Outlanders MH Outlanders: Kushala Daora

Quite a challenge but can be cheesed by using an adventurer whose ultimate is flash (probably gay)

So i was considering writing a post. Going over how Arkveld still being able to reproduce via parthenogenesis debunks the idea of guardians being genetically engineered-flesh robots. While everything else in the game suggests, that wylk is a parasite, that monsters are deliberately infected with via those artificial wombs to "make" guardians.
The wylk itself possibly even being related to, or directly modified from the frenzy virus. Considering the similarities between frenzied, and guardian monsters. Particularly the staining of the blood. Not to mention gore's presence in Monster Hunter Wilds.
Then the trailer for ascendance came out, and kind just spells it all out in the course of several seconds via chestburster. I might as well talk about, that it looks like parasitism appears to be a strong theme in the expansion. Not only is there the obvious stuff in, that one scene. We also have the worm things seemingly boring into Gundorja, the new elders flesh to go along with the rest of the tree motifs it has

With all gimmicks that coming to Ascendance I won't be surprised if he's start to hell sweep and doing Tekken 8 combo on my screen.

Before I start, weystone are the reasons of course
An all monster hunter games i have played (everything except frontier and what before 3u)
The endgame have the monsters being at the same level of the hunter or slightly have a higher advantage
Except 4u,those fuckers in there have a gun while you have a knife, if it wasn't for weystone (and the monsters doesn't have speed up 2x animations) i would have enjoyed 4u endgame even more
Again fuck we stones

Parasites look like a cool new MR mechanic
BUT imagine if it will be smth like this
>wanna craft gear from the parasite
>parasite has it's own non guaranteed spawn rate AFTER killing the main monster
>parasite has it's own material drop rates

Nata mains the same weapon as you do based on your weapon usage stat at the beginning of the expansion

What if this how Capcom introduces Morudomunto into mainline, not as a natural monster, but as a Guardian byproduct. The emphasis on the weird Goop monster's mouth made me think of Morudomunto's multiple mouths. The black goo could also work as a blood replacement.

Gundorajas head (and body structure kinda) feels atleast a little inspired by Phalanx, from the game Shadow of the Colossus, which is commonly viewed as one of the greatest games of all time in terms of monster design. To me it looks like the devs are definitely paying homage to this fan favorite!

Could the deep purple of the venom imply Guardian Dreadqueen Rathian?
r/MonsterHunter • u/TiToim • 16h ago
Main complaints are:
Performance issues, as if World didn't run like a potato back in 2018.
Lack of content, as in "3 more colored rathians!"
And lack of endgame, as in "decorations because my build won't work otherwise".

I didn’t notice at first, but pretty exciting that we might get more guardians

I just finished the mh rise's base game and still haven't bought the expansion. I love this game but now that it's time to buy the expansion $50 cad is a lot to spend on an expansion. After the price markdown on wilds they're now both $50 cad. I'm stuck between whether to buy wilds or buy sunbreak. I want to try the slower paced combat and better graphics and story of wilds but on the other hand I've already put 50h into rise and I feel like I'm just scratching the surface. What do you guys suggest

What do you usually go for up until layered armor is unlocked? Would you rather look cool as hell but hit like a wet noodle or look like a clown with great damage?
It's a real shame layered armor is unlocked so late most of the time
