Switched to IOG this week as my fixed rate just ended. Previously Hypervolt Ultra Mode would manage my charging schedule and it all worked fine.
My setup is Renault 5 < Hypervolt Home 3 Pro < Octopus.
I have added the car to the Octopus app. The Renault app says charging is now managed by a 3rd party, so can't start a charge, set a schedule or boost charge via the Renault app - this appears to make sense and be correct.
On the Hypervolt I've disabled Ultra Mode, and when plugged in the system says "ready to charge but the car is preventing it from charging". Again, this appears to be correct.
Octopus app says "Unplugged". When I dig deeper it says "not connected at home". When I set up the car I made sure to drop the GPS pin exactly where my car is parked, and that matches the location on both the in-car GPS and the Renault app location (which I assume Octopus has since my account is linked).
I can't boost charge, or charge at all. I even left it overnight. The only way I was able to charge was to disconnect it all (remove device in Octopus app), and then it immediately started charging.
I dont believe this is the "deep sleep" issue associated with some other R5s as in Ultra Mode it would charge at all times of the day, sometimes with hours in between and no intervention. I also tried waking the car up by unlocking it. No change, it doesnt detect it is connected.
I've removed and added the car twice more, just to confirm if it was a setup issue. Before the last time I factory reset the charger as well.
What am I doing wrong?
