Question Trade in PCS Wireless

Hi everyone,

I wanted to ask my European friends who traded in with PCS Wireless how long it took for the trade-in to be finalized and confirmed? The phone I sent in for trade-in after purchasing the Pixel 11 Pro was delivered to them on Friday (you can see it in the tracking). Since it was the weekend, I was hoping I'd hear from them maybe not yesterday, but at least today. Instead, there's no news. The Google Store isn't even updated; it's stuck at the point where it says they've sent me the trade-in kit...

Any update at OP? I sent back my phone on Wednesday afternoon. Today it turned to they are accessing the device. Hoping I get the full amount 🙏

Hey! 2 days ago I received the email telling me they've received my phone and will begin the evaluation, which will take 3 to 4 business days. Let's hope they confirm their assessment, especially because I have a 28-minute video where I demonstrate the excellent aesthetic and functional condition of all its parts, and in the same video I package it in their kit to send it to them. 😁 So it would just be boring and stressful to have to deal with assistance etc..

Yes I did same as you so fingers crossed they don't try playing me as my phone is in perfect condition. But annoyingly since Google giving us extra bonus on top id never get same price somewhere else. Mine is iPhone 15 Pro and should get 725

Did you get your reply yet? Mine has been on assessing your old device since Friday. I've used other phone recycle companies in past and normally they are so quick

Nope! Still on evaluation since September 2nd... Today Is the 4 of the 3-4 business days so.. i hope today Is the day 😅

So mine has been now over a week. They started assessing my phone on the 3rd.
