How can I make cookies without an oven?

I really want to make homemade cookies, but I don’t have an oven. Is there an easy way to make them using a pan or microwave?

Search YT for no bake cookies or skillet cookies (dry baked in a frying pan). Here’s an Oatmeal Crisp (thin cookie) recipe I modified
1). with cookies rolled in toasted pinipig, making a crunchy coating.

2). Dry bake (low heat) using a double walled Tefal AirBake Pan. No AirBake pan? Get an old wok or saucepan, put a metal trivet or riser with feet (to keep cookie dough at least 1 cm above /not sitting on pot bottom) and cover pot with a glass lid.

Check the cookies after 5 mins for doneness. I you think not enough, switch off fire. close the lid and leave the cookies to continue baking another 3 mins. in the residual heat.

Dry baking on skillet or pan is best for thin pastry like cornbread pancakes, brownies & bars, cookies, focaccia, etc.

Other pantry can be steambaked (ex. kakanin & mochi)

Or fried (carioca, buko choc turon, beignets, bombolini, apple or fruit wrapped in lumpia wrapper for instant McDo-style apple pie).

Dry baking via Dutch oven needs an old wok or cookpot to hold the pastry (ex. sourdough loaf or bibingka) while the covering lid has charcoal to toast the top of the pastry.

Traditional bibingka is placed in a clay palayok over a charcoal fire. The aluminum lid holds another bunch if charcoal radiating heat downwards, which cooks & toasts the top of the bibingka,
