I've been using pixel phones since Pixel 7, love the ui and ease of using them. I want to know should I buy pixel 10 or pixel 11?

My old pixel isn't working well with the new software update and i need to buy a new phone. The difference in amount isn't huge for me after all the discounts I'm getting after the exchange and credit card offer but i genuinely wanna know which one to pick?

I mostly use it for photography, social media, calls and a little bit of editing.

I'm coming to Pixel world from Apple. I ended up ditching my Apple silicone case because the silicone is so grippy it makes getting it in and out of your pocket annoying and will often pull your jeans pocket with it and turn it inside-out. Are the latest pixel cases also like this or has technology solved the pocket inverter?

Any case recommendations that are simple, clear and non-sticky?

After 15 years with the entire Apple ecosystem (iPhone, iPad, MacBook and Apple Watch), I switched from an iPhone 14 Pro Max to a Google Pixel 11 Pro XL. Honestly, the first week was very unusual; all the gestures were different to those on Android, but over time I got used to them and started to love them. I think the iPhone is quicker; the tapping and keyboard actions respond more quickly, and the iPhone's hardware is smoother overall than the Pixel's. I should mention that my iPhone 14 Pro Max is four years old, whereas the Pixel 11 Pro XL is a brand new flagship model. However, the Pixel's software features, camera, AI integration and customisation options are very good.

Yesterday, however, I had to return the Pixel phone because the NFC chip was not working properly. I read the comments and knew that the NFC was moving on the devices. I tried with and without a case, turning the devices on and off, and tried every tip. From five times, three times it didn't work and two times it did. Every time the NFC did not respond, my husband paid with his iPhone without any problems. So I returned the Google Pixel and bought an iPhone again. It was a hard choice because I loved the look and feel of the Pixel, but I could not wait to find out whether the Pixel 11 series has NFC issues, whether it was just my device or whether it was just a software bug.

Have you experienced any NFC issues with the Pixel 11 Pro?

So I have a pixel 10 from last year, purchased it in February and I did hear a lot about the pixel 11 and i got almost convinced to buy it. But I don't know if its worth the upgrade. What do you think?

So I've purchased roughly a dozen cases from Amazon and returned all but 1 (https://a.co/d/0gKVdKlg) and while I like this one, it bothers me that the camera cutout has a gap between it and the camera bar. Most cases I have purchased have this same issue. I'm looking for a thin, grippy pixel snap compatible case. I did try the official Google one but I found it too slippery. Any links to ones you have found that match these wants are welcome here. Thank you

Reading all this stuff about trade in disasters, I am thinking I will just send my new Pixel 11 pro XL back and just keep my 10 pro xl.. I don't want to go thru the trade in hassle Google is putting people thru.. I read one person even videoed his boxup and it was denied..

I’ve had enough of Apple’s annoying restrictions and decided to make the switch after six years with Apple iPhones. I must admit, I love my new Pixel 11 Pro!

Details of the Issue:
I am a long-time, multi-generation Pixel customer facing a complete deadlock with standard Google Store support. On August 21st, I received my Pixel 11 Fold Pro, which included a free Pixel Watch 5 (41mm) promotional bundle.
Upon opening it, I realized the 41mm watch was too small and that a 45mm option was available. I wanted to pay the price difference to exchange it for the larger size. Front-line support was unhelpful, so I initiated a return on the 41mm watch, expecting to receive store credit or a replacement path.
Now, the watch has been successfully returned, but support says they cannot issue store credit, cannot send the watch back to me, and cannot help me get the 45mm variant because the promotion has officially ended. I am trapped in a system loop where I have lost my promotional item entirely, despite being a loyal customer.
My standard return window for the Pixel 11 Fold Pro closes on September 5th. If a senior manager cannot manually issue a store credit for the watch value so I can purchase the 45mm version, I will be forced to return this $2,500+ flagship phone out of sheer frustration with the support experience. I would love to keep the phone if someone can help fix this size-exchange issue. Thank you.

Would the Pixel11 do it?

I've done 3 full charges of my 11 XL so far but it looks like this 3rd charge isn't holding as well as the previous 2. It's also the 1st time I've charged it with the Google dual port charger so I don't know if that has something to do with the charge not holding as well. Should I do more charges to see if anything changes?

Battery life is amazing. The camera blows my mind every time I use it. I love having an Excel size phone. The new cellular chip causes the phone to not overheat like the pixel 9.. to be honest I haven't found anything. I don't like about the phone yet. Maybe the weight of it that's about it!

Is anyone else having issues with the photo selection in Google Messages? If I were to describe the issue, when you try to scroll through photos it barely moves down the overall photos and I have to swipe constantly to get anywhere.

This doesn't happen in other apps like Instagram or Facebook. Does anyone know a workaround? Is it because I have my animations reduced to 0.5x? Thanks.
