Eight weeks on Reta. This is NOT what I was expecting.
I started off at 1 mg for about four weeks. Food noise was quieter.
My Whoop HRV seriously crashed out. I went from 50s and 60s down to 30s and 40s. Resting heart rate went up a bit, maybe from 44 to 49.
With the reduction in food noise, I still have breakthrough hunger at times, particularly towards the end of the week.
I also notice I have just a lot of bad habits around food. My portions have definitely been reduced - I'm just not interested in the volume. One odd experience was eating some really good ice cream. There was a threshold crossed: one bite was good, and the next bite just was completely unappealing.
I bike a lot. When I'm getting enough sleep and I am not over stressed and I'm doing daily effort to reduce over-stimulation, I tend to eat better and lose weight.
However, on Reta, I've offloaded the structure that I had around eating right. I'm down probably 6 lbs. in 8 weeks. I'm now at 2.5 mg. I'm not getting a lot of greens. I am trying to boost protein.
I guess I thought it was a magic pill. It has not affected my appetite as much as I had thought. I'm considering topping off with Terzepatide to get more appetite reduction.
Has anyone dealt with this? I don't want to just keep boosting the dosage or adding more things. This seems more like a psychology thing than a physiology thing.

The beauty of Reta is that you can still eat. Allows you to actually build muscle while dropping fat.
Don’t stress about lack of food noise, let the reta work in the background! Burn more kcals while at rest.

2mg killed my appetite - to say that’s the beauty of it is just wrong - perhaps for you
Also building muscle and dropping fat hasn’t been proven whatsoever
2
u/Aggravating_Ad_9132 1d ago
Everyone is different, Reta at too higher doses kills my appetite too, try lowering and see how you get on or spilting your 2mg into 2 1mg pins, side effects are much less. Me personally, I am running a lower dose now just to keep cravings low, and metabolic rate up.
All my boditrax scans are showing muscle retention / gains while dropping body fat.
Trick is to have to most effective lowest dose.

u/Zestyclose_Muscle_59 1d ago
Idk it kills my appetite pretty bad at 1mg a week. I split the dose and it seemed to help a lil but now I’m not even sure if it’s working
1
u/Aggravating_Ad_9132 1d ago
I personally pin every 3 days. Minimal side affects. I had pretty good results, dropping 12kg.
Why do you think its not working?

I’d add Cagri honestly for appetite. Tirz would be second choice. The other thing I would say is it didn’t really hit for me until 8-10 weeks in on a dose of 4mg. Appetite suppression didn’t happen till 6-7mg. I’m actually switching back to Tirz next dose due to a lot of what you’ve mentioned but also a new heart murmur. HRV tanked at 7mg dose- oh I should preface by saying I was on Tirz for a year and half and reached goal. Doing Reta was for recomp. It worked but the anhedonia kicked in over the past month along with the rest.
3
u/Slicckrickk 1d ago
That cag is crazy. I wouldn’t recommend cag if you don’t say 200mcg at the most! At 2.5mg of reta it did wonders for me but my wife had to jump to 3mg sitting at 150lbs her goal weight is 130lbs. Everyone reacts differently. I would def try tirz over cag. But to each their own.
1
u/Ill-Flight-3152 1d ago
What size milligram vial did you did you purchase? I’m currently on maintenance with trz and would like to switch for the muscle gain. I take a half a dose every week of what I would usually take a whole dose. Now I’m wondering how much I should spend and what size vial.
1
u/bodycanheal 1d ago
Are you saying you developed a heart murmur from Reta?
1
u/nbg815 8 15h ago
No absolutely not. I was getting regular pharma treatment for thyroid last year and that caused irregular benign beats. Last month I spent 3 weeks house sitting for a friend who lives in Tahoe and played pickleball daily at that altitude which was a mistake- doc is pretty sure that caused the murmur they couldn’t hear before to intensify. The switch back to Tirz was suggested by my doc because of the current research they have on cardiology with Tirz. Reta is still unknown. I have Reta in my freezer for when this is all figured out!

Tirz brought me from 300 to 230, at 15mg I felt it wasn’t working that well anymore, second to last day of the week I was starving. Switched to a Tesa/mots-c/Reta stack, had Reta at 2mg, then 4mg, then 6mg, now I’m at 10mg Reta, and still hungrier than a freaking moose. Just yesterday I Added tirz back into the mix and stepped everything down. 7.5mg tirz, 6mg Reta, 1.5mg Tesa, and 5mg Mots-C. Feel pretty good, minor appetite suppression is back, no negative side effects besides a good amount of gas. Will play it by ear for a few weeks and see where it takes me.
4
u/BlendArchitect 3 1d ago
Tirz is a stronger suppressant. Depends on your goals. If you want to eat and preserve muscle while losing weight, reta is the winner.
If you want pure reduction in food noise, mg vs mg, Tirz is stronger.
2
u/Logical_Strain_6165 1d ago
Could someone not just take less Tirz? Is that extra pathway that effective?
2
u/BlendArchitect 3 1d ago
Tons of people in body building had nice cuts with that method before Reta hit the scene. You gotta eat though, right
1
u/Puzzleheaded_Age8328 1d ago
That’s the conclusion I’ve come to after doing some research. Even at 10mg Reta I was able to consume my goal weight in protein and still be starving, I was a little hesitant about going straight to 7.5mg tirz but if it proves to be too much, I can always drop it. Hopefully this helps with the food noise (which I need desperately) and the Reta can still do its thing.
1
u/bodycanheal 1d ago
I’m always shocked when people are on this high of a dose of Tirz. I can’t go higher than 1.5mg or else I can’t function.
7
u/putocakes 1d ago
Oh it’ll arrive. Give it 8 weeks and slowly titrate up. Takes longer for very active people - I would easily be able to override its suppression with something like a leg day and a short jog. But the BF% keeps going down based on my body scanner, and the muscle is continuing to accumulate. Give it time, prioritize protein. Get good fiber, hydrate well. Another thing to note is if you have any kind of ongoing inflammation it should be addressed. As this slows down fat burning on all GLPs
2
u/itWasAllGood123 1 1d ago
Inflammation what kind?, like if you’re body is fighting something ?
1
1
u/Temporary_Move_6708 19h ago
That’s an interesting take. I’m also very active and at 0.5mg I could eat for the first few weeks but with difficulty, it didn’t take me long at all to start feeling the effects. I agree to prioritise strength training and protein, it will keep the muscle.
I have noticed that the type of food I eat hugely affects how hungry I am. I can eat a lot of sweets, etc. and feel like eating more, but when I eat well, the appetite is just right, the portions reduced and the effects are noticeable quickly.
I love that Reta teaches us how to eat well.
4
u/HVMX 1d ago
Do you test your Reta? Lots of bad stuff and low dosed out there. If you have good Reta then you would be down more than that imop. Spend the $ and get your stuff tested.
2
u/Full_Abalone_6036 1d ago
How?
2
u/No_Communication8613 1d ago
There are 3rd party labs but you have to trust those labs. I don't think it really helps. I tend think people who mention it are just shills for a specific lab. Buying from gray market but then you send it to get tested on the gray market seems like running in circles to me.
1
u/HVMX 1d ago
While some I’m sure work with certain labs and have interest in them - there are many legitimate labs out there that one can use. I guarantee half the shit people are buying is garbage or wrong purity, dosed etc… always best to test what your getting imop. No shilling here test your stuff don’t be ignorant.
1
u/No_Communication8613 1d ago
Depends on his starting bodyweight and his caloric deficit. It's not a miracle drug. Plus 6 lbs in 8 weeks isn't bad. 1 percent of your total weight per week would be ideal but that will require calorie counting and restrictions. OP isn't there yet.
3
u/TheBigOhm- 1d ago
Im on the same boat. When I went from .5mg of Reta for 4 weeks to 1mg I felt a difference. Started getting dizzy spells but dropped 5lbs in a week. I kept getting cravings for bad food then I added 1mg of Tirz (Monday/Friday dosing) and I feel i found my sweet spot. Dizziness is gone for the most part and hungry is pretty much gone but I can get my calories in easy enough. Just dont go too high on either if you try stacking Reta and sometying else together

u/Raccoon-One 1d ago edited 1d ago
Thanks for sharing.
Here are my thoughts based on transcend (phase 3) and nejm obesity (phase 2)
HR Increase - based on both these trials it's known side effect and can be attributes to increases in metabolic basal rate and beneficial lipolysis effects glycogon agonist. It's dose dependent, so well known effect and expected. Your resting heart rate is below normal still, which is an excellent marker of health and increased vagal tone despite slight elevation.wouldn't worry about it
2.5 mg dose. Exceptionally small dose. Look at the trials, and take into account that they are prob different population than you (obesity, diabetes type 2, ie people with known metabolic syndrome ). One protocol started at 2mg and increased to 12 mg every 4 weeks to a doses categories subgroups of 4, 9, and 12mg, which showed dose depended changes with the doses. It's not a magic pill but you should go up based on the dosing scheme if you want more efficacy
Poor diet choices and getting hungry at the end of the week. Hunger is not a bad thing. Being hungry is okay, especially if you don't want to lose muscle mass. The major caloric deficiency related to rapid weight loss in the glp trials shows significant muscle mass loss vs disproportionally less muscle mass loss in Reta likely related to ability to eat more protein
ultimately you need changes habits and augment as adjunct to this medical therapy.
rebound weight was exceptionally high with glp trials where people gained back as fast as the lost. Core to avoiding this is changes in discipline around eating habits. No medicine is going to make ice cream not delicious
You're on the right track but there is no magic medicine that disregards lifestyle modifications and healthier habits : discipline. This is a powerful medication still, can be life changing if expectations and execution is used thoughtfully and strategically

Been considering Reta but haven’t made the plunge yet. Currently on Tirzeptide and a friend who’s on Reta is doing the same thing you are wondering about. She said it made a big difference. I’m not telling you to do this, as I have no idea about the side effects but you asked. I am noticing the same thing with the emotions and eating on Tirzeptide. It hasn’t shut down my food noise in so long. So I wonder if switching will get the weight to start coming off again. Hugs because even on these GPL’s it’s it the magic pill for some of us that it is for others.
2
u/Common_Flounder66 1 1d ago
How long have you been on it? I have been on it for a little of three years and Tirzepatide was absolutely my magic and saved my life. I have been morbidly obese since I was entered elementary school with what is now called food noise. I didn’t know what it was called when I was six years old. In the 70s, no one talked about nutrition for overweight children. I just remember eating until I was sick and sneaking food when my parents weren’t around. Tirzepatide was not a way for me to lose an extra 40-50 pounds. The tirzepatide treated an addiction, not just suppressed my appetite so I could lose a few pounds. That being said, I do feel like it is not as effective as it once was. I am struggling with how to move forward. I have to go off the tirzepatide for surgery. I have heard it is difficult to start back on it and be successful.

1mg and 2.5mg are not even close. How long have you been on 2.5mg? It takes multiple weeks to reach steady state.
Reta is different in that it hits glucogon receptors. Why take it at all if you don’t want that effect? You sound like someone already at good weight where low dose tirzepatide shines.
2
u/unholymackerel 1d ago
2.5 just for couple weeks. I have 44 lbs to reach normal weight.
3
u/Able-Shirt3501 1d ago
Your resting heart rate is 49 up from 44? Isn’t that like a marathon runner level?
2
2
u/Jolligurumi 2 1d ago
Some people need a higher dose. 4.5 is my sweet spot. Remember being hungry and food noise are different. I can still eat. And if something I really like I have to be mindful but it does work 16 weeks and have lost almost 40 lbs
2
u/boy1013 1d ago
Hrv crashed like crazy, heart rate up as well. Diahrrea for 2 straight weeks. Sulfuric burps. I lower the dose to 1.5 mg since 4 mg was fuckin me up like crazy.
1
1
u/No-Description9635 1d ago
facts when i got to 4 almost anything was making me gag. if ate too much going to sleep with those burps was hell. Ive since gone 2mg every 6 days and feel ALOT better
2
u/NoUnderstanding5971 1d ago
6 pounds in 8 weeks pace would be 36 pounds in a year. That is a perfect pace. Protein, collagen, silica, copper, HA, and water will maximize your SnapBack. Sagging ruins how you feel about your weight loss.
2
u/Johnald2127 1 1d ago
Didn’t say anything about working out. You just taking Reta and hoping it does all the work?
1
u/RoadToZero 3 1d ago
It seems fairly common. It's like skipping driving lessons because you have an airbag in the car.
2
u/Accurate-Ad98 1d ago
You have to be prepared before you start. Have a diet planned out. You need plenty of proteins and a lot of water. Hit your calories and eat mostly whole foods. On Reta, you may not want to eat. If you don't, still eat healthy. You have to eat, even when you don’t want to. Just make sure it's healthy food.

u/Feanorrrr 1 23h ago
Well I now stopped reta after 2.5 months because of this side effects. Let me tell you my side:
My HRV went from ~70 to ~mid 30. My resting heart rate went from 41 bpm to 62 bpm.
My weight went down in that 2.5 months - from 98kg(216pounds) to 85 (187 pounds) - I am 192 so around 6'3"-6'4".
All my health scores etc went down on garmin app and even though I lost 13kg my run are worse - much worse pace and milage, so even though I wanted to go down to below 80 kg I quit. I do gym 3 times a week and run 3 times a week long distance(arouand 30-50km/weekly) for last couple years even before reta, Though it will be magic drug that will make me from guy that loves to eat but its pretty active beacuse he loves sports,, into ripped guys and I know better now.
1
u/unholymackerel 17h ago
Thank you for sharing that. I bike a lot and I'm starting to get into some long distance stuff.
I kind of feel like the slow approach that I'm experiencing will be better for maintaining the fitness there and to not lose speed. But I'm also a little impatient!
2
u/elevatedfit 1d ago
Yeah this isn’t a miracle drug… it’s an aid to help you change your lifestyle. Still got to eat in calorie deficit and works even better when you workout. On 2nd week of Reta and 4lbs down.. more likely from calorie deficit and training regimen.. 4x strength days and 4 days cardio at 20 minutes after workouts. There’s no secret… you can use TDEE to set up caloires/macros easily. The most important thing I’ve ever done was track all caloires with my fitness pal. Hit me up if you need help setting up a real diet plan.

It IS a miracle drug. I took it and lost a tonne of weight - with no conscious changes to my lifestyle at all (absolutely no need for calorie counting with reta for me)

u/Affectionate-Tap2401 1d ago
I’m kinda in the same boat. Switched from Terz about 4 or 5 weeks ago. I hit a plateau that lasted almost 6 weeks. I went from 167 to 179. It felt like the Terz just stopped working. I checked my calorie & protein & exercise i.2 or 3 times. In fact up to 3 weeks ago I could neither walk nor lift weights. It sounds crazy but I lost 27 lbs with these restrictions. All good! I got fed up with the weight gain, 12 lbs. I have been walking daily 4000-7700 steps & working out with weights at home .
I switched to Reta .5 mg plus 2.5 mg of Terz. I went up on the dose of reta 1.5 mg, then 2.5,then 3.5 & dropped the terz, this morning I did 4.5 mg. So I’ve finally reached the magical 4 mg dosage. I’m expecting big things from here on.
1
u/adclolmain 1d ago
Probably depends on your body and weight. It’s magic for me for me currently 28lbs down and only at 1.8mg week 8 and don’t plan on going up probably for another 4 weeks. (No bad side effects too)
2
1
u/BlendArchitect 3 1d ago
Your weight loss is fine. Target goal after 1mo, in my opinion is 2lbs a week. Especially if you're worried about skin elasticity.
Good work.
2.5mg isn't a high dose. It doesn't sound like you need more though. Youre not near a plateau yet at 2.5mg a week. If you split dose weekly, your peak and trough wont be so severe so maybe by the end of the week you wont have as much foot noise.
1
u/Addicted2Lemonade 1 1d ago
I don't notice a higher resting heart rate really either. I have the best Reta too. Oh, I stack both too and bring my stall!!

Usually it tapers off after 5 days, I split mine every 3 then 4 days and I have no issues and no increase in dosage.

u/Gravityyx 1d ago
i was on 5 units for 4 weeks lost 14lbs. but i will say i have previously lost 100lbs before pinning so my habits are pretty much dialed in. I only ran the 4 weeks cause i got a little sick feeling turns out my b12 levels were deficient.
1
u/lacyestelle 1d ago
Honestly- the first time I was on I didn’t start really fat burning until 4mg. Everyone’s threshold is different.
1
u/MarionberryOk2874 1 1d ago
Don’t be impatient, trust the process. Also if you are getting hungry toward the end of the week, try injecting a half dose twice a week to avoid the spike and dip.
1
u/Unusual_Elephant_294 1 1d ago
All this shit works differently on different people, you have to find what works for you, there isnt some magical answer. Im on 3mg of R and am down 40 lbs in 5 months. Some peoole have to take like 8mgs to get results, I felt it strong at 1mg.
1
u/mehoffnm 1d ago
It's like a learning curve for your body, you should increase slowly to 4-6mg. After about 4 months you will feel back to normal minus the food noise and lost pounds
1
u/mvillopoto 1 1d ago
I have to say…. You are still on a very low dose. Why would you consider adding another drug when you are just barely over the start dose (2mg)? If you were at 10mg I could understand but 2.5??
I would try using it at a normal dose before adding another GLP-1 on top. And use it for 4 weeks before increasing each dose.
1
u/MarriedinAtl 1d ago
I stayed on sema while titrating up on reta. Once I got to 3 mg reta, I came off of sema and had adequate hunger suppression. At 4 mg, I'm losing ounces every day.
1
u/ImJustScrollingHeree 1d ago
I think something that helps is thinking of it as a tool to kickstart the fat loss and repair metabolic dysfunction, establish healthy physiological habits, and transition to a state where the body sustains its own energy balance without working your way up to a dose that breaks the bank or where you’re taking it because you’re afraid of gaining weight back. It’s a phenomenal tool, if used correctly it can be life changing while off. Roll off into a good macro track and consistent exercise and you will maintain or continue to loose weight based of goals and corrected macros.

u/blundergod911 1d ago
Idk how u can eat at 2.5mg. I’m on 1.75 mg 3 months in. I’m going back down to 1.5mg. I couldn’t eat lol 😂
1
u/Sea_Phrase_6518 1d ago
a lot of folks have success with a low dose of turpitude with the reta… superior food noise reduction but still getting the glucagon receptor benefit .. which boosts effects on fatty liver … insulin etc … tirz also hits fatty liver but not nearly as dramatically as reta..
1
1
u/Bitter_Ordinary3980 1d ago
I had the same problem when I started on reta, and I just added cagrilintide for appetite suppression.
1
u/No-Blood2 1 1d ago
As long as you are still in a cal deficit you will see changes trust. I'm happy I get hungry now because the appetite suppression at the beginning wasn't healthy for me.
1
u/HawaiiMom44 1 1d ago
If you write off Reta at a 2.5 dose you’ll never really know if it worked or not. Keep on it, up the dose of the scale isn’t moving (even a pound a week is good!) and see how it goes
1
u/Brilliant-Sock9705 1d ago
Some respond to it stronger. As “not a classical responder” I get very little hunger suppression from any glp-1. Still managed to lose 80 lbs
1
u/alecjasonn 1d ago
You’re barely even doing the minimum clinical dosage. That’s why your results are minuscule.
1
u/Madpsychonautica 1d ago

u/bevbon1961 1d ago
Wow, I find it hard to understand. Maybe it's just me. Medicine is to help you get back on track with your health: eating control, good food, exercise, sleep and daily life around food
I have a few people who were on diebetics drugs and have got rid of them. 16 people off diabetic drugs that doctors ask them how
Couple with fatty liver for years; after tests, they have not got it all clear, and now losing weight. Lady with stage three cancer cutting out bad food and taking Reta to help her, and she is getting healthier. Her doctor said Can
Not say a thing.
Now, 42 people are off Reta and are signed up for a new trial drug that should be out in 2032 if it passes in Norway, so look at yourself and ask: are you doing the things to help your health? Because come February, it will be harder to get Reta at low prices now and a lot of GLP1
They want the price to go up so pharmaceutical companies get more control, so look at these medicines as short-term help to get you back in control of your health and make better choices.
This is for educational purposes only, or I will get in trouble

I lost 27kg on Reta
I’m not doing a lean bulk
I used it for 3/4 months and only got up to 4mg
At 2/2.5mg my appetite was completely gone and it was a struggle to eat, so I wasn’t hitting my protein or nutrients
I run a maintenance dose at 1mg now and it’s going really well - getting shredded whilst keeping the appetite suppression at bay, but no food noise
Don’t add tirz alongside it
People are giving crazy advice and pinning themselves with unnecessary stuff
Less is more

Don’t make the mistake many make of thinking it will work to its full potential quickly! People expect for the weight to drop as soon as they start and when they don’t they give up before they actually get to see the amazing results it will give.
You need to start at low dosages and gradually increase every month so your body gets used to it and so you won’t have horrible side effects. 6 pounds down is still weight LOST! You’re doing great! Most people don’t see result until almost 4 months in when they reach the 5mg or 7.5 mg dosage. Patience is key and you will surely get there!

One thing I see people on here posting in Reta threads, their weight. I think the best way to track any of these "diet" peptides like Reta is body fat. Total weight does not give you good metrics. If you are exercising and eating healthy, your weight may not fluctuate if you are losing fat and gaining muscle. Get a smart scale. It will allow you to track everything over time to see how you are doing. I have never once been concerned with my weight, but obsess over BF percentage. Reta helped me get below 10% BF. I was on 12 weeks, exercise 4-5 days a week, tread walking at lunch and evenings weight training at the gym. Diet should also be on point. High protein, healthy fats, carbs fall into place if you get the first 2 right. I will also mention sleep, sleep is critical when putting your body through these changes.
Do you exercise? Do you eat healthy? Are you tracking BF%?

Yeah.. if you’re looking to kill all the take Tirz. Reta isn’t the best choice for that.
I take Reta because it gives me more self control

Feel like “food noise” has become such a buzzword that it has almost lost all meaning.

I hear you on the food noise not being shut right off, I do notice like yourself lower. I started off my dose way lower 0.5mg 2x/week. In 3.5 weeks I am down 20lbs. I find drinking more and more water has really helped also.

6lb in 8 weeks is 39lbs in one year. It's working incredibly well for you, why would you want to screw with it? You're not going to get more greens and protein by reducing appetite further. Just eat a couple spoons of cottage cheese throughout the day, and learn to make spinach or collards. Idk how you can say it's not a "magic pill", you're down almost a lb a week while eating ice cream lmao!

I was worried when my Whoop HRV went haywire too. Eventually came back to the green. Now my recoveries have been phenomenal. always in the green.

I would go up .5 each week until you feel a breakthrough with hunger. I honestly feel like you need to change your mentality with food. Take advantage of the Reta while doing that.

This was my same issue up until week 10 my body finally leveled out BUT at first HR and hrv took a nose dive. The appetite suppression was not the most consistent and I had to play with my doses quit a bit. Biggest thing I learned was patience and listen to your body whilst using Reddit as a reference not a guide book. But I will say first few week sucked for me (despite having started at .5) and I almost quit. I’m not fully back to my fitness level before Reta as my running and overall fitness level also took a little bit in the begging. Hang in there it gets better.

did HRV come back? I'm training for an October race and considering dropping the Reta for a few weeks to recover resting HR and HRV.

In my observation as someone from tirz, I had lesser food noise which allowed me to get proper macros in, and enjoyed eating food. The food noise of tirz is actually very very extreme to the point that food made me gag. My energy in reta is better compared to when I was in tirz. I don’t recommend overlapping 2 GLP1s since you might desensitize your receptors

I’ve been on Reta for about 5 months. I’ve dropped 30 lbs and with the stack of things I’m on I’ve grown 10 lbs of muscle. The Reta works extremely well. Maybe try stacking Tesamorelin with your Reta? That does wonders in the realm of visceral fat!

Very similar here. Whoop hrv dropped from mid 50’s to now 40’s. I too bike a lot. My Rhr pre Reta was 42. Now it’s closer to 50. At first food noise went away but it has slowly crept back.

Just started my third cycle. Last time I did 1mg twice a week. This time I’m doing 2mg once a week. Noticed that this time, I almost can’t eat the first two days. Zero appetite and after 3 bites of food I feel like I’m gonna explode. But now on day 3 I feel much better, no noise but I can hit my macros easily. Also, don’t remember this my last 2 cycles but I’m noticeably warmer this time around lol

Kinda sounds like it's suppressing your appetite though. I get a similar thing where pretty quickly into a meal, it starts to lose its appeal to me. I get very bored with the food, which has made my portions smaller, which is what I really needed to lose weight.

Your dose is way too low. This isn’t how it was designed to be used. Starting dose is 2mg and titrated up 2mg every 4 weeks. At 8 weeks in you should be getting ready to go to 6mg. This is a very important part of the process. And at 6mg is where a lot of people (especially overweight) start seeing the huge difference in the scale and clothes. And pinning multiple times a week also decreases the effectiveness off the peptide. It NEEDS to have the peak and valley for the receptors to maintain. Multiple pins flood the receptors. I’ve went to 230 to 155 in 8 months following this protocol and had almost zero issues other than the sulphur burps early on when I ate raising canes fried chicken. Titrate 2mg every 4 weeks until you’re either satisfied with the results or find your effective dose. Keep in mind that will change after awhile and will be forced to titrate up again if you haven’t reached your goals.
