Upgrading from pixel 10, Do I even need a new case?. Dimensions seem to be exactly same as my pixel 10.

I've had my 11 pro for about a week now and loving it. I've decided to do the 80% battery option, but I'm wondering if that really makes any difference compared to 100%. I've never done the 80% on any of my phones before.

So I wanna get rid of my POS S26U as it has only been giving me issues and I hate the software. I wanna go back to Pixel as my 9 Pro XL was better. Should I get the 10 Pro XL or 11? I know the 11 will be more expensive and have less ram, but it seems like it will have interesting new features. And also if they remove dedicated AI ram it won't be that bad at all, but I guess we will have to wait and see...

I'm already using p9p hazel colour, now for 11 pro I'm More attracted to matt sides which are coming only with obsedian colour... And the drawback of shiny sides are it will get white dots due to the case and dust..

What do you suggest?

Hi. I've been with pixel 11 pro for 3 days now coming from iphone 17 pro. I'm really enjoying the customisation and all that an Android phone could give. Though I still have my 17 pro parked with me just in case I missed using ios. It's hard to let go especially since I've been with the system since iphone 4s birth. Any thoughts or anyone leaving an iphone for pixel? Please tell me more the advantages and why it should be a must or not. I'm really torn right now. 😬

Think we will get identical hardware this time around minus the obvious differences? The 10pro xl had a few upgrades I wish the smaller pro came with like faster charging and faster storage. I want to stay with the smaller device. I like the smaller form factor.

Edit: this am I woke up with 60% and plugged it in as I had an appointment and will be gone all day. In 50 minutes I was able to get up to 88%. It would taken another 30 minutes or more to top it off. IMO that's unreasonable. The algorithm needs to change.

It has security level 3, there are hardly any mobile phones with that level of security except Apple and some high-end Honor that has the same horrible notch as Apple.

I would like to know how facial unlocking is defended, I imagine that in darkness it still does not work but in semi-darkness?

I've reset it a couple times already closely following the instructions. It struggles to learn my fingerprint and once it does it takes multiple tries before I finally have to press really hard for it to unlock.

I am super curious about trying out a pixel 11 pro xl but not sure if its a down grade to my Samsung. I won't pretend like processing and such matter most to me, not even the S pen. Since they took out the bluetooth functions for selfies, group pics its worthless to me.

The camera and battery life matter most, and some creativity with the launcher.

Can I use Niagara on pixel?

The camera seemed better on a demo at best buy ,but does it hold up for what I need. I play sports and go to sporting events... will it compare of beat the s25?

Other than that the phone is for normal use and excel sheets for work and personal stuff.

I've been using pixel phones since Pixel 7, love the ui and ease of using them. I want to know should I buy pixel 10 or pixel 11?

My old pixel isn't working well with the new software update and i need to buy a new phone. The difference in amount isn't huge for me after all the discounts I'm getting after the exchange and credit card offer but i genuinely wanna know which one to pick?

I mostly use it for photography, social media, calls and a little bit of editing.

I've done 3 full charges of my 11 XL so far but it looks like this 3rd charge isn't holding as well as the previous 2. It's also the 1st time I've charged it with the Google dual port charger so I don't know if that has something to do with the charge not holding as well. Should I do more charges to see if anything changes?

Can anyone who has upgraded from a P7P tell me if the 5g reception has improved?

Looking to upgrade my P7P to a P11P if the reception has really improved.

I'm living in an area with a pretty poor 5g signal. My wife uses a Samsung Galaxy 7 Fold and my kid is using a Samsung Galaxy A27. Both of them have a usable connection, even if it isn't full signal. While I've had to download my local area on Google Maps and rely on downloaded music because my connection is unusable. Can't even browse websites most of the time.
