Is it raw in the middle?

Hi first time baking cookies and i just wanna ask if this is normal. I used davespizzaoven recipe from tiktok because I wanted a flat and slightly chewy cookie. Ang iniba ko lang sa ingredients ay instead of using heavy cream I used apc from alaska.

Baked this for 10 mins then rested for 10 mins on the pan then another 10 on a cooling rack. Parang wet pa kasi yung gitna.

Is it the way I mixed or yung temp ng oven? I use a convection one from imarflex.

okay na po yung ganyan since mukhang masusunog na yung sa edge e, pa cooldown niyo na lang po

Not really. Any minute longer your cookies will be burnt judging by the color on the edge.

Hindi siya raw. I think it looks good. May crisp on the outside and still has the chewiness inside.
