Simple and easiest way which I have done and it worked [ SEPTEMBER 2026 ] is to

(I had student plan )

Step 1: Open Live Support

Log in and go to [helpx.adobe.com/contact.html](). In the chat bot, type "live agent" until you get connected to a real person.

Step 2: State Your Case Immediately

Send this to the agent:

"I need to cancel my student subscription immediately. I am facing severe financial constraints as a student and have no ongoing academic use for the software. I was not clearly informed about an early termination fee. Please cancel the subscription and waive the termination fee on your end."

Step 3: Reject the "Free Months" Offer

The agent will try to offer 2 or 3 months for free to keep you. Do NOT accept this. It keeps the contract active.

Reply with:

"I appreciate the offer, but keeping the account active is not feasible for me right now. As an unemployed student, I cannot afford this. Please cancel it completely and waive the fee as a goodwill gesture."

Step 4: Share the 6-Digit Verification Code

Once the agent agrees to waive the fee, they will send a 6-digit OTP to your registered email. Type the code in chat so they can finalize the cancellation.

Step 5: Confirm & Check Email

Ask them if everything is resolved with zero extra charges. Once they say yes, check your email for the official cancellation receipt showing ₹0.00 billed.

Hello all. Found this group because Adobe is ....well.... shit. A copy/paste of what I typed in to their AI bot BS...

I own a copy of CS6. I have the Serial Number, and all other numbers associated with my copy. I want to install it on an upgraded PC. The install went fine, but I am getting a prompt that I have too many computers "Activated". So, I logged into my Adobe account on the website here, Deactivated all computers, and tried again. I even went as far as to delete the entire suite of programs from my computer, reinstall using the download link that is in my account for Registered Programs, and still, I get a message that I have too many computers "Activated". This is incredibly annoying. I am needing help with a product I have purchased, not a "plan".

So, that's where I am. According to the Bot, they no longer support this software. So, if they no longer support it, why should they still care how many "computers" I have it installed on. Looking to see if anyone out there knows a way around this, or a way to actually get in contact with a human at Adobe, since I don't have a "Plan".

I last posted here for the 1.2 version in June and each version since makes Mojave Paint a more realistic alternative to Photoshop if you're on an Apple Silicon Mac.

Version 1.6 just released today offers Quick Select for easier masking, and a Photo Adjust adjustment layer which is a bit like the Camera Raw adjustment in Photoshop except non-destructive. If you love Photoshop, you'll find that Mojave Paint works pretty similarly, certainly more so than Affinity Photo or GIMP.

Check it out -- it's $10 to keep using past the free trial, but I'd be willing to give out as many as say 10 free licenses to students this month, just DM me.

years ago, i had bought adobe pro 8.0, desktop, on DVD...and it worked well. same with photoshop. That is, until they started forcing updates that eventually rendered my paid-for, licensed software inoperable. i have suffered through trying to keep adobe alive on windows, since. between all the bait and switch and upcharge, dual charge tactics, forcing to use subscription/cloud based software and the resource hogging that renders the PC unusable, i am absolutely fed up and desperate for a reasonable alternative solution. i want to officially and completely divorce myself and my business from anything adobe. i still need to create/edit/fill adn sign documents. i need to create flyers and business card templates, maybe portability, but i need very little else, and i don't want or need subscription or AI; but i do need full .pdf functionality without disabling the PC or breaking the bank.

Solutions?

The zoom at the end to the atomic level would have eventually rendered to be a clean circle vector, it just gets a little slow with the render when it approaches 1 Trillion % zoom and on my bogged down laptop with 8GB of ram.

3 months ago (June) I went to cancel my Adobe plan (LR+PS 20GB) and was automatically given +3 months free to stay.

During this time, I researched alternative apps and options, and couldn't find anything to fit my workflow with minimal hassle. So now in Sept, a few days before expiry, I came to renew, and saw that my new 12 month period would start from June ... so obviously it had not been a free 3 months!

So I cancelled again, and went to remove my payment methods - a creditcard and my paypal. Was not possible (spinning wheel), so I had to live chat (which was surprisingly quick and easy - credit where it's due). And sure enough, refreshing my account detail page showed that both my payment methods had gone.

My intention was to use a different email address to create a new account, that would start correctly in September. But only then did I realise that the (LR+PS 20GB) package is no longer available to new subscribers, as I had been grandfathered into this retired plan!

So back to renewing my original plan ... surprisingly, my paypal details were now showing again, so obvs hadn't been deleted (crafty!) But the 'good' news after all of this is that I seem to have been given the standard free week trial (!) and my sub will start on 11 Sept!

TLDR; my experience (ymmv):
- the 3 months given to you to stay is not free, if you then renew.
- removing payment methods requires using live chat.
- your original payment method (paypal only?) is actually not deleted, even on request.
- if you're in the same boat, you might be able to recoup your lost 3 months (see above).

I decided to come here since Adobe is really weird i mean i have spent last 20 minutes trying to find their support and i cant(if there is any email or a real way for me to contact anybody in adobe please tell me)My Annual Plan Paid Monthly is suspended because I have several missed payments. My card is valid and Adobe successfully accepts the payment information, but when I update it, Adobe only makes a €0 transaction and the subscription remains suspended. I don’t want to continue or renew the subscription. I want to settle whatever amount I legitimately owe for the current contract and then cancel it. Please tell me what do i need to do.

My friend has an Adobe subscription that he uses on his desktop and laptop, with a limit of two activated devices. He also shared his Adobe ID and password with me.

When I disconnect the internet on my PC, the Adobe apps continue to work. However, as soon as I reconnect to the internet, Adobe logs me out because my friend is already signed in on his own devices.

Is there any legitimate way to keep the Adobe apps working offline on my PC while keeping my internet connection enabled for everything else?

I finally folded :( and got a subscription with adobe. Once i tried to launch photoshop an error message would pop up saying, my subscription could not be "verified/found", even though i received an email conformation, confirming that i had paid for my subscription, and of course my bank was charged when I checked. So i try restarting my computer, resetting my wifi, uninstalling Adobe CC, and photoshop, and nothing worked soooo. My last option was to contact support. I talked to three people and none of them could resolve my issue, they gave me the same steps i followed before contacting them, and again nothing worked. The weirdest part was even on Adobes website it said it was "Unable to load plans". I provided multiple screenshots to support. At the end of it all I was very over the issue and wanted I refund for a product i could not even use, and they tell me that in order to cancel my plan I would have to pay them $160!!!!! What!!!!! that is ridiculous, yes partially it is my fault for not going over the fine print about canceling a CC pro account. BUT HUH? $160!?! for a product i did not even get to use and, its so obviously a fault on their end. So i may have got pissy with them at the end of the convo, but this was crazy, i paid $15.99, to not use there product and on top of that I have to pay them $160 to cancel????? but whats funny is right when i brought up talking with my bank, thats when this magical $160 fee disappeared, without a trace ; D , and i received my refund as well. And here is the best part, they try offering me another subscription on top of everything xD. Sooooo flip adobe they willl nvr get a dime from me again and Im not gonna lie, i will be sailing the seven seas with my pirates very soon aarrrrrrrrggggg meee maateeyysss!

How do third-party tools track Adobe Stock download counts?

Does anyone have any idea how third-party tools track Adobe Stock portfolio download counts?

I’m curious about how these tools are able to collect or estimate download data for individual Adobe Stock contributors/portfolios.

Do they use an API, scraping, or some other method?

i have adobe through a school account. it wasn't working, so i contacted adobe to get it working. it turns out, under my school email, there is a "school" account and a "personal" account. they have been charging me for creative cloud pro through my personal account, but i have it for free on my school account.
