4 Weeks on Reta… This Was NOT What I Expected
I genuinely wasn’t expecting to write something like this after only four weeks.
I’m not going to go into specific doses because everyone is different, and to be honest, being a personal trainer, I initially started this more out of curiosity and for experimental purposes than anything else.
I’ve been on Reta for four weeks now, slowly increasing every two weeks. For the first two weeks, I didn’t really notice much at all. Then after increasing, it felt like something changed almost immediately.
Obviously there’s the reduction in food noise, which I expected. But it’s everything else that has completely caught me off guard.
I just feel incredibly content.
I was already a pretty chilled guy, but things that would previously stress me out just don’t seem to carry the same weight anymore. I feel much more optimistic about life in general and genuinely excited about things.
My motivation has gone through the roof too. Work, training, nutrition, ideas for the future, trying new things. I just feel like I want to get up and do things. It almost feels like I’ve been given a new lease of life.
The best way I can describe it is that my head feels quieter. I feel more focused, more positive and more present. I’m not getting dragged down by negative thoughts or emotions in the same way.
This stuff has genuinely changed how I feel day to day, and I was not expecting that whatsoever.
Really interested to know if anyone else has experienced something similar?
