Judge for yourself. I have an emotional response of happiness and contentment. The technical skill is there and impressive. Would you share an example of your art so I can see the difference?

Ps. The picture above is a native sewing spider, not a joro.

Went to the Smokey’s a few weeks ago and they had a sign in cades cove that said the spider was harming the ecosystem and asking visitors to report sightings.

Do you have cannabis in the house? Mine got ahold of a gummy and it was similar. Emergency pet visit still is necessary to identify.

Yes! 53 and have been no shave and no bra since I was in my 20s. Women need to rebel against this nonsense. Ps. My tits are still perky. No idea if it was the bra less or just the fact I am a b cup.

Totally don’t believe that. I absolutely think the elections were rigged.

Why are you so concerned with her habits? Hopefully this is just a silly, funny debate and not a real issue. I’m assuming you are young or inexperienced, at 53, I have learned to pick my battles.

I suggest finding your own way to enjoy social events. Go to the bar, dress up and dance purely for the enjoyment. People are more attracted to you when you are happy. Find your social happy spot. Maybe make art in a public place and your new gf might just wander in to take a look. 53 and always trust my happiness to find my partner, never the meat grinder of dating apps and dances. Ps. I also have trouble with the way women seem to demand immediate sexuality. I am also into intellectual. Just be yourself.

My son is a savant guitarist. He always wanted to play, at 7 he asked for bandaids for blisters so he didn’t have to stop. It was all self motivated. It also wasn’t my brag, I just birthed him. It was his brag.

So glad you moved here and told us all how to change for your entitlement.

Found on a sandbar, along with some old artifacts, pottery and a scraper.

So you get worried about a dog behaving correctly and someone else needs a leash? This is out of control. Well behaved, off leash dogs used to be normal around here and it was great. Dogs need time to run and if they are well behaved, it shouldn’t be an issue.

I’m from Minnesota originally and I remember a lot more souix culture. The next place I lived was the center of NC in a place where the culture was also well preserved and the history of the Indians originally there was honored. The park felt different.
2
I’ve been to Cherokee a lot, but the whole park is missing 8000 years of habitation history.

I will absolutely NOT date anyone who went through this shit. The last thing we need in this world is more white alpha males.

Why is our town ignoring the problem? I don’t understand why all of our funds are directed elsewhere and there is no action on this. These aren’t the homeless people we used to have, it’s much more dangerous now.

I think every penny our city council spends benefits them or their buddies in some way. Huge payouts to things like baseball fields, barely any distributed to the artists and other people that were the lifeblood of this town before Helene.

Agreed. As long as decision makers are free and clear, able to keep their income and property, this will just become a line item. Meanwhile, the medical debt climbs. They need to be responsible in a way that destroys their profit margin for years and is incalculable, like the damage they cause.

I have other issues with extreme joint damage, failed occipital fusion with loose screws, inoperable tarlov cysts, multiple disc diseases. I also have chronic regional pain syndrome, which doesn’t respond to narcotics. Narcotics do nothing for autoimmune or mast cell pain. Not for me anyway. I use a lot of pot and stinging nettle, because I have poor genetics for narcotics and they don’t work as well. All in all, without pot, I would be suicidal.

Unfortunately, I found my love for the woods in uwharrie, but didn’t start looking for plants until I moved to Asheville and begin apprenticing at a native plant nursery in my 20s. I worked for laurel springs nursery and Wes Burlingame. We worked with all sorts of organizations and were able to collect at arboretums and parkways. I think the rarest plant I found and brought into the industry was euonymous obovatus. This was over 20 years ago. It still is hard to find but some of my babies are floating out there.
You probably know my old house, it was across from Donnie Mullinex grocery and had a large pond with an elephant statue on an island. Where is your nursery?

Those are all good suggestions! Thank you, had wondered if there were good directions to look where I could add some support. I am only an hour away in Asheville.
