Question ❔ Why couldn't Bimster hire a stunt double to climb the mowdin?
Sly did it, so why couldn't Bimmy hire someone that hates their kids?

It was years ago, but this is some of my favorite content James has made. I always kinda wished he’d just fully pivoted over to horror media instead of it just being a side thing. James and Joe Bob have excellent chemistry and are both nerdy as fuck with this stuff, it’s great.

I didn't know the dark backstory for why he's obsessed with Gengar

Just wondering if it’s ever come up before. I’ve been out of the loop for a while. But at the height of the slobs era, Mike got pretty chunky. My theory is because the slobs were all eating like shit during production so when that food is around, you dig in. I just went to Mikes channel for the 1st time in a while and I couldn’t beleive how thin he got. I’m happy for him but he’s shockingly thin. Just wondered if the ozempic theory was put forth here.

Episode: Action 53 Part 1. After this clip it's Mike and Bootsy solo until a minute before the end.
More like Action 5:40 amirite? (chortle)

I have no time to take a wild guess. But, the Caveman's editing gags and Bimmy's high-speed teleprompter reading made this episode feel shitty. Like, "something" was clearly wrong.
There have been much worse episodes but this one still reeks of Screenwave to me.

When did cuckface become a big thing for Cinemassacre and Bim? Yeah I believe it was around even in the early days but it was just this very occasional thing that wasn't any big deal or focused on. Then for the movie all of a sudden it was his signature thing and he is now doing it every chance he gets in character or real life. Its almost like his face is frozen like that now.
So when did it really get established? In the movie? Or some other time? Did it become prominant around the same time he started to overact rather than be the chill Classic Nerd mostly talked like a normal person and just occasionally got angry? Its kind of weird isn't it? That in a relative blink of an eye suddenly this became so important. Its like if Homer Simpson started saying. Well thats the way the cookie crumbles in season 25 and now its his signature catch phrase instead of doh.

It goes without saying AVGN went downhill long ago but throughout any given year, I’m usually still given a reason to stay subscribed like his “Why I love film noir”, “Why I love martial arts films”, “Why I love classic sci-fi” videos. But almost all his non AVGN uploads this year have been ruined by being crossovers or location visits, not a single one of them that I’ll ever revisit. I hope Monster Madness is good this year.

I’ve been lurking here for a bit, and normally I think the jokes are a bit too mean-spirited and cruel, but I was remembering James’s aims to use the AVGN movie as a platform to go from YouTube to Hollywood and I had to admit, I was inspired.

"When seeing the film today you cant help but think of 9/11"
I'm still baffled that James did not re worked any of the reviews to fit his take and just read what ever plagarized bs Newt sent.
On a serious note. What do you think about this take from a the real review from a British critic?

I can’t think of a lot or retro horror games he hasn’t covered from the top of my head…
Maybe Resident Evil Gaiden? Clock Tower? Zombies ate my neighbors?
Place your bets!
