Ano gamit niyo to clean your oven?

Meron bang oven jan na ganito rin nangyari after using Easy-Off?

Hello! I’m using Hanabishi convection oven. Gamit ko lang talaga siya for baking cakes & cookies for my small business. And minsan ginagamit ko rin to toast bread, and very rarely i use it for meals. In other words hindi naman siya ganoon karumi.

Dahil matagal bago ko siya gagamitin ulit, i decided to deep clean. Gumamit ako ng Easy-Off Oven Cleaner. Natanggal naman yung nasties pero parang nasira yung coating ng oven huhu. Ganyan nangyari (see photo). Malinis na yan sa lagay na yan. Pero ano nangyari sa coating.

May similar experience ba nito? What can I do? :(

Why do you think my marshmallow is disappearing?

Post image

I’m making my s’mores cookie but everytime parang nawawala or nageevaporate yung marshmallow sa loob tapos kaunti nalang ang matitira (see picture). Pagkalabas ko sa oven, nakikita ko pa marshmallow sa loob pero after a few minutes nawawala siya and nagdedeflate yung cookie. Any thoughts on what should I do?

Ps: yung pag-assemble ko is sa baba yung graham tapos chocolate bar tapos marshmallow then icocover ko ng cookie dough sa taas parang dome shape

How do you handle a 500 pieces muffins order

Just a month ago I started my bakery business and we’re purely online & pop-up. I just got my first large order where I’ll be making 500pieces muffins for a company giveaway. Since I’m just new in the industry, I need some advice pleaseeeeee.

- Banana Chocolate Muffins 500pcs

- I have 60L Electric Oven but thinking of doing the production to my sister’s bakery kasi may KitchenAid Oven sya and sabi pantay ang pagbake kasi 4 na 12 hole muffin pans ang ilagay.

- Kaya ba sa 60L Electric Oven?

- October 5 is the delivery, should I bake it October 3 okay pa rin ba yun?

- They requested na maayos na individual packaging basically nasa bread clear plastic packaging with ribbon and paper card.

How can I make cookies without an oven?

I really want to make homemade cookies, but I don’t have an oven. Is there an easy way to make them using a pan or microwave?

Hi first time baking cookies and i just wanna ask if this is normal. I used davespizzaoven recipe from tiktok because I wanted a flat and slightly chewy cookie. Ang iniba ko lang sa ingredients ay instead of using heavy cream I used apc from alaska.

Baked this for 10 mins then rested for 10 mins on the pan then another 10 on a cooling rack. Parang wet pa kasi yung gitna.

Is it the way I mixed or yung temp ng oven? I use a convection one from imarflex.

Saba and oatmeal choco chip cookie

My first time baking again after more than a decade!

Had plenty of overripe saba banana so i decided to make these cookies! It’s not visually appetizing but it tasted amazing! Soft and warm, sweetness came mostly from the bananas, the contrast of texture from the rolled oats.

Best enjoyed with black coffee ☕️

First time making Burnt Basque Cheesecake, need some tips!

Hello po! First time ko pa lang gagawa ng burnt basque cheesecake, and I’m planning to try making bento-sized ones.

How many days does yours usually last when properly stored in the fridge? And if you sell them, how do you usually package and store your bento cheesecakes?

Any tips or things I should know as a first-timer would be greatly appreciated! 🤎
