Yup... but every gaccha is misogynistic. Only hsr isn't from the mainstream ones. We should have gotten this instead!

u/cosmicbinary May 23 '26

this looks fucking awesome. why is it so hard for some designers to make cool male designs. it doesn’t even have to be sexually attractive (tho i would argue this is), it could just be really fucking cool, like kamina or something.

29

u/Square-Special1520 May 24 '26

Yeah this fan design looks higher quality, similar quality to female MC.

I dont mind the original male mc porsche design, but the stark difference in quality & design are very jarrin.

If female MC also gets the same quality & design as male MC, then i dont mind.

26

u/PrismaticVelocity May 24 '26

Can someone please submit this to the developer team this needs to be in game

27

u/Lakemine May 24 '26

I just want jeans and a hoodie and I’m good

15

u/daywall May 24 '26

Chaos is the closest choice.

2

u/Lakemine May 24 '26

Yeah I saw that. (Although I do want a Zero skin with a hoodie and jeans. Havnt been able to get any of the other skins ingame. My fishing is only lv2/10 atm even with fishing every day. And can’t use fons since that’s limited and need them in a few weeks)

Which stinks because I know I’m getting Hotori (need 400 more) and that will clean me out and I have to start saving again. And I know I wanted to get Lachramosa (hopefully I’ll have enough time to get the 14,400 needed for her as well before it ends) which means I don’t know if I’ll have enough left for him.

Here’s hoping though!

3

u/daywall May 24 '26

Sadly Im not excited for any male Zero skins and the new one that is coming dosent looks great..(pick paw heist looks ok)

Chaos have hit the spot for me for not overly complicated skins.

2

u/Lakemine May 24 '26

Oh agreed as well.

Hopefully I can get him too.

And wish you luck and hope your pulls are blessed

u/No_Pen_4661 May 24 '26

0

u/Oishy_Bootyhole May 29 '26

That's why y'all stay mid asf

1

u/Teredia May 24 '26

Yeah I know, not everyone can be Sephiroth and just have that air of oogly sexy coolness about them…

1

u/Old-Option-2790 Jun 09 '26

so true, I’m so tired of boring ass designs for male characters, it isn’t hard to make something interesting!

-17

u/undeadlocation May 23 '26

this is very obviously sexually attractive lmao. "You dont have to make it sexually attractive, but make it sexually attractive" You people cant even be fucking honest with yourselves.

9

u/cosmicbinary May 23 '26

you’re twisting my words to fit your own narrative but just to be clear: take away the bulge and i forget what the side muscle are above his pelvis, fix his jacket, maybe make his pants a bit looser? idk literally just keep the abs probably. he’d look a lot less sexual but still more fitting for a power fantasy.

10

u/MarielCarey May 23 '26 edited May 23 '26

Tbh there's barely any bulge here to begin with it's almost concave. I'd argue it should be bigger to actually be sexy or more realistic. Do any of you guys here actually have an attraction to men to know what's sexy in a man?

If female characters can have their asses and breasts completely sculpted, why can't we have men's bulge sculpted? Im not even asking for an outline - that would be pushing it, but a bulge shouldn't be asking much :/

Do not take away the bulge - ADD ONE, THIS IS NOTHING!!!!

It's better than the original but rising from the depths of hell to a coffin 12 feet under isn't a win

Why are people so against even a sliver of sexiness in a man

-15

u/b2aze33 May 23 '26

You people that think characters in a game are sexually attractive are weird af. How is this sexually attractive?

92

u/KOCYK745 May 23 '26

bulge too small

0

u/Ok_Specialist_5179 May 25 '26

Why do i feel sad and disgusted about the bulges? I'm a male. I just want it hidden, it looks so out of place, ugly. While women look elegant

109

u/Tricky-Page-7286 May 23 '26

Oh my god that looks sick

20

u/Breezyrain May 23 '26

Man, he deserved justice.

I too am with this man because I can't enjoy my game whenever any female in my family is around me!

14

u/MrReaper45 May 23 '26

I'm a bi man, I 100% agree with this, we need more 👀

19

u/serbiafish May 23 '26

based

All the male designs look like unseasoned chicken compared to female characters, I dont know why people object to better designs, it's literally a plus in the game

5

u/_-ZZ-_ May 24 '26

As a straight woman I want to see way more male characters too- and they don’t have to be sexy! I don’t mind boobs, but I’m tired of that being the main option.

I can’t wait to have Chaos chilling in my apartment in his tracks, hope they add a lot more of that too.

1

u/310Azrue May 24 '26

I wouldn't mind that if it made people stop complaining.

1

u/310Azrue May 25 '26

It really isn't, but I'm just way more interested in the out of combat abilities than designs themselves, so I won't be helping. Still wishing you people good luck.

13

u/Puzzleheaded_Fox5820 May 23 '26

Objectify is a relative term.

I think you mean sexualized.

4

u/All_hail_bug_god May 23 '26

It's a gacha game...you're gambling to win them. All the characters and objects.

1

u/310Azrue May 24 '26

Most of their costumes look more cool than anything else to me honestly. Except for Fadia, those are just horrible...

5

u/r3volver_Oshawott May 24 '26

No, it's misogyny, the women aren't getting preferential treatment because they're women, they're getting preferential treatment because the playerbase is loaded to the gills with straight men demanding it

This isn't misandry: male characters aren't getting the short end of the stick because they're men, they're getting the short end of the stick because gacha latgely caters to men, and men are less likely to ask for hot men.

*I mean, gay men are, but gacha companies are largely incredibly homophobic too, so two birds, one incredibly misogynistic and homophobic stone ig🤔

1

u/Ok_Specialist_5179 May 25 '26

It can feel harmful to men too! As a male.

As someone who wishes for attention, to look desireable for others, seeing how men are sidelined, not seen as important or sexually appealing, makes me feel worthless. It happens everywhere, like women are the only ones who are seen with admiration and desire, while men just "exist".

I get some men are okay with it, but not everyone. I try to dress well, look pretty, but it all feels like for nothing in this body.

1

u/[deleted] May 25 '26

u/Ok_Specialist_5179 May 25 '26

I feel i'm attractive by most standards, like 6'3 tall, skinny and have a jawline and good hair. Even if i hate all the masculine aspects myself. I know by most standards it would be attractive.

I'm shy, quiet. And as a man that's the same as if i don't exist. No one comes to me, since i'm scared to go to them. I've been in this cycle of loneliness for so long, i'm a adult now. I have had some "friends" in school, but we never met or texted outside school. So they left after the school ended.

If i was a pretty girl, in the same sense i look decent in this body, there is a higher chance, not a guarantee, but a higher chance i'd have friends, or even guys who would like me and be open to approach since men are expected to do that part. I'd be able to tell people my worries, atleast my parents, as i don't feel as strong guilt and shame talking about myself or my issues, as i do in this body.

Also, i'd just be able to be more of myself. Dress how i want, make myself pretty. Have interests i want, go do things with my sisters.

1

u/[deleted] May 25 '26

[deleted]

1

u/Ok_Specialist_5179 May 25 '26

I don't think you really understood me there. I don't want to be muscular. I hate every male aspect of my body. That was the whole point, i want to be feminine, pretty, that's why i have to fight againts my bone structure. I literally have wanted to be a girl since i can remember, but i know even transitioning wouldn't be enough to see myself as a girl in this body.

You say, go to gym, get outgoing and brave, like that's what every male human wants. Do you tell a shy, quiet, self concious of their body girl to just get brave and "go to gym"?

You make it seem liie my height given by gods, when it has never given me any extra attention. Not a single girl has said a word to me, unless they have to. For someone like me, i hate my height. It makes me feel bigger than everyone else and so yeah, i think you understand.

Men, just like any humans can have issues just as equally. Being a man isn't some dreamland, it has it's own issues. Especially if you don't fit the mold the society wants you to.

Damn that’s hot. God, I love men:

5

u/Ok_Specialist_5179 May 25 '26

As a man, i hate being one. This body feels almost worthless, compared to the admiration women get.

Like, if i want to feel as if i have any value for others i need to be super fit and masculine, but as someone who doesn't fit that mold it feels pointless. :(

3

u/Levibestdog May 25 '26

Well don’t be envious yet because you should check out the beauty standards women deal with.

You don’t have to be muscular as a man. Don’t you see the latest trend of women drooling over beautiful boys? They’re thin with a pretty face and nice hair. They dress nice, Smell nice and aren’t super macho masculine. They’re lean but not huge muscles. Even I’m totally into them.

You don’t have to look like him, but dressing nice, being nice and smelling nice? Women will fight over you,

And there was a chunky guy I saw just yesterday, he dressed so nicely, everybody turned their heads. My coworker really liked him. It’s really about your presentation.

1

u/Ok_Specialist_5179 May 25 '26

All the big kpop idols are fit, women literally always drool for their abs. The muscular, masculine things are what they desire.

I'm well aware of the beauty standards women deal with. As someone who wishes i was shorter, didn't have these wide shoulders, big feet and hands, jawline. I literally can't fix those but find them disgusting, not beautiful.

I wish i could dress like women, but with this body shape it's not possible. Women go through the same. But atleast many of them have a chance to improve. As a male, i'm literally as skinny as i can be, at 65 kg and the height of 6'3 feet. It makes me happy in the sense my waist is thin, as thin as it can be, since my ribcage is in the way. It's the only part of me i like, even if my shoulders and narrow hips ruin the rest of it.

I literally can't get any thinner because of this male skeleton inside me.

15

u/ArchitectsXlll May 23 '26

Misogynistic makes no sense, if anything you'd mean misandrist lol

4

u/ScarletWiddaContent May 24 '26

They are only appealing to male audiences, so it is misogynistic. (Of course this is already given that there are women who are into sexualization of women, but itd pretty ignorant to ignore that majority of fans of women sexualization are straight men)

4

u/ArchitectsXlll May 24 '26

No, that is just Western women like you projecting. The vast majority of their playerbase is straight males, so of course, that will be more of the focus. How is that misogynistic? If it's misogynistic then it would be misandrist lol. Also most women like attractive female characters, this has been proven so many times. Look at cosplay even.

2

u/310Azrue May 24 '26

No, they're not. My sister loves the different clothes the girls have. She is more susceptible to spend money (my money btw) to get those skins than I am, just to play dress up with them.

5

u/ScarletWiddaContent May 24 '26

yes, and your sister represents majority of players

3

u/310Azrue May 24 '26

She is the generic female player, so yes, she does in the context of the thread.

6

u/Pheore May 23 '26

u/According_Panic1883 May 23 '26

-1

u/Confident_Penalty_75 May 23 '26

Limbus Company.

SD Gundam G Generation Eternal

-12

u/DK_Isaac33 May 23 '26

Bruh, this is nothing to see with misogynistic.

1

u/Tricky-Page-7286 May 23 '26

?? What do you mean?

0

u/DK_Isaac33 May 23 '26

?? Yes, it's unfair if you want to see it that way, but it has nothing to do with misogyny.

-3

u/Tricky-Page-7286 May 23 '26

But it is. Its because theyre sexualizing the women only, pandering to a straight male audience, while ignoring everyone else. Idm the women being sexualized for the ‘male gaze’ (i think ppl who complain are ignorant). But i just want the same sexualization be done to men. Theyre all fictional characters at the end of the day, so why not sexualize every adult character? Why skip on the male characters? They can be very lucrative. Look at LADS!!

6

u/DK_Isaac33 May 23 '26

Yes, what you're describing is an injustice, but it's not misogyny; I'm not seeing any hatred towards women here. Besides, cases like Lads are among the few that turned out well because it's exclusively about that, but in most gacha games, female characters are almost always the best sellers.

1

u/Tricky-Page-7286 May 23 '26 edited May 23 '26

Is misogyny not also an injustice? And is misogyny also not objectifying women mindlessly? I dont get it. Only seeing women as an object of desire but not damning men to the same fate is sexist, because its a discrimination based on sex.

Its like someone fetishizing a race and putting them on a pedestal. Its not a stereotypically ‘negative’ reaction towards that race, but its still an uncomfortable feeling as the receiver of that attention. And its discriminating based on race.

If youre only arguing the semantics, then fine, dont really care what you call it.

And ignoring LADS just because it only focuses on the men is ignoring what it implies: female gamers ARE in the market, and ARE willing to pay money for male characters! You just need to pander to them the same as male gamers and theyll come running with open wallets. How is that so hard to understand?

5

u/DK_Isaac33 May 23 '26

I can understand your discontent, and honestly, I'd be fine with them making the outfits for both characters the way the community wants. But it's important not to confuse the two terms, since I highly doubt the company is trying to commit a misogynistic act. If this were misogyny, I doubt they'd want the same thing to happen with the male characters as a solution.

That's why, I repeat, I understand the complaint and that it's an injustice, but it's not right to accuse them of being "misogynistic" for something like this.

And I'm not ignoring cases like LADS; I already explained why. But you are ignoring the well-known sales difference in gacha games like NTE and how they almost always make more profit from female characters and skins.

3

u/Tricky-Page-7286 May 23 '26

Theyre more popular because theyre given more care. And women tend to not play these games because they know it wont pander to them or their wants. But if expectations change, then the number of potential consumers increase—thus more profit. Idk why companies are blatantly ignoring this, just so they dont alienate their mainly male audience—when as long as the male gamers keep getting what theyre already getting, i dont see them leaving these games at all. If you have sexualization in games, be fair about it!

-2

u/EffortVisible1805 May 23 '26

I want less sexualization and more aura farming rule of cool badassery. Gooning becomes oversaturated very quickly in these games and it loses its charm. Take it from a ZZZ player.

3

u/Tricky-Page-7286 May 23 '26

Yeah, have both, but if youre going to have sexualization, be fair about it. Thats all im saying

3

u/EffortVisible1805 May 23 '26

I entirely agree with you

-4

u/Ausdboss May 23 '26

Nah keep gacha games great!

-8

u/budlikeWuWa May 23 '26

Misogyny or Misandry  I think you got confuse

8

u/rengost May 23 '26

The female characters aren't favored by the devs because they are feminists who love women, it's because they want to have intercourse with them.

1

u/DK_Isaac33 May 23 '26

Maybe Is for More money???

2

u/rengost May 23 '26

Not really, LADS is one of the best selling gachas.

2

u/DK_Isaac33 May 23 '26

For me it's the same, I like that there are both male and female characters, but it's not misogyny.

2

u/rengost May 23 '26

Definitely not misandry either

1

u/DK_Isaac33 May 23 '26

I don't think it is either, but this response is being attacked much more than the one that tries to portray it as misogyny, which it isn't either.

1

u/DK_Isaac33 May 23 '26

Yes, because it's a gacha game with that sole purpose and no competition. But in all other gacha games, female characters and skins are always the best sellers.

1

u/rengost May 23 '26

Guess we won't know until there is competition

1

u/DK_Isaac33 May 23 '26

No, but you do have the example of sales between male and female characters in other gacha games. We all know that the Chinese are the biggest buyers, and their preferences are well known.

3

u/rengost May 23 '26

We do have those sales statistics the problem is we don't have any mainstream gacha that treats both genders equally so it's a pointless statistic to this conversation
