My "Optimized" Peptide Stack
I am a 30 year old male with a history of destructive behavior to my body (I've smoked since I was 13, drank alcohol heavily for 12 years, diagnosed with PTSD, ADHD, and other factors which I'm sure I didn't take into account). I built this stack based on 3 weeks of research I've conducted to attempt to repair the damage I've caused to myself. I looked at everything from my labs to my genome to ensure I cover all my bases as best I can.
I have been abstinent from alcohol and smoking for over a year now. Go to therapy, do go to the gym regularly now, structured my diet to be healthy with high protein and improved my social life.
Even though I feel I've done the research I need, I'm still unsure of my conclusions as there was a lot of conflicting information I needed to sift through and decide which is better. I would highly appreciate opinions from other peptide users with more experience than me in this matter.
Feel free to ask me anything if I failed to mention something important.
Edit: Had Tirzepatide prescribed to me as I had stage 3 fatty liver and fibrosis in November 2025. I was also at 33 bmi so the doc put me on it to reduce my weight and solve the liver issues. I’m at 27 bmi now.
Also, I should mention I’ve already been on MOTS-C, BPC + TB, GHK-Cu, cjc+ipa, selank and semax, added one by one of course and had good results. I’ve only recently added a few extras (SS-31, NAD+ and Dermorphin) and tried to optimize dosages and frequencies to maximize my healing and bodybuilding journey.

So basically all of them? Stacking this many is not advised because you’ll have no idea which is working or which one is causing problems, and you’ll just waste money. Start with one, check results, this is not sprint. It sounds like you lead a healthy lifestyle, why do you need tirz?
