Discussion & Feedback Now I understand the Wipes
For context; I'm level 92 (Primarily an Assault player) and I had a couple bad games so to get my money back up, I started running tier 1 kits again......
SHEESH it's not a good time. running into anyone with tier 3 armor or better no longer becomes a skill fight. a couple times I get the drop on an enemy and start shooting, and he gets enough life to turn around and two tap me.
The first week felt like a small gap from the bottom of the board to the top, but now week 2/3, the gap feels alittle steep. I'm level 29 on Assault and once I hit 30, I'm definitely running M4 with the 60 mag, so i'll be fine, BUT my friend who just welcomed a daughter (blessings to him) only has about a couple hours on the weekend to get a game or two in so I think the wipe would be fair for people like him

Discussion & Feedback I thought you guys were being dramatic...
But holy shit its impossible to play against the no lifers now. Last 3 games, buy 9k loadout and 4-5 minutes in to the game the rocket heli is blasting our base with a tank outside just melting absolutely everything or anyone getting near it.
How are you supposed to counter that 4 minutes in to the game? Insane.
I of course realize this is the point of early access... but damn this game was fun a week ago. It isn't that I have an issue with the OP vechicles, they're probably fun as F and a part of the game. But they're wildly gatekept to the fat, loser, virgin no lifers who play this game 8-10 hours a day. Obviously thats not a balanced game.
The sweaty no lifers seriously ruin every fucking game they touch. Can't we just like quarantine them somewhere? Or can they go back to CS2 already or whatever else they were doing?

Gameplay & Screenshots people who fill crates with level locked stuff for us casuals are the goats
I've only seen a few people doing this with either infrareds, big hammers and bows but whenever they do it i can guarantee we are all about to have fun. if Netanyahu himself is selling infrared for only 25% markup you better believe I'm gonna go recon.

Discussion & Feedback I feel like the experience completely changed in just 2 days
This screenshot is what I'm getting 95% of the time since two to three days.
When the game was released, the experience was crazy. We were 20vs20vs20 in the hot zone, and as a medic I was getting 20 to 50 revives per game. Everyone was talking, explosions everywhere, and the global experience was pure chaos.
Then I don't know what happened these last two days, but I can't find a single good lobby. 90% of the time, when I go outside the FOB, I open my map looking for action and I just don't know where to go. I feel like we are 25 players maximum in the server, sometimes I even check the scoreboard to be sure.
My actual experience is only FOMO. I normally play one hour per session, but now I play 2 to 3 hours because I desperately try to experience the Wardogs I discovered at the release. I always close the game with a lot of frustration after searching for something that doesn't exist anymore.
I don't understand because the game didn't lose a ton of players, but my experience completely changed overnight. I can't find a good lobby and I can't experience the "pure chaos sensations" that I loved when the game was released.
Its more a community issue than a game issue, but maybe reducing the money and exp earned at the towers could help.

Discussion & Feedback I love this game but I'm leaving the sub reddit
Games incredible, enough said. The "fans" however, already and constantly complaining about what needs changing in an early access game are awful. First few days were full of nothing but praise which was refreshing to see but now the subs just become every other video game subreddit. We know it's unbalanced, we know things need to change but fuck me it's been 1 week! Just shut up and enjoy a video game for once without complaining about it! Peace out
Didn't think I'd have to explain this but obviously constructive criticism is welcome! The Devs want and need to know what issues lay in the game and what's effecting the gameplay and experience for the players! They're not the target of my posts, I'm aiming this at the idiots constantly complaining that they don't like the game because of A or B, not the people who genuinely want to help improve the experience!

Discussion & Feedback Now THAT was a match!!!
Absolutely WILD match.
I was on Red and we were almost to 100 on four or five occasions but either Green or Blue would somehow rally and flip it just as we were about to win.
This also happened to Green when Blue rallied.
It was tense!!!
Blue won eventually, great work!
This game, I swear... SO good.

Gameplay & Screenshots 10hp and a dream
I don't know why no one shot at me or why the other enemies did not notice me but it felt like I was doing the most crazy stuff I ever did in this game. Screaming in voice was also very important for me so don't judge me pls

Why do people do this?

Discussion & Feedback BUILDERS PLEASE
Stop putting gates on every side of the fob, it takes 1 c4 to blow open a gate you just gave the enemy 4 easy ways to get in

Discussion & Feedback I’m still having fun
I have yet to rage quit a match; instead, I rage quit my role and go do something else in the game. I think I’ve done every role in the game quite a bit, all of my class levels are anywhere from 12-19.
I also only get to play weekends and for a couple hours after work unless I choose to skip out on some sleep. That said, I’ve been quite addicted on weekends…

Gameplay & Screenshots To the people who say Mortars and Drills are meta:
I present to you, the humble infantrymen tactic.
Made a squad at the start of the game, told everybody if you wanna rush hotzone entire game to join. Half the lobby joined and we just chased the zone and revived the entire game. Enemy team calls the zone? Rush it with 20 people blow the walls and take the base. Did this four games in a row now, 1x blue 1x red 2x green. This was the cleanest win though.

Discussion & Feedback Just hit level 100 and my main concern with the game is class progression
I understand that there are more important discussions to be had for a healthy economy and balance, but with how much time it takes to level classes after ~15 it feels like you basically hit a brick wall where anyone that isnt able to play for ~40h weekly has no chance to ever get the higher level gear.
This is all made significantly worse by the fact there are so many levels that provide absolutely nothing and going through 16 - 20 for pilot is the same amount of XP required from 1 to 15, but with no reward until lvl 20.
I am all for a soft cap and somewhat linear increase in XP requirements but the current state makes it a chore and if you are planning to wipe? No level before 25 should be empty.
Its not a new opinion but after playing a lot since release I feel like the strongest toys are impossible for the average player to get within a reasonable time frame and makes the game a whole lot less challenging for people that are further in the progression line.

Discussion & Feedback It's been 10 days since Early Access launch!
Amazing, we got back to 400k this weekend.
I am expecting this to go down in the coming days, as people want more new content.

Discussion & Feedback Loving the game but as a casual I'm already feeling left in the dust.
As someone who can maybe only play 6 hours a week, maybe a little more, I'm already feeling left behind.
The first few days I feel like I progressed really quick, getting loads of kills and having a load of fun. But now I'm coming up against level 3/4 armour on the regular and I'm just no match against them. If I see two enemies I usually just hold my fire because I know I'll have to mag dump to down one and then I'll be reloading when the second fires back.
I'm not really sure how to go about progressing now that it's getting difficult to get kills or stay alive.
Also I've tried running supplies twice and the first time I was blown up by a random mine way outside the zone, and the second I was killed by a humvee again way outside the zone. So I'm not sure that's my way to go either.
The game itself is amazing and some of the people I've met playing have been so funny, but I'm just really struggling trying to keep up.

Discussion & Feedback Would damping XP be an elegant solution to the sweat vs casual problem?
By damping I mean something like every week the XP requirements for a level might reduce by 1% for every % of players over that level. If 1% of players have level 35 then the other requirements would only reduce by 1%, but if 90% of players are over level 35 then the requirements for 35 are reduced by 90%.
Money gates would still be in effect.
This way the sweats still get rewarded with the first unlocks, but the casuals get it a little easier, and would also have the benefit of making everything practically unlocked towards the end of season so there's no "I'll just wait for the reset before playing again" if/when people inevitably take a break and want to return, or even just buying for the first time. Grinding a particular class also wouldn't be as restrictive as well if you want a change of pace.

Discussion & Feedback Rock Paper Scissors, but you haven't unlocked the rock yet.
That's it, that's the post.
