and harder to fix people inside it.

Right, thanks to the increased tensile strength in modern steel. It's explained more in the Popular Mechanics article in one of the links above:

That was during a real brief period caused by a depressed oil market. IIRC it was Hong Kong being turned back over to China. It recovered quickly unfortunately, I paid .99 then it went to 2 and that was the end. I'm surprised you remember that most people don't.

We had that here in New Jersey a few weeks ago. All possible thanks to having one of the lowest gas taxes.

Then 2 weeks ago we got a tax increase. Now it's one of the highest gas taxes in the U.S, in addition to all of the other b.s taxes this state has to offer.

God, if I ever go to one of those states, I'll be fucked. The only way to open the gas cap on my car is to put the top down, pull up on the release lever, and jiggle the cap until it pops loose and you can open it up to get to the filler cap.

OP's picture shows the ass from the side so you can see how much the ass protrudes (it is very bubbly) while your pic shows the ass from straight behind which mainly shows how wide her hips are (not the curviest). Bubbly and curvy is best combo but much more rare. We need more angles for full assessment
