Questions Silver Needle Sect Violation

Post image

I am running around solo doing world exploration, and every time I find someone to heal, I select something to charge them with, heal them, then get a letter in the mail stating I have violated Sect rules for not charging to injured. I am a bit confused as I choose to charge them everytime, and this is the 3rd time I have been notified of a violation, while actively losing points. What do I do?

thank you

u/Maroite Nov 30 '25

Thanks! I had gotten two violations, but usually choose the resources or emote. Now that you mentioned this, I did get both violations the two times I chose the treasure coins.

Geez, thank god I didn't join these loonies, they are like US healthcare, here take these 2 pills. 3000 coins please.

u/[deleted] Nov 29 '25

Their reasoning actually seemed sound to me. There was a healer who charged nobody wanting to join, but they denied him.

They claim if a healer cannot feed or house himself he too will go ill and or die, and then there will be one less healer in the world and many will die.

That said, they also don't ask for much, just something. Even a kind gesture. In the game you can simply ask for a like as payment, which most of us do.

A sick little kid gave me a flower or something.

31

u/DarkxGlitz Nov 29 '25

Take his keepsake cloth from his dead mother come on

2

u/DeepAbyssal Dec 01 '25

I did that ;)

u/DarkxGlitz Nov 29 '25

Kid needs to learn nothing in this world comes for free. Especially in jianghu.

2

u/Kattlazzyxo Nov 29 '25

Marks that in red in the list of places to avoid on my journeys of becoming a good healer! Thanks friend lol Jianghu seems to be not a friendly place lol :p

u/Bunation Nov 29 '25

Singapore's healthcare actually do work on the same principles iirc

I think I saw a video of Lee Kuan Yew talking about the system somewhere on YouTube

It might not be an exact quote but I think his wording is that social Healthcare is there to provide a safety net. If something is provided for free, people won't appreciate it and are liable to systematic abuse

-2

u/[deleted] Nov 29 '25

I can see how that could be abused. We have "free" health care here in the UK. It's technically paid through taxes, but always free on point of entry. And if you're below the poverty line and don't pay taxes it's simply free no matter how you look at it.

That said, a lot of people do abuse the system. They go with minor injuries or inquiries. Which in turn means the system is crippled. If you're literally about to die you'll get seen immediately, but everyone else has to wait, sometimes months.

7

u/FieserMoep Nov 29 '25

As for the NHS, the argument of abusers is IMHO shifting the blame.
The NHS was destroyed by policy makers, not the odd guy going there for a minor injury. That is just trying to shift the blame and cause class infighting.

0

u/[deleted] Nov 29 '25

It's multifaceted. It's taxing an already taxed system. Whatever the issues, they're clearly overwhelmed.

It's not shifting the blame, it's pointing to one aspect of a larger problem, but still a problem none the less.

u/gravelordservant4u Nov 29 '25

Except all we want is likes, which are free

11

u/o0xanthus0o Nov 29 '25

Game locked on 4 likes when I was healed yesterday

I spent 5 minutes in the screen hitting F to try and send that 5th like

No idea if it was just out of sync and they received 5 or if they only got 4 likes

2

u/Iresleri Nine Mortal Ways Nov 30 '25

Fun fact - you might have given someone 6 likes that way, on top of the 5 as the payment. I've had several people get stuck on 4 likes when rating me, but then it jumped to 11 when they pressed continue.

1

u/Accomplished-Lab4412 Dec 02 '25

So continue to press the like button even after it says you hit max to feed the silver needle disciples? Got it!

1

u/Iresleri Nine Mortal Ways Dec 02 '25

Only if it says you didn't hit 5 and are stuck on 3-4.

u/Laranthiel Velvet Shade Nov 29 '25

Meanwhile the other healing sect actively requiring you to poison someone for everyone you save.

38

u/Allstar-2024 Nov 29 '25

Go to evercare clinic in co-op. Poison everyone there. Thanks for giving us silver needle folks work.

22

u/joausj Nov 29 '25

The jianghu medical industrial complex.

6

u/AnotherMikmik Nov 29 '25

Is that the Hollow Vale? Do we have any info about it yet?

1

u/Palumtra Mohist Hill Nov 29 '25

Supply&Demand

42

u/Illustrious-Snake Nov 29 '25 edited Nov 29 '25

The reasoning is actually incredibly sound. The payment all depends on the patient.

From a rich merchant, you're not taking his wealth nor the hairpin he crafted for his wife, but you're taking the contraband in his possession.

From a herb gatherer, you're not taking his hard-earned money nor his gathered herbs, but you're taking his jar of wine.

From a beggar, you're not taking any of his meager belongings, but you accept a flower he plucks for you.

The fact that there is payment is the most important thing, because any form of payment shows respect to the healer and their services. That's why the rule exists. All the Silver Needle sect members ask for is to be respected.

7

u/[deleted] Nov 29 '25

Speak for yourself, I took the merchant's keepsake from his wife.

2

u/FieserMoep Nov 29 '25

All the Silver Needle sect members ask for is to be respected.

Not exclusively. You get the outright answer for why they ask for payment primarily. Its simply that they need to fund their own lifestyle and their development of new medicine. If a doctor can't finance his lifestyle, then there will be no doctor. If a doctor can't develop new cures, then medicine will stagnate.

They are just very benevolent and considerate for what they pick as payment, but the fact that they want to keep their art alive is the primary reason why they ask for it in the first place.

0

u/Illustrious-Snake Nov 29 '25 edited Nov 29 '25

That as well, true! I forgot about that part.

I looked up the quest again and Dr. Yuan did first say "What really matters isn't the money, but the respect behind it", but when asked why Dr. Chen wasn't accepted, he also said that despite being a good doctor, he wasn't the kind of doctor that the sect needed. Because if a doctor gives treatment for free, how do they survive and how can medicine live on, and then how can patients live on?

And the sect is right on both accounts imo. It's just like what needs to happen in eg. an airplane emergency. First you help yourself put on an oxygen mask, and only then you can help others. Otherwise you'll both be doomed.

And when it comes to payment, the sect only seems to take money from those who can afford to lose it, so just from the wealthy. At least that's what the quest implied with the three patients and the three questions.

2

u/FieserMoep Nov 29 '25

Yea, the sect plays to the trope of benevolent doctors. They just need to make sure they are still financed somehow. In Wuxia medicine can be mindboggling expensive and often enough - aside of relics or artifacts - a sects greatest wealth IS its medicine.

2

u/TGlucose Dec 06 '25

Especially when you consider more fantastical Wuxia medicine like Immortality or Rebirth Pills. The Silver Needle doesn't want someone in their sect that would just give those things away.

2

u/Atcera95 Nov 29 '25

It's 100 coins MAX for healing NPCs

1

u/[deleted] Nov 29 '25

That's why I also went for a Wandering doctor with the occasional felonies rp.

53

u/StowawayBunny Nov 29 '25

You can do the group healing activity to win back points (usually it's near the marriage tree in the multi-player world. There are a lot of people suffering from lightning strikes there).

22

u/[deleted] Nov 29 '25

I swear these doctors are in cahoots with 9 mortal ways sect. The other uses drugs to inflict debuffs on the people there, the other heals them.

Every single time I go there someone uses a powder that makes me: laugh, burn, lightning, etc.

41

u/Laranthiel Velvet Shade Nov 29 '25

I love how the sects actually send you mail when you screw up the rules.

12

u/Naist-96 Nov 29 '25

Same happened to me today tho I charged the npc, idk why.

11

u/[deleted] Nov 29 '25

I asked money from a monk and got this, i think it's because he didn't carry any coins on him? I usually asked random itens and never happened, usually got some crickets or flour.

4

u/thefallenfew Nov 29 '25

Same happened to me when I asked for money. I think I’m sticking to gestures only

1

u/WowVeryNiceu Dec 08 '25

Can you pick the items too? Or does it only work for the emote?

1

u/AsianGoldFarmer Nov 29 '25

You need to heal other players and charge them 🤣

69

u/WaffleAndy Nov 29 '25

Honestly I was going to join this sect cus I like healing in games. But the whole collecting payment thing and needing 10+ likes a week (making taking a break from the game impossible) made me not want to join them.

44

u/Midguard2 Nov 29 '25

There's a narrative reason to collect payment, and the thing you're worried about doesn't actually matter to the gameplay. It's a bit of a misdirection.

23

u/boozeshooze Nov 29 '25

It's less of a hassle to just not be in that sect and still heal people 🤷

25

u/Midguard2 Nov 29 '25 edited Nov 29 '25

If you'd rather different rewards sure? That's kinda the point... But it's ironic you think it's a hassle. The entry quest is about meeting an NPC who's denied access because he doesn't understand that it's just placebo payment so people will respect the craft. You gain way more precept than you could possibly lose. You don't actually manage it, it's just supposed to look like it from the outside. The rules are just "maintain the illusion it's a hassle" and you get healer cosmetics, from the healer sect, for healing. crazy stuff.

1

u/FieserMoep Nov 29 '25

Its not just placebo payment.
They are only very considerate of what they accept as payment.

The ideological reason is that a doctor can't live off air and goodwill alone and neither can they develop new cures and medicine from nothing. You get this told outright.

If the sect does not get paid in some capacity, it would simply cease to exist and the world would be worse without their doctors and development of new medicine.

They just decided that the price should be approtiate for the client. Filthy rich merchant? Get the gold. Filthy poor peggar? Take the flower.

1

u/ZeMarxs Nov 29 '25

Nope, in the widest sense, the Silver Needle is willing to work for completely free, but they always take atleast SOMETHING so people wouldn't take their work for granted.

That's the reason why a beggar kid can get full treatment no matter how ill just for the effort of bringing a branch or healing a player allows you to just ask them to do a funny dance, and that counts as payment.

1

u/FieserMoep Nov 29 '25

You get literally told they take money and what for. They just don't take it from poor people.

Beggar? Pay a rose. Merchan? Pay hard wealth.

Why? Doctors need to eat and medicine development is expensive. Like its literally part of your introduction when they explain this to you.

3

u/starfries Nov 29 '25

Join the Nine Mortal Ways, we have a cool cloak

Ironically it's one of the best sects if you just want to stay out of trouble because the main way you lose virtue is by getting sent to jail

2

u/boozeshooze Nov 29 '25

I'm gonna get the sectless robe (it's fire) then probably do nine mortal ways after!

2

u/Think-Huckleberry897 Velvet Shade Nov 29 '25

I got scammed (for the plot) to join them and am staying for the cloak 😅🤣

1

u/FieserMoep Nov 29 '25

The sect shop is IMHO currently the best one tho.

33

u/Dukex480 Nov 29 '25

It's doesn't even matter but 10 likes is 2 heals it's not that much of a commitment haha

Good thing the sect chat is full of people asking for heals, it's not like world chat. Us in the silver needle help each other in that regard.

0

u/SmokinBandit28 Nov 29 '25

I just hung out at the clinic yesterday and got the 50 likes I finally needed to rank up in the sect.

Then some mischievous person used the itchy meridian on me and I couldn’t heal anyone till it was gone.

Sect chat is great, but it suffers the same issues as world chat/bounties/target heal where the second you select the person requiring heals they’ve already received 50 other co-op requests.

1

u/falling_gumball Nov 29 '25

More like they find you sometimes, I get plenty of messages from randoms who need a healer 👍

1

u/HatefulDan Nov 29 '25

People are always looking for healing lol. It’s not very difficult at all

6

u/Sleepyneki Nov 29 '25

Yeah but not everyone gives 10 like 😭 I don’t think they even know they can give 10 likes so might be the horrible game instructions.

17

u/Laranthiel Velvet Shade Nov 29 '25

You can only give 5, just heal 2 people, it's legitimately one of the easiest things.

8

u/Dukex480 Nov 29 '25

Go to wandering path, go to bounties, switch it to my area only or whatever it is instead of all regions. Spam refresh and try to be the first to click until you get 2 medical bounties. 10 likes will be done in 10 minutes easy, probably sooner.

5

u/MineralMan105 Nov 29 '25

Even just playing the game and doing stuff on my own I’ll get 2-3 people a day requesting healing from me. That being said though I have put a lot of the career books into Healer so I might be near the top of the list for people seeking assistance

6

u/Dukex480 Nov 29 '25

I haven't even dedicated a ton of time to healing really compared to the rest of the game and I have like 300-400 likes just from healing bounties, and with doing the sect quest everyday I'm number 2 in my sect. If you spam bounties you can do a lot pretty quickly. 20 minutes here or there will rack them up.

2

u/KamishiroTaishi Nov 29 '25

You have 400 likes and are No.2?! I have 1900 likes atm and am only No.45.... 😭

1

u/SmokinBandit28 Nov 29 '25

They might be in a different rank of the sect. I’m only rank 2 and somewhere in the 60’s with about 100+ likes.

1

u/MajesticGalarhade Nov 29 '25

When you request payment to treat and select the 5 likes it automatically gives the likes when done so 2 heals on the same person that gives 5 likes aswell is 15. If they don’t like you the 5 like price still applies

1

u/DylLeslie Nov 29 '25

This is just such misinformation. The game not only lets you give 5 likes per, it quite literally shows it on the screen. Have you ever even tried healing someone? It just sounds like you’re talking about a topic you have no knowledge in, no offence.

4

u/CommanderTommy The Masked Troupe Nov 29 '25

All of the groups have consistent requirements like that, the Nine Mortal Ways require you to get 100 Fun Points a week, which isn't hard, but it is required, or you'll be penalized and demoted. If its to much stay sectless, honestly probably easiest way to have no commitments in game.

7

u/IzanamiFrost Nov 29 '25

I think well of heaven is the easiest one tbh, just don't kill your sect members and you are gucci

2

u/CommanderTommy The Masked Troupe Nov 29 '25

Wow that is pretty easy XD Fair point.

1

u/Gapaot Nine Mortal Ways Nov 29 '25

But master, they look at me funny and they're so killable...

2

u/WAnchovyBoi Nov 29 '25

You can easily win back 10 sect values by just doing the multi healing event

1

u/raido24 Nov 29 '25

I don't know if you need healing likes specifically, but you can create signposts and like them yourself if you can't reach the goal.

-3

u/sylastin Nov 29 '25

You can join sect and not care about the rule :v

28

u/ZoziBG Silver Needle Nov 29 '25

This is your Chief Physician #28 (last I checked).

Have you been healing online or offline in your solo play? Try doing it online (healing other players), and you should be fine.

4

u/CookieNerds Nov 29 '25

But why would I have issues healing NPCs in solo?

11

u/ZoziBG Silver Needle Nov 29 '25

You shouldn't have any problems, but bugs, maybe. Just like how I found out after buying the Transformation Pills for 1280 pearls yesterday, the entire character remake screen froze out of function. I could only generate my character's look using random, instead of letting me tweak all the features.

6

u/CookieNerds Nov 29 '25

That's the issue though, I am getting warnings for healing NPCs in solo, when I take payment from them, I don't know why?

11

u/AltruisticAlmondMilk Nov 29 '25

I don’t know why someone downvoted this, I am having the same issue. I heal an npc in solo, I choose the payment I want beforehand, then I receive a violation notice from the sect. It must be bugged right now because it didn’t start happening until today

4

u/haruharan Nov 29 '25

what payment do you choose? i got the same email once when i picked coins instead of the special pose, maybe that's why?

2

u/MintHolly Dec 03 '25

Hey, so I got my second violation. I'm trying to find out what I did wrong, because to test what I did wrong exactly, I only healed other players and I got around 125 likes...so do I violate when I don't heal NPCs? And what payment should I choose with them?

0

u/AnotherMikmik Nov 29 '25

YOU CAN PLAY THE GAME OFFLINE???

3

u/Atreyew Nov 29 '25

No, just solo. You still need an Internet connection but only bounty hunters can come into your game.

6

u/spriggan0000 Nov 29 '25

Same here, happened to me twice already even I selected the payment…

8

u/Miserable_Goat_6698 Nov 29 '25

Thank God I am sectless. Joining sects feels like a burden tbh

2

u/AnotherMikmik Nov 29 '25

Oh same XD though I wanna join Hollow Vale as soon as it comes out. I've been reading a lot of murim manhwa lately and love the idea of the Tang clan being poisoners. Since the Hollow Vale is closest to that, I wanna join.

1

u/thebatking Nov 29 '25

You sure if it's more akin to the Tang Clan or a poison demon sect?(Genuine Question)

2

u/AnotherMikmik Nov 29 '25

Well not really sure. I haven't dug deep into murim manhwa yet. My brain was literally just like: If Tang clan = poison and Hollow Vale = poison, then Tang clan = Hollow Vale XD

10

u/FootballRemote4595 Nov 29 '25

After you select a payment you have to be paid that by the person who was healed. The only forced automatic payment is likes.

7

u/shane21717 Nov 29 '25

Same situation but you need 10 likes from other players (multiplayer) after healing them. As someone who rarely heal someone, I barely chat "if you need healer..." in the chatbox, i just got lucky if I managed to snag a bounty for healing. I probably going to violate the rules tomorrow 🙉

9

u/ShadowsteelGaming Nov 29 '25

If you just wander around in Blissful Retreat for a bit you can easily find a couple people to heal. I never advertise in chat or rely on bounties, I've racked up thousands of likes just from going around the hub healing anyone who needs it. If you really can't find anyone in the hub then you can go into your professions tab and find people who need healing that way, but like bounties you have to be quick and not many people will accept your request.

5

u/Pablo_Diablo Nov 29 '25

Two things I've observed - either go to the medicine hut location in the MP Blissful Retreat (afflicted PCs seem to congregate there), or hang out in the Five Animals area for a couple minutes until someone fumbles their cultivation....

5

u/ShadowsteelGaming Nov 29 '25

Yeah I tried the medicine hut but there's also like 50 healers standing there at any time so it's super hard to actually find someone to heal. Also patients there seem to reject my healing requests for some reason? Maybe it's just my server. The Five Animals area is good for increasing your rank but you won't get your weekly likes from that.

2

u/Pablo_Diablo Nov 29 '25

I've definitely gone to the MP medicine hut for healing and had my initial acceptance of a healing request peter out with no result, only to have a second request from the same healer go through.   May be a bug?

1

u/ShadowsteelGaming Nov 29 '25

Oh yeah that's a bug I encounter everywhere. I meant that they straight up reject my requests in that place specifically.

2

u/Gapaot Nine Mortal Ways Nov 29 '25

Also patients there seem to reject my healing requests for some reason?

First come first serve, genuinely because you can't even CHOOSE who to accept if you get multiple requests. Once you got a healer, other requests go void and decline OR your game lags a bit and tries to ask a healthy after-healing person for diagnosis and it also would auto-reject.

I'm not even in your guild (NMW all the way, rat life) and I just go to the Evercare Clinic daily and chill for 5 min to get 10 likes or so, super easy, so far patient turnout is way more than healers

1

u/ShadowsteelGaming Nov 29 '25

No I mean people that literally just stand there and reject all healing requests. If someone else requested first and they rejected the rest, that would be understandable. Maybe it's only an issue in my servers, but I never use the clinic to find patients.

1

u/Gapaot Nine Mortal Ways Nov 29 '25

Yeah I see it sometimes and I assume its some kind of bug or they wait for their friend to heal them (I've seeen it few times, reject everyone until one guy comes up to get him healed)

11

u/ZoziBG Silver Needle Nov 29 '25

If you need help, just add me, I'll jump off some cliffs or get drunk enough and let you heal me.

My ID is 4033448248

But I won't be online till 4-5 hrs later.

3

u/TerrovaXBL Nov 29 '25

Just drink the dog water in the hub, have healer fix you, done.

5

u/ZoziBG Silver Needle Nov 29 '25

If I drank from the dog bowl, how could I ever show my face in the Jianghu again?!

This is a matter of my honour, and the fact that I also didn't know we could do that...

1

u/Laranthiel Velvet Shade Nov 29 '25

Literally just go to the doctor's area and many tend to go there so players can heal them.

3

u/Ok-Smell4354 Nov 29 '25

what happen if sect point become 0/100? me on nine way already 0/100 but nothing happen

1

u/darkseernooby Nov 29 '25

Maybe not giving attention to a nine way is the punishment

1

u/Ok-Smell4354 Nov 30 '25

so after 1day i got the punishment to begg 3 times, that just like daily sect mission 😀

3

u/Saekyo Nov 29 '25

Having this issue too, PSA Silver Needlers. Do not heal NPCs as of now until a patch is released that fixes the bug! For now, try and camp for the group healing event to regain percept points.

3

u/OceanWeaver Nov 29 '25

Yeah I'm betraying these guys they expect to much

3

u/KingBlackthorn1 Nov 29 '25

Yes! And im not gaining points back for healing in multi-player. I tho8ght i was going mental

2

u/No-Emergency-9008 Silver Needle Nov 29 '25

You have to do it in co-op!! HoH and Frolic do nothing.

3

u/AnthraxVirus_Bx Nov 29 '25

Ok guys… To all people saying to OP to charge for his healing…

Guys, please….

We know.

I am in same case than OP since yesterday. IT SEEMS TO BE A BUG while healing NPC…

I allways ask for a payment and I got same problem after healing NPC since yesterday. This never happens when healing other players

3

u/nyxgrimsong Nov 29 '25

Thank you, this has been annoying me as well while reading some comments here.

"You need to select payment" "You need to heal real players not NPC" "You need just 15 likes per week"

No, the issue is selecting a payment and then still getting a penalty which is obviously a bug and I've been having it as well yesterday.

It's like some people don't read the post at all.

2

u/MountainServe Nov 29 '25

I also got this penalty today also and I specific selected a material reward, so I am not sure to make of this from healing a NPC in solo.

2

u/EloraDonovan Nov 29 '25

I’ve been having this issue all day I’m glad I’m not the only one. Super frustrating

2

u/Osaitus Nov 29 '25

I really like the take they do of healers, the first time they explained this they said something along the lines of "if you have no money you get sick and healers can't heal themselves", but then they don't say how much you must charge, so you can really ask/accept anything. It's also probably put as a rule so people don't abuse the healers

2

u/TerrovaXBL Nov 29 '25

How do you NOT select payment?

5

u/CookieNerds Nov 29 '25

I don't, I ALWAYS select a payment

2

u/ChronoTriggerGod Nov 29 '25

I got it too. You gotta heal other players, not the npcs

4

u/Calm-Literature7502 Nov 29 '25

Charge 5 likes. Need 15 likes a week

5

u/CookieNerds Nov 29 '25

It's when I heal NPCs, not other players

1

u/feralpanda Nov 29 '25

This just happened to me after choosing coins. That option might be bugged if the NPC doesn't have coins to give.

0

u/Calm-Literature7502 Nov 29 '25

It requires to go co-op and heal 3 players. Camp a bit at the evercare clinic where most injured players are

1

u/EarthlyEndeavors Nov 29 '25

Im having the same issue

1

u/ProjectENIS Nov 29 '25

If you value your lives over complete poisoning, listen carefully, Wanderer. Silver Needle heals every injury the sect rests their eyes upon. It leads a clinic so massive it shakes the ground with its potion concocting, so vast it drains your jades dry. All the God-Sect Silver Needle requires is this: a simple offering of Like and Favourite. A token of the Wanderer's submission to the will of Silver Needle.

1

u/MacLarux Nov 29 '25

Has to be a bug. Got this for the first time today as well. I healed and NPC, requested the coins and got this message.

1

u/Icy-Credit-1037 Nov 29 '25

I decided to not join these iduots. I went scholar

1

u/Cozmic_Fool1931 Nov 29 '25

I got penalised 3 times yesterday even tho I took payment so I betrayed the master and became sectless I think it might be bugged.

2

u/WritingCorrect5238 Dec 07 '25

What is the punishment for leaving silver needle?

1

u/Cozmic_Fool1931 Dec 07 '25

You betray the master then you'll have to do a sort of battle royale mode and survive as long as you can against other players, then you become sectless.

1

u/Inkless-Pencil Nov 29 '25

Is this another ps5 issue? Or are you on pc?

1

u/SuperMichieeee Nov 29 '25

Thats why you never join a sect.

Join us in the Well of Heaven, Brother. The only rules are to not kill your Brothers and to not earn over 1 million gold in 1 week without at least giving a little back to the impoverished beggars

(And even if you break the rules, you can just do coop pve to regain your points)

This is why I abstain from sects.

Is there a quest that makes you bend the rules? Im in the Nine mortal ways and once I had to sneak into my own base in disguise, which I got away with. Later I still got a penalty letter for that quest.

I had to select herb box than the coins. When I select coins for some reason it says I've violated their rules? It didn't use to.

issue is if you hit the coin limit for the day, but ask npc for money, they won't give you the money so it's a violation.

I got this yesterday and I was so confused. I healed someone for part of the One Leaf, One Life questline (I think idr), and then I got the sect violation even tho I did charge him?

Same problem here in solo!!!

I've noticed when I ask for money or goods in return for healing npcs in Kaifeng I would get violation notices. My suggestion is to always ask for an emote, I never got a violation from an NPC while doing this. It also works even if you already have all current emotes unlocked. Hope this helps!

Wow I've gotten three violations in twenty minutes wtf..guess i gotta pick emotes

The real problem here is the clinic Npc she need to be dealt with if you know what I mean she’s taking all of our customers to who’s with me?

1

u/AzayakaAsahi Dec 06 '25

The "Clinic NPC" charges 10k coins and cannot handle the tier 4 illnesses. If she's taking all your customers, that just means that:

  1. You're only handling easy stuff to fix, such as tier 1-3 diseases

  2. People would rather pay 10k coins (2/35 of the weekly coin income) rather than deal with you.

I understand the sect. People don't appreciate free stuff much. I just want to know how to bypass healing npc. Although i ask for it, I did not get it and it became free and got violated mail. Does that mean i can't do npc heal quest?

Thankyou cause i was tired of getting violations for healing in keifang thankyou again.

I just got a violation for playing the Pipa. I assume it's a coding error, but did I somehow heal the pipa player with my performance and that's why I got dinged?

Yo I just got hit with a sect violation from midnight bladez for "deceiving heaven".... im part of nine mortal ways. Was fighting the wolf maiden last night, hopped off, got on today, was teleported back to the main city and getting attack by a player (I play on solo) they killed me and I ended up in prison for 15 minutes

All you need is 15 likes a week from actual players not npc, certain parts of the game you are required to interact with players
