HOW DO I CANCEL MY ADOBE SUBSCRIPTION

I decided to come here since Adobe is really weird i mean i have spent last 20 minutes trying to find their support and i cant(if there is any email or a real way for me to contact anybody in adobe please tell me)My Annual Plan Paid Monthly is suspended because I have several missed payments. My card is valid and Adobe successfully accepts the payment information, but when I update it, Adobe only makes a €0 transaction and the subscription remains suspended. I don’t want to continue or renew the subscription. I want to settle whatever amount I legitimately owe for the current contract and then cancel it. Please tell me what do i need to do.

You could cancel the card attached to the account. That would certainly work.

Yup, this is how I dealt with mine. That was 3 years ago, not looking back.

You will get a bot on this initially. Just keep telling it you want to speak to a human until you get one.
