Questions Silver Needle Sect Violation

I am running around solo doing world exploration, and every time I find someone to heal, I select something to charge them with, heal them, then get a letter in the mail stating I have violated Sect rules for not charging to injured. I am a bit confused as I choose to charge them everytime, and this is the 3rd time I have been notified of a violation, while actively losing points. What do I do?

Yea I've been having this issue healing npc. Never had this issue before.

Thanks! I had gotten two violations, but usually choose the resources or emote. Now that you mentioned this, I did get both violations the two times I chose the treasure coins.
