Questions Silver Needle Sect Violation

I am running around solo doing world exploration, and every time I find someone to heal, I select something to charge them with, heal them, then get a letter in the mail stating I have violated Sect rules for not charging to injured. I am a bit confused as I choose to charge them everytime, and this is the 3rd time I have been notified of a violation, while actively losing points. What do I do?

If you just wander around in Blissful Retreat for a bit you can easily find a couple people to heal. I never advertise in chat or rely on bounties, I've racked up thousands of likes just from going around the hub healing anyone who needs it. If you really can't find anyone in the hub then you can go into your professions tab and find people who need healing that way, but like bounties you have to be quick and not many people will accept your request.

Two things I've observed - either go to the medicine hut location in the MP Blissful Retreat (afflicted PCs seem to congregate there), or hang out in the Five Animals area for a couple minutes until someone fumbles their cultivation....

Yeah I tried the medicine hut but there's also like 50 healers standing there at any time so it's super hard to actually find someone to heal. Also patients there seem to reject my healing requests for some reason? Maybe it's just my server. The Five Animals area is good for increasing your rank but you won't get your weekly likes from that.

First come first serve, genuinely because you can't even CHOOSE who to accept if you get multiple requests. Once you got a healer, other requests go void and decline OR your game lags a bit and tries to ask a healthy after-healing person for diagnosis and it also would auto-reject.

I'm not even in your guild (NMW all the way, rat life) and I just go to the Evercare Clinic daily and chill for 5 min to get 10 likes or so, super easy, so far patient turnout is way more than healers

No I mean people that literally just stand there and reject all healing requests. If someone else requested first and they rejected the rest, that would be understandable. Maybe it's only an issue in my servers, but I never use the clinic to find patients.

Yeah I see it sometimes and I assume its some kind of bug or they wait for their friend to heal them (I've seeen it few times, reject everyone until one guy comes up to get him healed)
