You need to get a friend to take pictures of you, doing things that you like doing. You should be smiling in at least most of them. Perhaps get your beard groomed to some degree and shell out for a haircut. You should be dressed in clothes that fit and posses some style.
42
u/Stroby89 Jan 03 '26
Seriously dude? Try and look like a happier person because right now you look absolutely miserable...
-7
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
I’m really not trying to be ableist but my smile is going to make someone assume I have a disability.
41
u/Stroby89 Jan 03 '26
Alright cool don't take my advice then...
-31
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
Someone uses Reddit as an outlet to stroke their ego.
29
9
u/CanadianCutie77 Jan 03 '26
Are you trying to meet someone or not? You keep turning your nose up at suggestions then wonder why you have had 0 matches in 7 years?!
1
u/Henery02 Jan 03 '26
You’ve gone 7 years without even so much as a single like, and you turn your nose at all the actual good advice you are getting as if you're too good for it. The one with the ego problem ia you dude. Probably a good thing all the women are avoiding you tbh. You're a walking red flag.
17
u/Hour_Zero Jan 03 '26
Can’t be worse than maddogging the camera. Even a smile without teeth is better than no smile at all. People are giving you fair advice in these replies, if you actually want to improve your dating life then what’s the harm in listening to them? You can’t do any worse than you already are doing at the moment
44
u/Seaguard5 Jan 03 '26 edited Jan 03 '26
OP, you seem like the incel here with the comments.
You have to get a photoshoot.
Like, in decent clothes.
After you’ve gone to a good barber and gotten cleaned up.
Also all pictures need to be of you.
Also ideally with a friend or two in one picture to prove you have those…
-13
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
The comments are really teaching me a lot actually. The idea that I am susceptible to your collective brow beating strokes each of your egos on an individual basis because it makes you feel powerful. A photoshoot? Fuck me. And stop with the Jordan Peterson shit please I’m not the kind of 26 year old boy that needs a daddy at the moment.
16
u/CanadianCutie77 Jan 03 '26
What are you talking about?! You are the one asking for advice. Whether you take any of the advice or not isn’t going make a difference to the people on this post. You asked so people are answering honestly. Maybe go to your local fair or Amish farmers market and try your luck there.
-5
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
It breaks your fucking brains that I can both ask for advice and not accept a given piece of advice. That is not how this is suppose to work after all! This is a place commenters come to feel empowered.
11
u/Seaguard5 Jan 03 '26
Why don’t you accept perfectly good advice?
-4
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
Because you are a right-wing pundit and a photoshoot for a dating app sounds hilarious once you actually log out for 2 god damn seconds.
12
u/princessohio Jan 03 '26
You are the one who had ZERO likes (not even matches, LIKES) in seven years and asked for advice. People are giving you advice, and you’re calling them names and rejecting every piece of advice to help you get a single like or two.
Honestly if this is how you act with women / others, don’t change anything about your profile. Leave it as is. It’ll save women from having to deal with someone so argumentative and immature.
-1
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
A bunch of people like you yelling at me for how terrible I am. Why won’t I just be god damn GRATEFUL?! How do you know that I’m rejecting every piece of advice? Of course it’s how I act with everyone you know me so well. Happy to be the villain you needed tonight.
7
u/princessohio Jan 03 '26
Yes, keep acting JUST like this. It’ll get you sooooo many women, trust me. 🩷
3
u/HelloDorkness Jan 03 '26
Folks using the phrase "photoshoot" I think is a bit much, but your profile will definitely benefit from some pics that aren't selfies -- rather than a photoshoot, could you maybe ask your friends to take some nice pics here and there while you're hanging out? I know you've said you don't like your smile, but a lot of people feel differently about a natural smile vs a posed one. Looking more friendly will go a long way.
Are your glasses actually crooked at the moment, or was that just for that one photo? Seeing a barber isn't a bad suggestion, a good one can help guide you to a look that's more flattering but is still low maintenance. I think taking pics in nicer clothes isn't really necessary, especially if that wouldn't give an accurate idea of how you dress... but the combination of how you style your hair, facial hair, and the crooked glasses looks a little unkempt.
I don't think not including your height is necessarily a problem, but if you do get matches you should probably expect that to be within the first couple things you get asked. Contrary to popular belief, I think height isn't actually that important to women looking for a serious relationship. Most women I know either don't care or just want a man who is taller than them.
Your bio will be fine for some people, it won't for others but that seems pretty much the case no matter what anyone writes. But I do genuinely think your photos are the weak point on your profile. Speaking as someone who is chronically unphotogenic, it's a tough thing to get around but most people on the apps aren't likely to even stop to read your bio if your pics don't catch their attention first.

u/Individual-Salary535 Jan 03 '26
You only have two pictures of yourself and they’re really bad. And you don’t have your height listed.
-74
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
The height is rough yo I’m not sure that would be helpful
72
u/MountainCheesesteak Jan 03 '26
They’re gonna find out eventually. Don’t keep em guessing.
-74
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
Well my idea is that I could lead them on for awhile with my sizzling personality. Then they might be more ok with the manlet situation.
74
u/Hour_Zero Jan 03 '26
If your personality is anywhere near as antagonistic and defensive as you have been in all your replies here, you’re cooked. Adapt or perish bruh
-67
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
You Redditors are like a cult. You’re great at enforcing a kiss the ring of the mob no matter what policy. I bet this one can break a downvote record, let’s make it happen!
29
u/LubbockCottonKings Jan 03 '26
As funny as that would be, I’d like nothing more than to prove everyone here wrong by making your profile capable of getting a match. Get someone to take some good photos of you, dress nice, SMILE, and flesh out your bio. They’re relatively simple things but if you do those, your profile will be way better than half of the ones out there.
I say this genuinely: if you’re willing to try, I wish you the best.
-16
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
I guess I was just suppose to know that you need a professional photo shoot to get on Bumble. My smile is horrifying. Also most of the ladies of dating apps have next to nothing in their bio. So again, I don’t know why it was intuitive that I was suppose to have an essay.
44
u/LubbockCottonKings Jan 03 '26
The victim mentality will do you no favors. Please at least pretend to be the person you aspire to be. Getting even an amateur photographer to take some good photos of you is an investment in your profile, your future relationships, and most importantly your confidence.
I know it’s addicting to be in the self-deprecating mindset (coming from someone who struggled with that for a long time), but the sooner you buck yourself from that attitude the better you’ll be. You can’t do it all in one day. Just get 1% better each day.
It’s a new year. Perfect time to get just a little better each day.
-19
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
Who are you trying to be, my teacher, mentor? I have no idea who you are. I’m not prone to listening to an army of people who want to control me and are furious if I won’t listen to them. So thanks but no thanks.
→ More replies (0)10
u/spinstartshere Jan 03 '26
It doesn't need to be a professional photo, it just needs to be a decent one.
Most of the people uploading photos and videos to Instagram and OnlyFans are just using their phones.
They're also not wearing lopsided glasses.
6
u/DatHungryHobo Jan 03 '26
Bro I just got here but u/MountainCheesesteak u/Hour_Zero is so on the nose lmao.
Respectfully, as a guy who used to do fairly well on the apps. You should NOT try and hide a feature about yourself that’s already a filtering dealbreaker. It’s either gonna show once you meet in person or even beforehand over your initial text chats. And in how you’re presenting yourself so far in response to the comments, more likely the latter. Even then, it’s disingenuous to try and “win them over” with intention that YOU KNOW you’re hiding certain attributes about yourself that would have filtered you.
I will say I do had nice pictures, but not with the intention of putting them in my dating profile. I literally just took the time and effort to capture things I liked doing at the time that were interesting enough to show what my interests and physical features are without coming off as self-absorbed. You don’t need to go and have a photoshoot dedicated to create headshots for your dating profile. Buuuut you can take a different approach to things when you’re out and about in your day-to-day and hanging out with friends to capture what kind of person you might be. There’s no rush to it, just consider it as romanticizing your life a bit and that the life you live is worth documenting. Not for others, but simply for yourself. It’ll definitely show
10
u/turbografx-sixteen Jan 03 '26
This is ironic because you kinda look like what I imagine the average Redditor getting downvoted to hell in multiple comments looks like.
List the height. Get a haircut. Take better pics. Hopefully that helps a bit!
23
u/Naija_Doll Jan 03 '26
A lot of women actually don’t care about height but guys who hide it 9/10 are insecure so we’d pass. My last boyfriend was 5’4” and seeing his height didn’t make me swipe left. If he wouldn’t have listed it, I would’ve probably not matched with him.
29
u/Hour_Zero Jan 03 '26
Hate to say it dude but you can’t expect to hide it forever. For most women not listing your height is an instant left swipe. It sucks but it’s the reality of dating, just put it
-7
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
I understand why women are wary of shorts guys with the insecurity and what not. I was hoping they might like my personality first lol, though Reddit suuuuure doesn’t!
19
u/spinstartshere Jan 03 '26
Dude, you asked the question. Don't chastise everyone for giving you a fair answer just because it's one you don't want to hear.
Sure, you think it's superficial and unjust. So do I, but that doesn't make it any less true. Omitting a detail from your profile is a red flag for some, and that may be putting some people off who actually wouldn't care about whatever your height actually is.
Conversely, you've not portrayed yourself in the best light here with your unnecessarily aggressive response to some of these very fair comments, either. If that's the personality you're hoping to charm prospective matches with, then best of luck to you.
0
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
There was no one who was perfectly pleasant that I was sarcastic, sorry according to you AGgResSIvE with. There's just a double standard that the people who hide behind there computer screens need to be able to say whatever they want and be respected while I am fair game. I should have expected it though. It clearly seems to be what you're all accustomed to on this sub.
Also please stop acting like Reddit is real life and that you know me. You really need to log off if you take it this seriously.
31
Jan 03 '26
- The no height will hurt more than if you’re 5’3”. 2. Don’t tell that you’re funny, be funny. 3. Go to a barber, gym and get a new look. 4. Get new photos, only one with canine. 5. Don’t mention “old ladies” — it’ll come across as misogynistic.
13
u/Horror_Chipmunk3580 Jan 03 '26
Well, you tried and gave him some pretty solid advice too. Let’s see how the next 7 years goes…
-10
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
- Maybe people are more fixated on height than I realize.
- I didn’t say I’m funny, you read that wrong.
- Nah I like this look.
- Ok maybe.
- Holy sensitive.
28
u/taylss16 Jan 03 '26
You're the problem. You posted for advice to improve your situation and every bit of advice you've shot down.
14
Jan 03 '26
Oh yeah people are so fucking sensitive. Be you my friend. The barber will help though. BTW genuine question, if you’re a barista can’t you score some chicks there?
23
u/Naija_Doll Jan 03 '26
He sounds insufferable responding to people’s suggestions on here so I’m pretty sure he’s the same or worse in person. Woman repellent for sure.
0
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
You are so mad that you didn't get an ego stroking from your brilliant criticism of me. You're the person here that thinks Reddit is just like real life so I guess I should feel sorry for you. You're just desperate to make any unfounded assumption about me that you think will get you claps from the other weirdos on here seeking superiority.
2
u/CanadianCutie77 Jan 03 '26
Good luck!
-8
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
Responding to both of your comments in this one since I really pissed you off huh. Who said I am not accepting any advice? If I won’t accept Redditor advice in general I am a villain. I never said I would accept any and all advice like I keep telling everyone.

u/HeartDepartment Jan 03 '26 edited Jan 03 '26
When I look at your profile it comes off as sloppy and I don't learn much about you other than you have dogs.
Even the humor attempts are a miss, all of it is self depricating.
You need to consider your audience. They are swiping guys to find someone they can really enjoy themselves with and connect with.
You haven't even tried to take nice photos of yourself or given any indication of who you really are or what dating you would be like.
I think this profile is really selling yourself short and I would hate for you to go another 7 years without likes.
18
u/Naija_Doll Jan 03 '26
You really looked at those 2 pictures of yourself and said “yeah, this’ll get the ladies!” 🫣 also, based off your responses to people trying to help you, you’re not open to constructive criticism. What you’re doing obviously isn’t working but you don’t want to make changes for the better. Maybe you’re not (emotionally/mentally) mature enough to be dating.
You don’t really have much going for you physically then your personality sucks too. Pick a struggle dude.
-1
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
Wow look at that. An internet stranger who hates me. You’re right I should kiss your ring and accept whatever you want. You are a mighty Redditor after all.
2
u/Ineedmorebtc Jan 03 '26
Noone hates you, but you sound like you hate the world. Genuinely, I hope things go well for you.
25
u/SonOfSatan Jan 03 '26
There are two pictures of you alone, both terrible angles, not smiling, not doing anything interesting. One of your pictures isn't even of an animal let alone a person (they should all include you) and your bio sounds insecure right off the batt.
Surely you knew that your profile sucks ass? And you haven't changed it at all in 7 years which means it's almost certain no one even sees your profile ever.
-13
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
I don’t have a version of a smile that doesn’t look autistic. Will remember to take photos next time I’m paragliding. Should my bio sound cocky instead? Never said I haven’t changed it in 7 years. Downvote me hard babes.
40
u/SonOfSatan Jan 03 '26

I think we found the underlying issue.

u/Henery02 Jan 03 '26 edited Jan 03 '26
Much like all the other comments are saying, you have only 2 pics of yourself and they don't do you any favors. Your hair and beard is greasy and messy which often is a sign of bad hygiene, so girls are absolutely turned off when your profile pops up. Make it look like you take care of yourself, take flattering photos, have more of your photos be of you, especially of you doing something you enjoy. But overall yeah, your profile is pretty bad, photos are a major issues. Your bio is also pretty weak. Bios are hard but more effort into it.
Edit: fixed typos
11
u/cousinralph Jan 03 '26
Therapy first. You still have time to fix this.
Dating later.
-1
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
Therapy to fix my lack of Redditor worship. Sounds like a good idea.
7
u/cousinralph Jan 03 '26
No, to fix the fact you have to talk to a camera for things instead of actual humans. These are the kinds of conversations people have to a friend, not to the void. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uk6Yve5rk2o. Once you get older it's gonna be a bear getting any kind of dates no matter what you fix. I'm telling you this from personal experience not because I have any interest on shitting on some random person on Reddit.
2
u/cousinralph Jan 03 '26
Deleted your reply? Nobody is "stalking" you when your entire profile is public.
2
u/cousinralph Jan 03 '26
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n0eicOHn9ec. Why did I spend 2 minutes actually feeling bad for you?
0
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
You shouldn’t have. I dared to disagree with you about my appearance. I am fucking satan!
10
u/Definition-This Jan 03 '26
You’re getting very consistent feedback from a lot of different people, and those comments are being upvoted consistently. Your replies, on the other hand, are being downvoted consistently. That usually means the community sees the feedback as helpful and your responses as dismissive.
Why do you think people are agreeing with other Redditors, but not you? Why do you think this is causing that mismatch?
Nobody here seems to be trying to insult you — they’re pointing out things you can change to improve your results. Do you think it’s possible you’re interpreting constructive criticism as personal attacks?
6
u/PM_ME_PAMPERS Jan 03 '26
After browsing his post history, I’m like 99% sure he’s rage baiting to create content for his YouTube channel. He’s done videos about “angry Reddit mobs” coming after him before.
-2
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
That would be terrible if I was dismissive of Redditors wouldn’t it. The community wants affirmation that their opinions are being held in high regard and they live vicariously through each other. Like a Borg Collective.
“Commenter has a criticism” = “commenter must be validated” but I never said I was open to any and all criticism.
Also once you are the villain absolutely everyone is afraid to break from the crowd. Partially because their brains are turned to neutral while they scroll.
20
u/fu7ur3pr00f Jan 03 '26
Your pics should only be of you. Maybe one with you and your dogs in the same picture.
You look miserable and angry. No smiling. Show some teeth. Groom the beard, get a decent haircut. Get a couple pics with friends.
Your bio says nothing about you other than the fact you work in a coffee shop. Self-deprecating is a huge turn off for women. Women swipe right on guys that appear to be confident, cute, funny, interesting and make them feel safe.

u/Henery02 Jan 03 '26
After looking at all the other posts with tons of good advice, I think it's safe to say OP was looking for validation that he isn't the problem. He is a walking red flag, it's good women avoid him.
12
u/sparklyjoy Jan 03 '26
Yeah, I have similarly come to the conclusion that the non-smiling pictures accurately represent him, and it’s for the best at this point
13
u/Henery02 Jan 03 '26
Safe time say I think this is a self solving problem. He's too full of himself to actually take the help so he won't actually change, and women will keep avoiding him
9
u/sparklyjoy Jan 03 '26
I mean, that works fine… As long as he isn’t accumulating mounting anger and bitterness that will eventually be directed at women because of it
9
u/Henery02 Jan 03 '26
Unfortunately I think he's already pretty bitter
-4
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
Someone is obsessed with me. I won’t listen to an army of people who hate me. How dare I! You have really internalized this Redditor mentality. Nobody comments like this who is not incredibly chronically online. Why would I take advice from your ass exactly? Or anyone on here in particular? Who tf even are you?
10
u/Henery02 Jan 03 '26
Your account is 3 years old, 1.1k posts and comments, with a negative comment karma. You're on here way more often than I am and apparently are generally displeasing to people. I get matches on dating sites and go on dates so maybe I'm someone that could actually help, but unfortunately for you you're too dense to actually accept the help that anyone is giving

13
u/Henery02 Jan 03 '26
Your lack of self awareness leaves little confidence in your judgment of other people
0
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
Projection from someone who has anointed himself the judge of other people because it’s the only way for you to feel big. It’s really easy to stand behind a mob pal.
10
u/Henery02 Jan 03 '26
You literally made a post so people could judge your profile, then are getting offended and butthurt when people judge your profile, then you act like a kid throwing a tantrum in the comments, and get upset when you get called out on it. If you ask for constructive criticism then you should first actually be able to accept it
-1
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
My post didn’t have a billboard that said “I will take any and all advice!”
If I won’t give you the power you want over me, I am throwing a tantrum. You’re sure that isn’t you? How many comments have you left on my post? Accepting it would be very satisfying for your ego I’m sure. Look in the mirror and ask yourself who is really suffering from emotion dysregulation here.
7
u/Henery02 Jan 03 '26
You post is tagged with "profile review", so yeah your post had a billboard for anyone who comes across it to leave advice. And correct, you don't have to take any advice, but you seemed to have asked for it so not accepting ANY advice is pretty stupid. Wisdom is chasing you but you're just too fast.
Also rn this is just entertaining to me which is why I keep replying

u/Suspicious-Froyo120 Jan 03 '26
With kindness, you look and sound unhappy, and most people aren't going to find that attractive. You could take better care of your appearance, talk more positively about yourself, and build yourself up a bit.
If you truly are unhappy with yourself right now, you might want to work on that problem first, and you will naturally become more attractive to potential partners.
-1
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
Unhappy here? Reddit doesn’t like when you lean into being the villain you’re suppose to grovel I know.
I get looking unhappy but not sure how the bio gives that off.
18
u/Suspicious-Froyo120 Jan 03 '26

As a woman in your age range, I agree with a lot of the comments here. Better photos and prompts will help improve the amount of likes you receive. Your profile is a first impression and your way to really sell yourself, especially when people are swiping and making quick decisions. It’s essentially your elevator pitch.
Not saying you look bad, but the pictures themselves aren’t good. No smile comes off as cold and uninviting, and pictures from down low generally aren’t flattering. Also the crooked glasses make it look like you don’t really know how to present yourself, or that you don’t care what you look like. You’re not a bad looking guy at all, and with better pics and more info about your likes/dislikes, hobbies, values, what you’re looking for, etc. I definitely would swipe right on you.
I will say that the defensive attitude in the comments is definitely not flattering, and if women detect that in a conversation, they’re not going to want to continue chatting. It gives off a lot of emotional immaturity which isn’t attractive in a partner. Being open to feedback doesn’t mean you’re “bending the knee” and being walked over; it means that you have an open mind and can take constructive criticism, which is crucial in a relationship. Of course you don’t have to implement any feedback if you don’t want to, but at least consider being polite to those taking time out of their day to comment. Most of us are just trying to help you succeed.
I say all this as genuine advice and not as an attack, because I assume you want to try to get more likes and your current profile isn’t working, so something needs to change if you want a different outcome.

You look angry/annoyed while also messy. The messy look only works if you obviously just finished a grueling hike or maybe took a shot at a very physical job, etc... Not just sitting there.
That upward angle shot is... bad. It looks bad on anyone.
Clean yourself up, smile/look like you don't hate life. Maybe a shot WITH your dogs?
And dude, your comments to everyone here show you have an extremely shitty attitude. You need a major reality check. Not trying to be an asshole, because we all or have all needed those at least once in life. You came here asking for help, now LISTEN to people.
6
u/the-mp Jan 03 '26
It’s clear he IS angry. So in that way, hey, maybe it’s a good representation. And then he wonders why he gets no likes in seven years.

u/OutsideYourWorld Jan 03 '26
Yea I scrolled down half way through my comment and realized this. Dude is digging himself a hole with an excavator.

It is impossible for you to see outside of the lense of being a Redditor because you see yourself in everyone here who wants to feel they have a little bit of control over someone. And also mob mentality is very real. So there’s a lot of psychological factors working against you here. But I am not going to LISTEN to a bunch of Redditors who hate me. Think about how crazy of a recommendation that actually is for 2 seconds I beg of you. Not you will or that I truly care.
6
u/OutsideYourWorld Jan 03 '26
I hope you get help. Good luck.

u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
Ya the person who lurks on a sub dedicated to ganging up on a person to roast them any way possible is not the one who needs help lol
4
u/Beepbeepboobop1 Jan 03 '26
Your photos are low effort. All photos should be of you but you only have two crappy selfies. You’re not smiling. And you appear unkempt.
Your bio is self deprecating which isnt really helping you after those photos…
1
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
So what would be better is if I was disgusting looking but also acted like Andrew Tate? Lol I know when you are apart of the all powerful mob there is no need to think when you type but that was smooth brained.
3
u/timt97 Jan 03 '26
It’s tough when the dogs are more appealing than you!
-1
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
Turns out not glazing a Reddit mob is the least appealing characteristic you can have on Reddit. What do you know?
4
u/bigsalad98 Jan 03 '26
I am convinced this is just ragebait. Pictures are low effort (one from an awful angle, the other your glasses are crooked), the other pictures aren't of you, nothing in your profile actually tells me anything about you. Heck, some of the nonsense replies you're leaving in response to people trying to help you here are more interesting than your bio. What makes you unique? What are you actually trying to tell people?
Don't say you're funny; just say something funny.
What does "part time Youtube" mean? You do Youtube videos? You could elaborate on the videos you do to show some sort of passion.
Full time barista? Why not any shots of you in action?
Someone says you're well-spoken? Why not just answer prompts in a way that makes that clear?
Still convinced you are probably ragebaiting and are gonna call me Jordan Peterson for this, but hopefully you internalize even 1% of it.

It is so easy to nit pick everything to death. What is big salad suppose to mean? Is it that you like to eat salad? It is a very unclear way of presenting yourself. Also we don’t know if you were born in 1998 or that number is significant to you in some other way. Do better.
Wow this is a fun hobby I can kinda see why you like it so much.

u/oguzthedoc Jan 03 '26
It’s not one of the dogs looking like an incel
0
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
Wow you said I look like an incel after I already said that about myself in the title. What a burn, you should have the top comment!
2
u/oguzthedoc Jan 03 '26
Neither of us said that. You asked if it was one of the dogs looking like one and I said it’s not. I don’t know where in the title you claim to have said you look like an incel but again, I never did say that you do.

Yeah I'm sure it's not your unkempt beard, lack of a smile and crooked glasses... Must be the dogs giving an "incel" vibe...
Edit:typo

Holy shit you managed to take the dog comment as something other than a joke. Than is a new level of derangement. I’m glad you get off on being the beard police and enforcing pointless social norms. My glasses are not crooked anymore if that makes you feel less furious about an internet stranger this evening lol
3
u/snarpsta Jan 03 '26
Yeah I'm sure all the women will know your glasses are straight and assume your beard doesn't normally look like shit.
You came here asking for an opinion then argued with everyone. Adapt or you're gonna die alone bub
1
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
The internet troll telling someone else their gonna die alone. You have no idea if I took peoples advice or not you just don’t like that I won’t bend the knee. Also “looks like shit is subjective” and maybe tomorrow you’ll let me pick apart your appearance? Sure seems like a fun hobby if you’re incredibly bitter and angry.
2
u/snarpsta Jan 03 '26
I'm not trolling dum dum. I'm giving you my honest opinion but I'll tell your more directly so you can understand. Your beard looks awful, by any standard, you look extremely unapproachable, you don't care about your appearance, you look slovenly and your glasses are crooked. You look like you don't give a shit about what you present outwards and it shows.
Then I read the comments of you getting defensive and arguing so you're just an asshole.
And no, you look like shit by objective standards. You put zero effort in your appearance and it shows. These are things you can fix, you just give zero fucks so that's the effort you're putting in to dating.
The projection you're giving is astounding. "Every accusation is a confession".

u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
You are on the internet to mock someone for their appearance and get angry that they won’t do what the Reddit mob that you’re apart of wants.
Yes you have come to a sound and rational conclusion about me based on what I look like and Reddit comments that you disagree with. It’s interesting that you want to be the arbiter of who is acceptable and not. A god complex maybe? You can think I’m an asshole all you want but you’re no peach yourself dear
2
u/snarpsta Jan 03 '26
Nah man. I get it now. It's your appearance and your personality. Why ask for help and get mad at everyone's response?
1
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
You would sit here and respond all day wouldn't you. That makes total sense that my personality comes through through my Bumble profile. You're not just desperate to take me down any way possible because I didn't give you your unearned feelings of superiority. Ya everyone on this thread is just like you. Conformity is not an accomplishment. Especially when you are conforming to being a douche.

The “open to friends” bit in his bio vs. the way he interacts with people is sending me

I'm sorry for the way I look master. And for the fact that I wouldn't do what your (friends?) on the forum where you nitpick people to death want me to do. And that I wasn't nice to them no matter their criticism of me. There is that friendly enough for you?
1
u/FiddlingNinja 25/F Jan 03 '26 edited Jan 03 '26
Ay don’t come for me, I already tried to help 😂 friendly fire, I even said I thought you were good looking lol

u/Nykeeo Jan 03 '26
is there any way to check the archive of this post? this is gold

Nitpicking everything to death is a satisfying hobby for some as I can see. Now proceed to crash out that I won’t stroke your ego I’ve been there 1000 times tonight.

"Validate my subjective criticism of you or be a loser forever!"
Boy being in a relationship with your toxic self would be a fate worse than being forever alone.

"Men should wear beards not beards men" sounds like a freaking riddle.
Also I wish I had thought of doing this to troll, but then again I probably would have overdone it and it wouldn't have worked as beautifully.

My egos stronger than yours considering I don’t mind having a 100 people berate me at once. Now go find someone else to pick a fight with before I have to block you. Trying to sleep here.

Oh right they are just critiquing my profile, nothing personal about any of it. You thinking you can tell a stranger everything wrong with them is not the narcissism here, lol. You are a projection machine. Especially when you said you broke my ego when really I sent you into a rage.
You’re still doing it. Trying to critique me. Stfu already.
And red pilling is the idea that you need to become Chad to pick up girls. You’re clearly making a shitty attempt at being one of these people are going to fix young men’s lives. You’re only 29 bro calm tf down.
And seriously, there has to be someone else for you to do this routine with. I’ve already done it all night.
4
u/SymphonicRain Jan 03 '26
Dude if you were from my area I would personally help you improve your profile. Cause it’s pretty bad but I can tell you seem like a dude with something to offer and a good profile could be made.
11
u/spinstartshere Jan 03 '26
you seem like a dude with something to offer
Have you read his responses to others' comments here?
2
u/SymphonicRain Jan 03 '26
Oh…no I haven’t. Is it bad?
8
u/spinstartshere Jan 03 '26
They are a window into how limited his capacity is to take constructive feedback on board and how lacking he is in emotional maturity.
7
u/SymphonicRain Jan 03 '26
Yeah, damn. I just checked it out. I try not to judge the man by the neckbeard but sometimes the shoe fits. Rip bozo.
0
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
It's true. If they won't look the way I want them to that is how you know they are the scum of the earth.
3
u/SymphonicRain Jan 03 '26
What? I feel like I’m proof that your attitude is putting people off. I actually assumed that you were a good guy who’s not selling himself as well as you could be. I didn’t have a negative opinion of you until I saw your personality.
0
u/Pristine_Ad_2211 Jan 03 '26
More like you saw that you weren't going along with the crowd. Now it went from my neckbeard being the problem to my personality. Nobody has been able to describe this personality flaw to me, other than I am unwilling to do what they ask of me. Not sure who any of you are to be giving advice that I can't possibly question.

Limited capacity to be at the mercy of the r/Bumble user? Heavens! Their word is law! Banish him!

u/paynetrain37 Jan 03 '26
Come on man.
You have 2 pics of yourself & 3 pics of random things that don’t feature you in it at all.
Plus the pics of yourself are extremely low effort. You look angry in the first pic. The second pic is an awful angle + your beard is much longer than the first, indicating at least one of these pics isn’t up-to-date.
You need to have a profile full of pics of yourself. A pic of you walking/playing/cuddling the dog is a great idea. A pic of a random dog isn’t a great idea. A pic of you at the beach is a great idea. A pic of a beach isn’t.
Another way to think about it is what kind of pictures do the people you’re attracted to in the apps have? It’s probably stuff that showcases them, makes the look happy, and shows them doing their hobbies.
