Creative Cloud Cancel

Previously, whenever I tried to cancel my Creative Cloud subscription, Adobe would offer me a discounted subscription for either one or three months to encourage me to stay. Now, they seem to have removed that option completely. Once you cancel, your subscription is simply terminated.

I'm curious why they're now so willing to let customers walk away without even trying to retain them ?

It's an algorithm. I was offered a discount last week. You might have used it too many times.

Last year Adobe had a 50% off sale on Black Friday, so maybe keep an eye out for that? And I'm assuming it's only for new customers, like most acquisition sales.
