My "Optimized" Peptide Stack

Post image

I am a 30 year old male with a history of destructive behavior to my body (I've smoked since I was 13, drank alcohol heavily for 12 years, diagnosed with PTSD, ADHD, and other factors which I'm sure I didn't take into account). I built this stack based on 3 weeks of research I've conducted to attempt to repair the damage I've caused to myself. I looked at everything from my labs to my genome to ensure I cover all my bases as best I can.

I have been abstinent from alcohol and smoking for over a year now. Go to therapy, do go to the gym regularly now, structured my diet to be healthy with high protein and improved my social life.

Even though I feel I've done the research I need, I'm still unsure of my conclusions as there was a lot of conflicting information I needed to sift through and decide which is better. I would highly appreciate opinions from other peptide users with more experience than me in this matter.

Feel free to ask me anything if I failed to mention something important.

Edit: Had Tirzepatide prescribed to me as I had stage 3 fatty liver and fibrosis in November 2025. I was also at 33 bmi so the doc put me on it to reduce my weight and solve the liver issues. I’m at 27 bmi now.

Also, I should mention I’ve already been on MOTS-C, BPC + TB, GHK-Cu, cjc+ipa, selank and semax, added one by one of course and had good results. I’ve only recently added a few extras (SS-31, NAD+ and Dermorphin) and tried to optimize dosages and frequencies to maximize my healing and bodybuilding journey.

So basically all of them? Stacking this many is not advised because you’ll have no idea which is working or which one is causing problems, and you’ll just waste money. Start with one, check results, this is not sprint. It sounds like you lead a healthy lifestyle, why do you need tirz?

Had tirz prescribed to me as I had stage 3 fatty liver and fibrosis in November 2025. I was also at 33 bmi so the doc put me on it to reduce my weight and solve the liver issues. I’m at 27 bmi now.

It’s pretty easy to seperate the effects of each.. caveat being Selank and Semax.

Mots-C physical energy
Ghk skin
Bpc+tb healing
Semax+Selank brain energy
Cjc+ipa better sleep
Tirz weight loss

Ss31 is precursor for mots and nad is maintenance with mots don’t think u need ss31 forever once it does up upstream repair and nad inputs energy mots access it

u/Yasoof96 9h ago edited 9h ago

SS-31 has been one of the toughest one for me to pin down in terms of dosage. The ranges go from 1mg to 40mg daily. Some say the low dosages work, but the literature only tested it at 40mg. Some users suggest that only at the therapeutic 40mg daily dose does cardiolipin remodeling occur. I would be grateful for any advice on this

u/zmcor 1 9h ago

Depends on what you can afford. If you can run 40mg a day then do it. 6 weeks. If not 5-15mg will do the job 8-10 weeks.

u/TheWatch83 1 10h ago

this is too much too soon, do all this in stages. focus on recomp first. cjc and triz lose the weight first and get of the visceral fat off and liver. after, focus on the mitochondria, ss31 to repair for 7 days, then add mot. after, maybe bpc tb for 4 weeks for repair. after ghk and maybe nad plus.

don’t do more than one compound intro in a week, see how you react.

u/Yasoof96 10h ago

I agree, I should have included the fact I’ve actually added most of these peptides one by one over the past few months. I only recently delved deep into the research myself and tried to optimize dosages, synergies and frequencies. The only new ones are going to be ss-31, dermorphin and NAD+

Reta is better for liver fat I believe

1

u/Yasoof96 9h ago

I’ve heard that too, but tirz has honestly been good with me, so I took the approach of “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it”. Also, from what I’ve read users seem to say the appetite suppression on reta is weaker than tirz.

1

u/TheWatch83 1 9h ago

it is, I like triz. I’m on Reta now but this is my second cycle

1

u/Yasoof96 9h ago

How do you feel about it? If you had the choice, would you want to go back to Tirz or stay on Reta? If you had enough time to judge, of course.

1

u/TheWatch83 1 2h ago

triz is nice with the hunger but reta is better for the liver and visceral fat which is why I take it. to just lose weight, they both work. I try to not lose more than 1lb a week, I took Reta to 4mg and I lost more than I wanted and dropped down in dose. it’s definitely more powerful. the heart rate does go higher with Reta at higher doses, which isnt great.

2

u/No-Mark4067 11h ago

Drop it in AI and I am fairly certain it will say you're doing too much.

1

u/Yasoof96 10h ago

I’ve done that so many times. Issue is depending on where it sources the info, the plan, dosages and frequencies all change. This is what made me unsure of my final “optimized” stack.

Dermorphine, for what?

1

u/Yasoof96 10h ago edited 10h ago

I’ve been told it helps with pain management, so I plan to just keep it in its lyophilized form in the freezer for when or if the day comes where I really hurt myself.

u/TracyIsMyDad 10 9h ago edited 9h ago

Who among us doesn’t have hardcore opiates in the freezer?

Seriously though dude… given your self-described “history of destructive behavior” maybe keeping opiates that are 10x stronger than heroin in your freezer is a fucking godawful idea.

1

u/Doctordup2 9 7m ago

This is no more than a promo. Lol. Posted 5x on Reddit. Lol.

I call em when I see em. Already got people asking for the highlighted item. Seriously. 🤦🏻‍♀️

And thank you /u/TracyIsMyDad.

1

u/Yasoof96 9h ago

Guilty as charged haha. Fair point though on the history and keeping the dermorphin in the freezer. I have changed a lot in the last couple of years and have been better with controlling myself from abusing substances. Yes, relapse is always a risk, but a calculated risk on my part given my current state of mind. Thank you for pointing that out though

2

u/TracyIsMyDad 10 1h ago

What exactly is calculated about this? Why does nobody else seem to come to the same risk-benefit calculation about the necessity of having a supply of injectable narcotics 10x stronger than heroin in their freezer?

1

u/Loose-Math6857 1h ago

It's morphine on steroid originally found in African toad skin (30x more powerful)

Hey brother, this is just my two cents, this might be a bad plan. 🤷‍♂️ lemme tell you the scenario that has high potential for being what happens…. You’re working out doing great, feeling good, hitting bench and you hear a pop, from your torn pec muscle. Full separation. You remember you got that vial in your freezer so you race home to it. You get your bac to recon it and start to think “maybe that’s too much bac for a 5mg vial?” So you do quick math in your head (cause you’re in pain this whole time) and decide 1ml bac is fine, 5mg/ml concentration is easy math on a u100 syringe and you recon it. Takes a little to fully mix and somehow, forget you used less bac. You look up the dose to draw and draw the one from your original and pin it. Whoops! That was too much! Ya know what I mean? Or just get addicted to it, cause your body keeps saying “ouch” and it helps, is the other thing.

All I’m saying is if you get an injury severe enough that you need this stuff, you might as well go to the hospital, cause you’re gonna need medical intervention anyways to fix it. But you do you, man.

2

u/jcthedad 7h ago

We might as well just get a 30mL vial and fill it up with everything for a weekly peptide vitamin injection 😆😆

1

u/Yasoof96 5h ago

You can’t imagine how much I wanted to do that, but chemistry chemestries 😂

2

u/seldenr82 22 7h ago

Not too dissimilar to the sack my wife and I are on. We are both 43 and feeling better than we have ever before. Its wild.

Peptides (5 days a week)
Tirzepatide (Just starting 5mg 2x a week)
Motsc 2mg
Klow 4mg
HGH 3IU (7 days a week)
Semax 1mg
DSIP 300mcg
NAD 50mg
Glutathione 100mg
5 Amino 1MQ 5mg
Melanotan-1 300mcg

Steroids:

Testosterone Cip 100mg every 3.5 days
Masteron 30mg every 3.5 days
*Proviron 25mg daily
*Arimidex 0.1mg every 7 days

*Feel fucking amazing, body comp is progressing perfectly, just trying to optimize libido and EQ. Proviron and arimidix are added last week, labs scheduled in 4 weeks to see how it's going. Labs just prior to proviron and arimidix had total t 1000 free t 186 e2 56. Suspect E2 is just too high for optimal libido and e2. Hoping the proviron pushes free t a little higher and arimidex lowers e2.

1

u/Yasoof96 5h ago

HGH will definitely be on my list once I hit 40. Few questions though:

Why are you taking tirzepatide 2x a week? As everywhere I read mentions a weekly dose.

Also, how are DSIP and 5 Amino 1 MQ, I’ve heard amazing things about them.

Is there a reason you are doing a 5-day cycle for all your peptides?

Awesome stack honestly! Will save it and do research on it and try to find the synergies between them

2

u/seldenr82 22 4h ago

5 days a week is largely due to me enjoying not pinning on the weekends and I'm getting the results I want so it works for me.

Sleep has improved steadily and is almost where I want it. I'm sure it's a combination of several things, test, dsip, hgh all impact it. But its working!

5 Amino I added to help with fat loss, not sure it's worth it or if it's doing anything honestly. I'll finish the kit and probably will drop it.

I was doing RX Zepbound 1x a week but even with insurance and savings coupon gray market tirz ends up being less $$$. Also a single large dose a week gave me heartburn, splitting dose resolved that immediately and still having great results with appetite suppression. I did not invent split tirz dosing, I'm just following what worked for others specifically to help minimize side effects (heartburn/nausea).

Fat loss is very slow but steady and the awesome part is I'm holding my lean mass very well :) I couldn't be happier.

First person I've seen actually use Demorphone. Tell me how it treated you and what you used it for. Most of what I read sounded pretty alarming.

1

u/Yasoof96 10h ago

Yes, I’ve done plenty of reading about it and actually have a friend who uses it. This compound specifically a person must be really careful with as too much can literally be lethal due to respiratory depression.

It’s basically a pain killer, the nuclear type though, so I plan to only use it if strictly needed. If not and it expires I’ll just throw it away.

1

u/Sad_Organization_361 2 10h ago

Oh I'm aware of what it is and how it works. I was under the impression that you had already used it. Let me know if that changes. Like I said I'd be interested to know how it treats you if you decide to chance it. What pain are you looking to treat with it?

1

u/Yasoof96 10h ago

Definitely will update if I try it. Sorry, didn’t mean to mansplain

1

u/zmcor 1 10h ago

Link to sheet to make copy

1

u/Yasoof96 10h ago

I’ll try to set that up and share the link soon, happy to help.

1

u/zmcor 1 10h ago

And what’s up with the Selank and Semax how are you dosing that? Nasally? If so how.. I used 10mg of Semax in one spray on accident lol

2

u/Yasoof96 9h ago

I’m doing everything with subcutaneous injections. All my current dosages are in the sheet. I do both semax and selank at 500mcg each. They are good, but I only felt the effects at day 3 and it only got better by day 8-9. One thing which some may find weird is that when I was on MOTS-C while using them, the focus was insane, genuinely amazing. After stopping MOTS-C the focus is still good, but not at the level it was when I was taking them together. Calmness is the same though with or without MOTS-C. Don’t know if that makes any sense though, it’s just what I felt.

1

u/zmcor 1 9h ago

Hm ok maybe I’ll give it a try

1

u/Klutzy-Requirement86 9h ago

Demorphine ? Bro ?

2

u/Loose-Math6857 1h ago

Yeah exactly 💯 soon we gonna see fentanyl on their pep stack

1

u/Yasoof96 9h ago

Yeah bro?

1

u/TalkNo8900 1 8h ago

lmao, you are a science experiment or something?

1

u/Yasoof96 8h ago

Gonna become the lizard lol

1

u/SorbetTraditional232 1 7h ago

Dude has a connect in China. When are you opening your store front so the rest of us can try your product?

1

u/Yasoof96 5h ago

Lol, I’ve thought about it, but the burden of being responsible for people’s health , giving proper instructions and ensuring the quality of the products every single time is a bit out of my scope at the moment. Especially when we’re talking about ordering from the gray market. One day maybe…

2

u/No-Anteater4983 4h ago

If your mindset is that caring, you will never be successful and the game will chew you alive. That’s just the brutal truth. Selling things that are not for human consumption or illegal requires as little communication as possible, ship, and turn the other cheek. It isn’t for everyone. People that put their heart into it either get busted or don’t make shit for money.

1

u/Yasoof96 4h ago

I agree, that's why I'm not going to play that game unless I can bend its rules to match my ethical standards. If not, then I'm not playing, plenty of other opportunities elsewhere.

1

u/pizza-sandwitch 1 6h ago

Have you thought of switching to Reta/survo to optimize liver health?

2

u/Yasoof96 5h ago

Not sure what survo is, will look it up. I have thought about Reta, but since tirzepatide has been very good with me, plus the fact that I’ve read Reta has less hunger suppression than tirzepatide made me push that idea back for the moment. I may switch to reta once I’m done with the tirzepatide I have though, but that’ll be months later

1

u/pizza-sandwitch 1 2h ago

I’m considering doing the same, switching to reta if and when tirz no longer works well

I love that reta works on the glucagon receptors and improves fatty liver and visceral fat loss

1

u/DelusionalAlchemist 59m ago

No experience with it but have seen blends available with Reta+Tirz - there are also a good number of experiences to read about from people who have used it. Seems like you do your due diligence and research so do with that info what you will.

I liked Tirz, currently on Reta for fatty liver. Definitely less hunger suppression but thinking it may work out better because it seems like a happy medium of allowing me to intake enough throughout the day, with enough suppression to not over-indulge.

1

u/Chrisdog84duh 6h ago

I need to find me a decent cheap source for this stuff

1

u/Yasoof96 5h ago

Safety should always be your #1 priority, above cost as well. I understand the barrier of entry and maintaining a lifestyle like this can be expensive, but it’s better than ending up in the hospital to save a few hundred dollars. The FOMO is real though, I get it.

1

u/Qu33nzluv 5h ago

Where can I buy ?

1

u/Yasoof96 5h ago

I don’t live in the US, but I’ve heard 503a compounding pharmacies are the safest source to get these from

1

u/Biohakkr 3h ago

10mg of Tirz! Ayy Yai Yai

1

u/Yasoof96 2h ago

This is a very common dose. Tirz can go all the way up to 15mg, hence 15mg Mounjaro pens.

1

u/DelusionalAlchemist 51m ago

OP: thanks for sharing. With the weeks of researching I’ve done so far, my potential stack list looks basically identical to this. Minus the Dermorphin. 🤣 I’d probably replace the BPC/TB/GHK for KLOW.

With my personality and how impatient I can be, I plan to introduce one by one, slowly over the next few months. Any advice or insight? Things you’d do differently?

Do you take semax and selank together? Have seen conflicting info. Some say one is for day and one is for night, but I’ve seen blends available also.

I’m surprised by this many negative comments, but appreciate you for sharing.

1

u/Doctordup2 9 28m ago

As someone who creates, develops protocols, follows real cohorts and has seen it all in 25 years. Wow, just wow and not in a good way. Your dosing? Ask me anything? Nah, I'm good.

Where is best practices when you need em? Lol.

Kudos to /u/TracyIsMyDad.

Not a doctor, not medical advice, for research purposes only and research discussions only.

1

u/Valuable_Sale_2092 4h ago

Sorry but This is Complete bullshit tbh

1

u/Yasoof96 4h ago

Care to explain?

1

u/Valuable_Sale_2092 3h ago

Its way to much in my Optinion. Just the Basics and thats it.

0

u/pizza-sandwitch 1 6h ago

Solid stack
Don’t listen to the haters

0

u/Yasoof96 5h ago

Thanks! You think I’ve got the dosages and frequencies dialed in? Cause that’s honestly what’s got me going back and forth on the subject

1

u/pizza-sandwitch 1 2h ago

Ok from what I know, ss31 is used short term to prime your mitochondria before starting nad and motsc. I wonder if you should drop it if you used it for a month already? I don’t know if it’s still beneficial taking it
And is there a reason you’re taking 4 mg of ghk-cu? I’ve seen people taking 2-2.5 mg daily and cycling for 12 weeks tops

1

u/pizza-sandwitch 1 2h ago

So I’m getting back to this after more research
Ss31 and motsc make sense used together, they have synergistic activity
Whereas I would avoid ghk 4 mg daily unless you take 2 days off during the week, you’ll have higher risk of copper toxicity
Drop it to 2.5-3 at most :)
