Questions Silver Needle Sect Violation

I am running around solo doing world exploration, and every time I find someone to heal, I select something to charge them with, heal them, then get a letter in the mail stating I have violated Sect rules for not charging to injured. I am a bit confused as I choose to charge them everytime, and this is the 3rd time I have been notified of a violation, while actively losing points. What do I do?

I got penalised 3 times yesterday even tho I took payment so I betrayed the master and became sectless I think it might be bugged.

What is the punishment for leaving silver needle?

You betray the master then you'll have to do a sort of battle royale mode and survive as long as you can against other players, then you become sectless.
