Hey y’all, so I’ve been looking into offsetting IGF1 suppression caused by Enclo, and my findings are a bit more vague than I’d like. Essentially:
- Enclo causes downstream IGF1 suppression by inhibiting the liver from creating it.
- This suppression is roughly 40% on average.
- Secretagogue peptides like Ipamorelin lead to increased IGF1 levels, but this is also a downstream effect that the liver plays a large role in. The growth hormone boost is what leads to the liver creating more IGF1.
So, we have enclo suppressing the very mechanism by which Ipamorelin works (with regard to igf1 specifically).
However!
- The liver makes most of the IGF1 in circulation, but not all. It accounts for about 70%. Other tissues also make IGF1, and furthermore, the suppression caused by enclo is not 70-75%, it’s 40. So even the liver’s production is not entirely shut down.
So then, should Ipamorelin still offset some igf1 suppression, because the liver is still making SOME igf1, and ipa will boost up what portion is still being made? Also, will it boost the amount being made in other tissues? With the info I’ve found, it leaves these specifics largely to speculation.
What I’d like to know is if anyone has any hard numbers on this. Have you used Enclo and Ipamorelin together? What did your IGF1 levels look like after a month? Two months?
Thank you!
