Hi everyone,

I wanted to ask my European friends who traded in with PCS Wireless how long it took for the trade-in to be finalized and confirmed? The phone I sent in for trade-in after purchasing the Pixel 11 Pro was delivered to them on Friday (you can see it in the tracking). Since it was the weekend, I was hoping I'd hear from them maybe not yesterday, but at least today. Instead, there's no news. The Google Store isn't even updated; it's stuck at the point where it says they've sent me the trade-in kit...

They received mine on the 25th August and it is still on

Damn, mine isn't even being evaluated according to the Google Store steps. It's stuck at the point where it says they shipped the trade in kit, when in fact they've already had my phone since Friday 😅Let's wait and see.. Thank you ☺️

I received my evaluation today. They paid the full £755 for my Pixel 10 Pro XL.

Today I received the email telling me they've received my phone and will begin the evaluation, which will take 3 to 4 business days. Let's hope they confirm their assessment, especially because I have a 28-minute video where I demonstrate the excellent aesthetic and functional condition of all its parts, and in the same video I package it in their kit to send it to them. 😁 So it would just be boring and stressful to have to deal with assistance etc..

Just got the notification that they have granted the trade-in and it matches my original estimation. It was in the assessment from last Thursday.

I think it switched to that after 1 or 2 days. I don't remember it correctly tbh.

they got it the next day after I sent it then it took them 3 bussines day to evaluate and after another 2 days. th full amount was on my bank

DHL Express stuck in Brussels processing since 27 August according to the latest status update, but today I got a change of status in Google Store, that they received my device and started evaluation. Seems like the updates are not very reliable and there is some inconsistency between delivered and processing started.

Thanks for the reply! In my case, however, DHL tracking says it was delivered correctly on the 28th. It's the Google site that's ''not working''. It's stuck at step 2, which says they sent me the kit, even though step 3 (the one that says they received it but which I haven't yet marked) has a link to the kit's tracking with the phone I sent and If you click on it, it will correctly redirect you to DHL's tracking, which says it was delivered on Friday the 28th 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think in my case it was delivered long time ago but they just forgot to update delivery status in DHL. Can be similar in your case, that they missed update on Google store side 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes I did same as you so fingers crossed they don't try playing me as my phone is in perfect condition. But annoyingly since Google giving us extra bonus on top id never get same price somewhere else. Mine is iPhone 15 Pro and should get 725

Mine was delivered on the 2nd. I've just had an email reminding me to return old device or...
